My Sister-in-law's account was hacked and withdrawl a sizeable amount of money in the name of the closure of the credit card of SBI. Complaint have been lodged in the branch, customer care as well as local police station. kindly help

    My sister-in-law's account was fraud by withdrawl a sizeable amount of money in the name of the closure of the credit card account. They have lodged complaint in the branch as well as in the customer care of SBI. Also, a FIR was lodged against the fraud. kindly help to return back my money.

      Hi,

      I received a SBI Card which for which i have applied from an SBI agent on petrol Pump for which the limit was told to be 1lakh+ atleast. Also when i got a call from SBI before receiving the card they haven’t confirmed the limit and mentioned that the limit will be know when the card is received.

      However when i received the card the limit was just 30, 000 which i not even close to my existing other CREDit cards. So i asked the agent to cancel this card for which he confirmed and then no communication happened regarding the card after that and the CREDit card was as it is in the envelope and not even activated infact i already asked the agent to cancel the card.

      Now today i received a call from SBI stating you have a outstanding of 4000rs on your card please pay that. What nonsense is this for what i have to pay 4000 for a card which i havent even activated.
      They have no confirmation of card activation when i asked them no written confirmation nothing.

      What kind if stupidity is this why should i pay even a single rupee for a card which i havent activated and infact asked to cancel. I have order different cards as well such as kotak and this was not the case with them if i havent activated the card they sent me 3 reminders and then the card was cancel and no charges were applied then what kind of nonsense is this with SBI. If this is the case i think i should just deactivate my SBI account as well for such kind of ### service.

      Also even after dropping a mail for this on 24feb still this is not sorted and my cibil score is impacted due to an non activated CREDit card.

      Please get this thing sorted and cancel this card i am not paying a single rupee for a thing which i am not even using or even accepted.
      If this thing is not solvable from your end let me know ill check with the consumer court for this false charges.

          I have an SBI insurance policy which was to be renewed on 24-Apr. The payment against this policy was successfully completed and a confirmation message was received on 23-Apr. However, SBI tried to auto detect against the renewal on 24th Apr, the attempt was declined due to insufficient balance. This action has caused me a loss of Rs.590 against the failed transaction made on my ICICI account. SBI even sent me a couple of texts on the auto detect failure. Their system did not recognize my payment and ended up costing me money, my credit score, and a big headache. The icing on the cake was when the local SBI executive called me to fill out the survey, and even asked me to send the survey for them to fill it from their end. SBI provides the best service all the time :-(

            Recently I started to use SBI prime credit card and there is milestone benefit for this card to get pizzahut gift voucher once I complete the Milestone.

            I received the pizza Hut gift voucher for the same, but in Chennai non of pizza Hut voucher not accepting this voucher, then why this voucher given to me. Not only for me it across to all customers in Chennai unable to use pizza Hut gift voucher given by SBI. This is really very big scam SBI should take immediate solution for this.

                Payment Reversal Issue Against ESBTR Payment

                Dear Executive,

                I had initiated the payment towards ESBTR Purchase on dated 17-Nov-2021. The payment was successful through the bank account but could not generate the GRN number from the site (https://esbtr.onlinesbi.com/ESBTR1/); so bank could not issue the ESBTR Challan / certificate against the payment.

                Also, when I had visited the bank and Wrote mail to SBI customer support for the issue, the team said...

                    I am writing this email to bring to your attention the issue I have been facing with my SBI credit card. I had made a purchase of a Whirlpool 6.5 kg washing machine from Flipkart.com on 26th October 2022, using my SBI credit card. The transaction amount of Rs. 15291/- was debited from my account, but the order was not successful at Flipkart's end. Therefore, I raised an enquiry with SBI, but unfortunately, the issue has not been resolved yet.

                    I have submitted all the required documents through the SBI app several times, but every time I receive an email from SBI stating that they have not received the documents. Despite my repeated efforts, my dispute has been closed without any proper resolution.

                    I have also emailed the Chargeback team, Customer Service team, Nodal Officer team, and Principal Nodal Officer team regarding this issue, but I haven't received any satisfactory response from them.

                        Dear Sir,

                        Subject : Wrongly Charged Force Closer Charges

                        I decided to close credit card end of 1998 & 1008 due to financial problem. that's why i made a call to SBI Customer Care Team[protected] on 4th Apr'2023 regarding Card Closer, i discuss with Customer Care Executive due to financial problem i decide to close both credit card. So i mentioned in Call (kindly share the total outstanding amount and Force Closer Charges) via call executive take time 40 min above in call and then telling this amount including force closer charges ( Credit Card Ending of 1998 (Rs.2, 38, 752) & 1008 (Rs.1, 70, 046)). As per SBI Customer Care Executive given detail. i arranged that amount on 5th Apr'2023. again before payment i made a call to SBI Customer Care Team[protected]. same procedure i tried before payment for Card Closer. again i speak with customer care team. Yesterday i speak with your team regarding card closer your team given exact Amount details for card closer including force Closer Charges also. once again i request to share the payment details (outstanding + force closer charges =Final Amount) that time another executive given detail is card ending 1998 (Rs.2, 39, 697) & 1008 (Rs.1, 70, 046)) excess amount Rs.945. so many time i ask with customer care executive this final amount or not that time SBI Customer Care Executive getting tension and then executive telling as per system record am given payment details only you need to pay for card close. otherwise not possible to close your card. finally i spoke with customer care executive. please proceed to close my credit card money also i arranged and then via call she taken request for force closer all EMI for both cards 1998 & 1008. she take a time almost 60 min. after force closer completed she told after end of the call. please try to pay as per given detail amount before 6 days. SBI Customer Care Told after payment done only possible to close credit card otherwise not possible. end of the call as per Customer Care Given Detail amount i payed in SBI Application after 2 days i checked in SBI Application wrongly charged some amount Card Ending 1998 (Rs.7075.02) & 1008 (Rs.5, 783.48)). thats why i raised complaint in SBI Customer Care Support that time executive telling That amount is force closer charges. so your end need to pay that amount. that time i explain to executive before payment i ask with your team many times please share including force closer charges also. as per your customer team given instruction i payed that amount. so its not my mistake. again and again i raised complaint in SBI its not responding to me.

                        Please kindly rectify the issue as soon as possible.

                            I have done a transaction of rs. 31220/- on 17/4/23. By mistake merchant made emi of this transaction without my consent. Merchant had instantly void this transaction but after 4 days amount not credited to my card account. Plz help

                                I were ordered a product through Amazon platform on march 30.

                                The product was a damaged one, i choose the return and refund option for that.processing for the return was done on the 4th and Amazon's executive collect the product the on 5th.
                                My refund process started on that day, but for so long I have not received the fund in my account yet.
                                Then I registered a complaint with amazon and as part of that they gave me a refund reference number and with that I went to the sbi branch to get the statement and give a written complaint to dispute the charge. However, I have not received the refund yet. So I request you to take steps to get the refund as soon as possible using my refund reference number.
