I have made deposit of rs.15, 01, 000/- on[protected] with state bank of india wadaj brach ( br.No: 13759) at ahmedabad under sarvottam non callable deposits for senior citisen for two years term.
My deposit account number is : [protected] .

The officer at branch has errored in putting code while making deposit and as result instead of 7.90% interest rate the deposit made for 7.40% result into loss of rs.17, 138/- on interest on maturity.
The mistake is purly made by the officer of the bank and hence branch manager since last one month tries to solve the problem with sbi back office but unable to get solution.
I am at loss due to negligency of staff of sbi. The mistake need to be rectified at earliest to reduce my stress.
Please do needful urgently to reissue fdr with correct rate of interest

    Grievance subject
    Blocked our email ID to prevent us to raise our grievance against the harassment by SBI.

    1. It is regretfully observed during the last month, when we send our grievance email to regulatory authorities to their official email ID, emails return back. And it has happened persistently multiple times in the last month.
    2. This shows, my email ID has been blocked by these two regularity authorities as detailed below.
    a. [protected]@sbp.co.in
    b. cmcmcsrbo1.[protected]@sbi.co.in

    3 it is strange to note that a month back or so, our all emails were properly delivered to both these addresses. This proves, nothing wrong with the email addresses but blocked by them and consequently the bounce back to us undelivered.
    4. What a unique way to resolve the issues. To block the SBI customers' email ID so that the complainant cannot raise the issue has no question to resolve the problems.
    5. What a quick and easy way, SBI regulatory authorities have developed to resolve the issues. Keep it up.
    6. This is a violation of our human rights, by following such illegal means, SBI regulatory authorities are depriving SBI customers to use their rights to raise their complaints, when they face harassment, trouble and trauma by SBI people.
    7. When an issue is not settled, failed to be resolved at the branch level, it is our legal right to take it with higher authorities and by blocking our email ID, deprive us from our legal rights. Punishable under the not only consumer protection Act 1986 but also under the protection of human rights act 1993.

      I have made a transection on 30 dec 2022 of amount Rs15000, through google pay, transection has got successful but not credited to beneficiary(Nextbillion Technology Private Limited)
      VPA:-( groww.[protected]@hdfcbank ), Sir i have allredy complained to my bank, sbi coustomer, google pay coustomer care, sbi coustomer care is saying that plz contact to your bank, when i contact to my bank, bank person is saying that i have raised a complain but not gote any reply.

        I, Milan Kinlekar, submitted a complaint on 6 February 2023 with 12 attachments.. This complaint alleged that SBI Bank shared my personal details to SBICredit CArd, as a result of which I lost my FD of 43000/[protected] due to fraudulent withdrawals after I bought a dubious TransDeal package through IndoShop. SBICC has its headoffice in Delhi, and IndoShop and TransDEals operate from Noida/Delhi..The fraudulent withdrawals were made in Delhi. I LIVE IN GOA. SBICC alleged that I shared OTP and PIN Nos. which is untrue. There are many similar complaints on Consumer Complaints. My security was compromised and SBI Bank failed to protect my only hard-earned asset. Mega loan defaulters walk Scot-free and small fry are cheated of their meagre savings.
        Three replies from SBICC between 7 and 13 February said that a representative would contact me and one asked me to send my complaint to sbicard.com/email. This email address is incorrect. I requested SBICC to contact me via email.
        I posted outcome of SBI's non-action to this forum. Neither SBICC or SBI have taken any action

          GRIEVANCE SUBJECT
          SBI retains SCSS money for the whole day without interest, violating SCSS rules. Says- System error, cannot be rectified.
          What a lame excuse. No court will accept.

          GRIEVANCE STANDS AS FOLLOWS

          Look at the attached screenshot.
          What does it indicate?
          It clearly shows-
          SCSS quarterly interest are credited by India Post in our account on 31st March 2023, before the day started.
          And what you SBI is doing?
          You credit our SCSS quarterly interest at the end of the day in the night.why?
          Clear violation of SCSS rules.
          And still after persistently warning you about your such illegal act, against investors' interest, against SCSS rules.
          By crediting at the end of day in the night is as good as crediting on the next day, making you liable for heavy punishment and compensation for your persistent deficiency and negligence to ignore our grievances for so long on fake a grounds and illegal reasoning. Constraining us to drag you in the consumer court entirely at your risk, cost and consequences, under the consumer protection act 1986.

            Employee working the cash/payments department in the SBI, Shanthi nagar branch, Hyderabad aren't servicing properly by their positions in their life and was not able to provide the required details for the customers

              "Dear SBI Cardholder, outstanding of Rs. 589.00, is due on 01-APR-23. Min. Amount Due: Rs. 589.00." Is pop up on my phone.
              Even though I haven't received any credit card yet.
              Though I applied for a credit card of SBI but it took too much time and till now I didn't receive any card.
              Now I don't need any card.
              So please cancel it.
              Please take the necessary steps to resolve this issue.

                  I have cancelled 2 items from amazon and refund is still pending. When contacted amazon they said that refund was initiated long back via original payment method which was Gpay linked to my SBI account and gave me the reference ids. Reference ids are[protected]of Rs 1369) and[protected]of Rs 3625) which got initiated on 21st and 23rd Feb 2023 respectively. I have not yet received the refund.Please look into it.

                    I am writing this email to bring to your attention the harassment that I have been facing from one of SBI collection agents. The person in question has been constantly calling me and demanding payment for a loan taken by someone else. They are using my personal details and calling my colleagues which affecting my reputation. This has been going on for the past few weeks, and it has become a matter of great concern for me.

                    I have tried to explain to the collection agent that I am not the person who has taken the loan from SBI bank, but he has not been listening to me. Instead, he has been using abusive language and threatening me with dire consequences if I don't make the payment immediately. This behavior is not only unprofessional but also illegal.

                    I would like to request you to take immediate action against the collection agent and ensure that such incidents do not happen in the future. I also urge you to investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action against the person responsible for this harassment.

                    I understand the importance of paying off debts, but it is unacceptable for me to be harassed for a loan that I have not taken. I hope you will take my complaint seriously and take the necessary steps to resolve this issue at the earliest. I am confident that Consumer Forum will take all necessary actions to ensure the safety and security of customers,

                      A sum of rs 11.80 is deducted as dom surcharge/tips/rate diff dtd from my account what is the plus point of going cashless when bank can deduct some amount after the transaction is done. No where is mention that a certain amount will be deducted from account if you pay using card so that consumer can prevent from doing so its like cheating consumer to pay for using card and then later on deduct some amount from there account without giving then any notice or proper information why a certain amount is deducted

                        Dear sir,
                        I got a call from SBI card on 08.03.2023, they informed me that someone was trying to purchase online with my card, so I immediately requested SBI Card personnel to cancel the card and was advised to get a new card.
                        After received account statement of March 2023, I observed and was shocked about two fraudulent purchases - AMAZON PAY INDIA PRIVA BANGALORE IN - Rs. 9, 999.00/- & Rs. 9, 998.00/-, dated 06.03.2023 which not done by me. I never shared OTP & Card details with anyone. I didn't received any OTP from AMAZON PAY INDIA PRIVA BANGALORE IN. How are they purchased in my account? I intimated SBI Card personnel to take up the detailed inquiry and solve my problem. They are formal enquiry and imposed that fraud transactions amount on my account.
                        Please go through the details, investigate deeply and resolve this fraudulently debited amount. Your immediate action is greatly appreciated.

                            I returned a product delivered by amazon and I didn't receive money from amazon so I contacted customer care and they told me that refund had been initiated and it is a bank problem . The refund was initiated on 15 January and I still haven't received the money

                                    1300 deducted for health insurance while opening sbi savings account. But the next time debited 1300 rupees again I have not filled any insurance form or signed any document. When I went to the bank, the manager asked me to talk to a private number and said that the refund would come very soon.But it's been more than 6 months and I haven't received a single refund. I have been repeatedly harassed by the bank and the manager has not taken any steps.

                                      This is Swati dhamija SBI Credit Cards holder, I wont be able to pay the outstanding amount of Rs. 94524.63 as My financial condition is not in good shape since 6 months.
                                      I am a single lady and have no back support from family and relatives.
                                      Currently i am having some health issue due to which i am not doing any job too.
                                      There is few savings i am having through which i am taking care of my daily expenses.

                                        I am deepthi nelapati.

                                        I have applied for SBI credit card and it is showing error like F-55 DATABASE Defaulter. I don't have any default account. I paid my all dues regularly. Then why i get this message i don’t know.

                                        So, Can you please help me how to resolve this as I need SBI credit Card Urgently.
