Showing F55 Database defaulter in SBI credit card

Hello,

I have applied for SBI credit card and it is showing error like F-55 DATABASE Defaulter. I didn't provide and faulty documents and i never did any payment default. My CIBIL is 760

So, Can you please help me how to resolve this as I need SBI credit Card.

    Respected sir,
    I try to withdraw 200 rupees from my sbi debit card at hdfc ATM on 16 March but due to hardware error in the ATM I didn't get my amount from ATM And I got receipt that transaction declined but my 200 rupees debited from my SBI account also SBI charge me for transactions declined I report this issue to customer care and they said that wait for 2 days your amount will be credited in your bank account but still I have not got any money. And I again called the customer care to register my complaint 2 to 4 times but they were very rude and disconnect my call after I contact senior executives and he said that i am registering your complaint but actually he didn't register complaint.
    This is 2nd time I got same problem before some days ago sbi deducted my rupees without any message for pension scheme which I didnt activated and credit my money after a long period they told me to call to branch that time and when I went to branch there also executive didn't help me they said that contact Mumbai branch regarding cancel pension scheme which I haven't activate please take serious action against sbi i am tired and frustrated because I have already lost my job due to corona and I am working now online like doing surveys for
    which I can get only 200 to 300 rupees for weekly. Please help me to get my money and take serious action against SBI.

      I tried cash withdraw from SBI atm machine (no - SINW[protected] at around 08:40 hrs. on 01 March 2023 but complete power got failed. it's to be notified that no guard was present there at that time after around 10 minutes guard came and informed me that machine was running in emergency power supply and now, I have wait for 3 to 4 days or else go to branch. after that I went to nearby atm that is AU small finance bank atm present near Padam tower civil lines Kanpur and made successful transaction of Rs 6000. same day I made online complaint and even they told me to wait for 4 to 5 days, and money will return automatically. after waiting I complained on 04 March 2023, and they registered my complaint (no[protected] and they told me it will be resolved in 5 days. after waiting for seven days, I again complained (no[protected] on 14 March 2023 and again they told me to wat for 5 days. i called on 17 march to check on status now customer care service provider is telling me that matter has been resolved however no money came back in my account.

        I have refunded a lien amount on 2nd March.
        But the customer has not received it yet.
        And State Bank of India is also not giving any answer, And the same reply is being received from Kotak Mahindra Bank Jaipur that the money has been given to State Bank of India.

          Fake portal.. fraud happened with me from this portal.. as i shared my number only to there executive only.. got a call from there side ... And they duped me of 3000₹... Dont trust this

            I have ordered MOP worth 759₹ from Amazon but due to some quality issues, i have returned it on Amazon and Amazon has already issued muly refund on 20 Feb but still today (17 March) i have not received my refund in my bank account i am raising complaint regarding this problem I have also attached RRN number which was given by Amazon;

              Why Financial Charges:

              My Credit Card Statement with total outstanding payment of INR 1, 23, 407/- was due for payment on 23/02/2023. I paid INR 48, 407/- and then tried to pay balance amount of INR 75, 000/- through NEFT from my HDFC Bank account through SBI Card online portal many time. However, each time the transaction was showing as `Pending' under the status.

              I already informed this repeatedly on call centers, by sending mail and even contacting SBI Executives available at SBI Bank Makarpura GIDC Branch at Vadodara. The relevant screen shots were also mailed on [protected]@sbicard.com many a times. Thereafter, on one of the calls at call center, I was informed that NEFT payment in excess of INR 50, 000/- are not accepted and hence, I finally paid this outstanding amount of INR 75, 000/- in three installments of INR 25, 000/- each through UPI as was guided by call centre on 03/03/2023.

              In card statement dated 03/03/2023, INR 8, 890.66/- plus GST 1, 600.32/- were charged as finance charges. Since, there was problem in accepting money by SBI portal, why the financial charges have been charged to me without any error or default at my end.

              Amount of Financial Charges:

              I have been requesting the details of calculations for INR 8, 890.66/- plus GST 1, 600.32/- charged in my statement for the outstanding amount of INR 75, 000/-. However, inspite of sending repeated reminders, instead of sending the calculations, simply the mail containing standard narration are being sent to me in response.

              Reversal of Financial Charges:

              My requests for reversal of financial charges (Request #[protected], Request #[protected], Request #[protected] & Request #[protected] have been rejected stating that request for reversal couldn't be processed due to internal policy.

              I have been repeatedly informed on call by call center that the reversal requests are being rejected since my credit card is new and the financial charges can be reversed only after six months of issuance. Lastly, I had discussions with Mr. Pratesh / Pratik at Nodal Office on 14/03/2023 at 1045 hrs on Nodal Office Helpline no:[protected] confirming that I should pay this amount of financial charges @ INR 8, 890.66/- at present and again generate request for reversal on call centre after completion of six months of my credit card and this amount of INR 8, 890.66/- would then be reversed in next statement generated post completion of six months.

              Request:

              In view of stated circumstances, I agree to pay this amount of INR 8, 890.66/- on confirmation of reversal of this amount in next statement generated post completion of six months.

              However, the same is not being confirmed in writing for records.

                My username and net banking have been deactivated by the State Bank Of India without any prior knowledge.
                Now I live too far away from my home branch and customer care is saying I need to visit my home branch to instantiate my services.

                  I recently got my SBI Octane BPCL credit card & noticed that the backend team had entered the incorrect email id so I decided to change it in the app using the "Update e-mail ID" option but, was blocked saying the option has been disabled due to security reasons, I proceeded to make the change via mail by sending self attested documents using my email id but, the request has been rejected saying I have to send it via registered email, when the backend team has entered someone else's email ID that I don't own I don't know how it is possible for me to send a mail from someone else's email. I decided to cancel my card as I don't want to risk my personal information sent to someone else's email, I raised the request for account closure but, the bank has rejected it, I haven't even used the card for any transaction due to this security issue but, on 03/07/2023 I have been charged with ₹1, 767 as joining fees & haven't even received the joining bonus reward points after making payment. Last month I got a call from an executive saying that I need to wait for a month to make email or phone number changes via app but, its still frozen. SBI has been rejecting my account closure request as well & I don't know why.

                        The in responsible sbi staff applied a bima policy on my account. The policy name as pmjjby (Pradhan mantri jeevan jyoti bima yojana) and pmsby (Pradhan mantri suraksha bima yojana) the policy is activated in my account without my permission. The cash is deducted on my account for bima.
                        But why account is auto debit. I am not applied for any bima yojana. Please refund my amount on my account.

                        The bank staff is rude. He is not give any reply to me.
                        I am asking the staff my money is deducted for bima yojna
                        But i am not applied bima yojana so how my money is deducted. The bank staff not reply me properly and rude with me. And the bank staff also not cancel my bima policy of pradhan mantri jeevan jyoti bima yojana) and pmsby pradhan mantri suraksha bima yojana)
                        Cancel my bima yojna of pmjjby and pmsby. Because i am not applied such a policy
                        And the cash deducted on my account please refund it.

                              I took a withdrawal of ₹22000 and ₹5000 on 20 february 2023 from expertoption.com. in my master debit card but the amount is not credited till now. I asked expertoption.com for my refund but they told that they have sent money to me on same day. and they provided me ARN reference number to take it to bank but the Sbi bank manager didn't helped me in this matter. they told me that they can't track the payment through ARN codes. they don't even know about Arn number. they didn't helped me for this. I told them about ARN number but they didn't understand and told me that to tell expertoption.com to send the amount they didn't received any amount. please help me sir I am in trouble. no one is helping me to get my money back. hope u will help more for this i am attaching a document which is sent to me by expert option support team. have a look on it. it is having all the required information. my account number is [protected]

                                Hello Team Today Midnight I received message from VD-TATACD which is as follows

                                Dear Applicant, we regret to inform you that basis our SBI Cards internal policy, we are unable to issue a credit card to you at this time .

                                I hereby inform you that I have not applied for any credit card & did not enquired recently. Kindly note and take necessary action & report this activity also submit this activity report to concern cibil institution so they will not reflect that activity in next month cibil report

                                  Sir i have a debit card refund of 5000 and 22000 processed from merchant on 20/02/23 but still not credited to my account .sir i have asked the merchant about the problem but he provided me the ARN number of the transaction which is 75332993052003304675349 and 75332993052003304683475 and asked me to track the transaction by SBI authorities even i have reached the branch manager but he also did not help me as he dont know about ARN number

                                    Recently I've OPEN a SBI PPF account at SBI BHATTANAGR (14552) Branch. And I closed my previous PPF account which was in AXIS BANK. So Axis Bank has been transferred the PPF amount to SBI PPF By Draft and has sent through Indian post Article No: RW[protected]IN. This post has been delivered on 06.03.2023 to SBI Bank, Bhattanagar Branch (14552).
                                    I visited to the branch several times to complete this amount transformation. They didn't take any action till now.
