I had paid 15, 270 rupees through paytm. The money got deducted from my credit card but the transaction failed on the merchant side. But they immediately refunded the amount to SBI. But even that is not reflecting on my sbi card dashboard. I am very worried.

    Instead of solving the issue, lunatic people of SBI ask the same question again and again harassing us with new dirty tric k from dirty mind.

    Grievance stands are follows

    1. Now after wasting so many months, and years you are asking us such absurd question, of our FD account number?
    2. Not even one but all our FD made under scss scheme have been facing delayed interest issues for so many months and years due to your illegal policy to credit the interest under this scheme only at the end of the day of 31st.
    3. And now instead of rectifying your illegal tremendous error of your system, you have come with new way and new trick to harrisers asking us such idiotic question.

      Amount deducted from savings bank account

      I opened an SBI savings bank account on May 16, 2023, and I just noticed that Rs 588 has been deducted (transfer to sbi securities).
      I did not request that a Demat account be opened in addition to the savings account.

      The SBI raises so much of outstanding amount for my card when I have to pay only 5500...they are that 21000 to pay the amount as we clear the dues...i[censored] r not paid that amount u will be written off for that they are telling...plz resolve the issue

        Hello team,

        I have purchased an order for a gas stove (Videm Gas Stove SS2 196 A Black) on amazon on 15th April, it was delivered on 20th April and as it was damaged, I have returned it back to amazon on 24th April.
        While I have ordered it for cash on delivery, Amazon has processed my refund to my back account that I have added in my amazon application.

        Amazon Customer service had informed that the refund was initiated on 24th April, however it was not credited yet. After multiple followups, one of the CSA have provided me a Refund Reference Number on 12th May and asked to contact bank if the refund is still not processed and asked to dispute the transaction.

        When I have reached to the bank, the bank manager informed that there are no transaction details on the reference number provided. When I asked for charge dispute form, they said they dont have forms available and said couldnot download a simple charge dispute form as their servers are busy.

        Such a shame on SBI to say server busy to download a form and deny to take a chargeback request.

        Kindly check the details and credit my refund to my bank account.

          When i click on "All Deposit accounts " in SBI Home page. Earlier it used to show consolidated Grand Total figure of all FDs at the bottom. But now grand total is not shown, it is creating lot of discomfort to customers, its very nuisance to customer to take calculator and add all the FDs to know the grand total.
          Its against to the customers user friendly service.
          Also against to RBI rules towards customer satisfaction.
          Customers are not satisfied for hiding the Grand Total figure of all FDs.

            I lost my money from my account..
            It says TP ACH transaction but I didn't give any mandate to debit my money.. but from last 2 months my money is getting debited I lost 1140 ruppes
            First time on 14th April 2023 570 rupees
            Second time on 18th may 2023 570 rupees
            I asked bank but they are not responsible itseems..

              SBI Cards Blocked my card since january and the card and my account is still blocked and its the month of may now.
              They are just taking my money and I am unable to use the card.
              Pathetic customer service.
              Have provided them all the details but no resolution till now.

                I have a credit card with SBI. Last month i couldn't be able to pay the due. After 10 days, I am getting a lot of WhatsApp messages from unknown numbers about my due and their talks are getting worse day by day. It's a shame that SBI India's biggest bank employees bark like dogs and talk like perverts to a woman. I am ready to make the payment on this month's due date which is the 25th. But these people won't listen. I got messages from these numbers +91 [protected] and [protected]

                                    I have cleared my credit card bill and raised closer request and i got a message as closed but they are again charging me minimum even after closing the card and i made a call to SBI customer care and they are literary speaking very rude and not at all caring about the customer issue and i have paid minimum balance even after closing my card and called customer care again and got confirmation overaly that my due is cleared and no need of NOC and no charges will be on my card. Next month again they have charged minimum balance.
                                    the worst bank for credit cards, i suggest everyone not to take SBI credit card.

                                      My card number is XXXXXXXXXXXX3220

                                      Worst customer care.
                                      This is a big trap.
                                      I want to close the credit card account for personal reasons and requested the same. I keep on receiving calls from a different number from the SBi Card customer care center and forcing me not to close the credit card. Shameless customer care personnel here. It's very unfortunate to say this. I do have full recordings of the conversation in the call.
