          I have cleared my credit card bill and raised closer request and i got a message as closed but they are again charging me minimum even after closing the card and i made a call to SBI customer care and they are literary speaking very rude and not at all caring about the customer issue and i have paid minimum balance even after closing my card and called customer care again and got confirmation overaly that my due is cleared and no need of NOC and no charges will be on my card. Next month again they have charged minimum balance.
          the worst bank for credit cards, i suggest everyone not to take SBI credit card.

            My card number is XXXXXXXXXXXX3220

            Worst customer care.
            This is a big trap.
            I want to close the credit card account for personal reasons and requested the same. I keep on receiving calls from a different number from the SBi Card customer care center and forcing me not to close the credit card. Shameless customer care personnel here. It's very unfortunate to say this. I do have full recordings of the conversation in the call.
            I need a proper resolution for thus

              One of the most third class banks in India! Even for foreclosure of loan one has to break their heads! It takes 30 secs in Cred to foreclose a loan and in this caveman bank of SBI it takes 3 days!!! Pathetic! Still not resolved! And their Customer care is always busy, more business than PMO!! I hate myself for getting this damned credit card!

                Dear Sir/Madam,

                I am writing this letter to express my frustration and disappointment regarding the continuous locking of my SBI credit card since 20th January 2023. Despite my repeated attempts to contact the customer care team and sending emails, my credit card has not been unlocked yet.

                I have complied with all the necessary formalities and provided all the required documents to your team as per your instructions. I have also paid all my outstanding dues and cleared all my bills on time. Despite that, my card remains locked, and I am unable to use it for any transactions.

                This has caused me great inconvenience and has impacted my financial transactions. I am disappointed with the poor customer service I have received from SBI, and I expect a prompt resolution to my problem.

                  SBI cards is just wow. They charged me 1028 rupees without my knowledge. When I tried to complaint about it they said "Your were given Reward points as well as cashback" . Than I asked where are my reward points in that case, Than they said your account didn't have reward points that why money have been deducted. I teied complaining on Nodal officers, Senior Nodal officer but all in vain. And yesterday their "Senior nodal officer" told me I am being charged for shopping done in Oct or Sept 2022. Like really? You are charging me now after 7 or 8 months? And if your system have gone bonkers or faulty is that my fault? Were you hibernating for 7 months?
                  Really really pathetic experience. As I was searching on Internet about the same I came across 100s of post about the same issue. I dont know what kind of service they are providing. Complaint number for the same is[protected]

                    Hello, in 2018 december, I see that there was a charge of Rs.2950 for not submitting the RC. I reached out to the branch to check for the same, and they've asked me to drop a letter to revert the charges and till today i do not see the charge getting reverted from my account. Next month would be my last EMI and they are asking me to pay the extra charges. Loan Account number - [protected]

                        I'm Srinivas rao. My Accounts number is [protected]. IFSC code = SBIN0002686
                        I have a Complain.

                        Rs. 33000 deducted from sbi account and message showing in statement as "fi txn @ csp outlet". Money has been deducted 5 days from may1st to until may 4th. They have been done the transactions every day 5k, 4k, 10k and 10k.

                        Even i didn't get any message regarding this deduction on my mobile phone.
                        Today went to ATM while checking the balance it's showing very small amount then I realized someone has done the transaction with knowing me from my account.

                        Please revert my amount because i need money this time. Such a huge amount they have been theft without otp and security. Hopefully i will get my money as soon as possible.

                          Denied to refund EMI.
                          Bank said we'll put a hold on your account and debit all kind of fund like salary, bonus, cpf, etc. till we recover remaining loan amount. you won't have access to your account... In a nutshell bank is trying close the loan before tenure FORCEFULLY..

                          hats off to the Unwritten/unspoken Rules of the bank.

                            Bank employee anita and adv.arpita said bank has filed a case against my father in a court but we didn't get any "LEGAL NOTICE BY POST, EMAIL, WHATSAPP OR TEXT MESSAGE". So how would we gonna know that there is a case filed on us by the bank???.. If there is then Do they have court permission to debit EMI in advance or to recover the loan amount before tenure???. Need to see.. We still have 32 months to pay our loan.

                              SBI credit card application: 2610514050572 rejected for reason - F-55 DATABASE Defaulter

                              Hi Team,

                              I have applied for SBI credit card on 19th April 2023, application number is:[protected].
                              I am holding my account with SBI from last 13+ years, have FDs also in SBI.

                              I tried to reach my nearest SBI branch to know more about this rejection reason, but they were not able to answer. Even they wanted to re-apply again.

                              Kindly help me to understand the reason for this rejection.br...

                              Dear SBI i got your pathetic service ever. I lost my job and i was job less for last 3 months thats why i missed 2 minimum dues but i paid my 1 dues last month now i have only 1 dues but your recovery agents Threaten me your file going for defulter please tell on 1 minimum due how can you do that can you understand the situation on your card holder or not see the screenshot of that agent

                                I have an SBI account, recently I have transfered my branch from Kerala to Mumbai (branch :20733). Now after login i couldn't able to view my account details and download the statement. Getting error states that "NEW ACCOUNT OR RESTRICTED BY BRANCH". I followed up with the branch through email and visiting home branch. Now its past one and a half month, either the pathetic staffs don't understand the issue or pathetic SBI online system they cannot resolve my issue. I mailed upto the SBI head office still no resolution from SBI side. Now I don't know whom to complaint. I took home loan from this stupid bank. Now my savings account is unable to view, how can I check my account details.
                                ONE OF THE WORST BANK IN INDIA BY STAFFS AND THEIR ONLINE PORTAL.
                                ALL PRIVATE BANKS ARE RUNNING SMOOTHLY. Due to SBI untrained staffs and worst online portal I am frustrated till now. I am a daily wager, I cannot spend the entire day by visiting SBI branch frequently in all alternate days throughout the month.

                                  Written complaint was submitted at the home branch on 28th April 2023. Complaint is still under process...
                                  My name is Dhhanashri daughter of Ramesh Gavit.. My father has taken personal LOAN of ₹15, 00000 with interest rate 12.10% for a term of 5 years(60 months) In january 2021... In 2021 we were not able to pay EMI for 3 months. Therefore, bank put a hold on my father's account and filed a case against my father(That's legal, No issue). Within few weeks my father paid all the 3 months' EMI. After this incidence my father was paying all the EMI on regular basis. You can check the statements. All things were going well but recently on March 31st 2023 my father's account was CREDited by ₹5, 19000(CPF money). My father wanted to withdraw them for my younger brother's college admission and last date was 21st April 2023. But unfortunately we couldn't get admission because of those so-called branch employee or employees.
                                  Bank debited 14 EMI in advance. This is 27th month of the LOAN so balance amount should be ₹9, 10000 something.. But today, balance amount is showing ₹5, 45209 which should be shown in 41st month of the LOAN.
                                  1st time (today was 3rd time) When my father visited bank and asked for the reason, There is a m*nx and Ill-mannered lady named Anita(अक्क&agra... शुन्à... बाई) working in a LOAN department said "your daughter must have withdrawn the money ". She didn't even check statement. How could she talk like this??? Later she said you have done fraud and there is a Case(still we didn't get any letter or email of the Advocate appointed by the Bank) filed on you that's why your money has been debited by the SYSTEM. I don't get it, Is computer really a dumb or intelligent device. As per my knowledge computer works on physical command given by human only.

                                  Even in 2021 that m*nx lady put a hold on my SBI bank account saying that I'm doing a fraud, just because my father's all money was transferred to my account...what the hell? She put a hold on my account even when my father and I were not holding joint account. That wasn't under RBI guidelines. Still she put a hold on my account. I just hate her, I really hate her..
