    I tried a withdraw an amount of 20, 000/- from an SBI atm through YONO CASH the amount didnot dispense from the atm machine and amount got debited from my account. With in no time the amount got reversed back in to my account showing Amount Reversal of the previous transaction and again the got debited showing CSH WDL on my mini statement.

    I am providing the screenshot of these 3 transactions below

    Please resolve this issue as early as possible.

        Address: SBI main branch, katras road , Bankmore, Dhanbad,Jharkhand

        About 10 AM i was in line to entered the SBI ATM of Dhanbad main branch and there was guard ordered the cleaning in the ATM in working hours. And i have dust allergy so i entered the atm to save my myself from dust. As i entered the atm to save myself from dust she started shouting in rude manner and try to blame me that i was seeing atm pin of other and portrayed me as thief.I complained to bank manager he showed no interest on this issue.I never left such helpless they humiliate the SBI customers and enjoy. This should not be tolerated. kindly, take action on it.

          I have order the product on 16 February 2023 and returned the same product on 20 February 2023 and they have said my refund has been credited on 20 February 2023 and the date of initiation of refund said by Amazon was 7 days from the product recieved to them. This is my Order Id[protected] and the price of the product is 1398/-
          Still my Refund is not reflected in my Account and this is the Reference Id- 75105173052003045634153

            A sum of certain Amount is deducted as dom surcharge/tips/rate diff dtd from my account what is the plus point of going cashless when bank can deduct some amount after the transaction is done. No where is mention that a certain amount will be deducted from account if you pay using card so that consumer can prevent from doing so its like cheating consumer to pay for using card and then later on deduct some amount from there account without giving then any notice or proper information why a certain amount is deducted. these pumps are pick poketing our money after third day of transaction completed and it is happening with the help of banks tie up only, these banks were auto debiting our money without customers consent .
            So kindly please take action against those banks who gave the auto debiting permission without the consent of customers

                Complaint against-
                STATE BANK OF INDIA

                GRIEVANCE stands as follows

                1 I have received an email from SBI, informing me for the deduction of Rs 295 as AMC of my ATM card for SBI# [protected].

                2. Previously you have also deducted such charges of Rs 147 for my wife's ATM card AMC.

                3. As pointed out, and elaborated in our last emails, being valuable clients of SBI on account of our heavy investment of above 70 lakhs as FD in your SBI branch‌, such tiny charges are waived by the branch manager, utilising their discretionary power provided by SBI to retain their valuable clients in SBI.

                4. Your attention. Just look. What net says in this reference.

                Can bank waive off charges?
                In many cases, if you have a long-standing relationship with the bank, on asking them to waive your annual fee off, the bank in most cases will comply with your request.
                5. We therefore draw your kind attention to waive such charges for me and my wife, showing due respect to our huge investment in SBI.

                6. We hope we would not be constrained to transfer all our FD to another better Banks, which provide lots of facilities and privileges to attract valuable clients like us.

                7. Many issues against SBI have already been pending where SBI failed to resolve. Do not make the pile more and more worst.

                    Amazon has issued refund for 4 products on 20th feb 2023, but amount was not received into my bank account, even after multiple pleas to bank, they did not properly respond. Amazon provided RRN.

                              Dear sir/mam,
                              My self Anand Singh sbicard holder since 2016.

                              My existing card validity expired in December 2021. At that time I had no outstanding on the same card.
                              I paid complete outstanding with annual fee of 2022. And I raised a request to deliver renewed credit card on my address which was maintained in a separate service request.
                              Which was rejected without any reason

                              In the year of 2023 sbicard Team charged annual fee on the same card.for Which delivery also pending till date.

                              On dated[protected] I paid complete outstanding of rupees 1061 INR but due to pending in delivery this paid amount reverted back in my original account. Due to the reason I am not able to pay outstanding.

                              Then I raised another service request to change address by filing self attested driving licences.
                              But sbicard Team rejected this request also and charged penalty on penalty and force to pay the same.

                              So I request you to close or deliver this renewed credit card without any penalty .
                              I case of delivery I will pay annual fee only

                              Have you tracked the problem???. what is the issue in that. How... how can you closed this request without arranging call back.

                              Base on shared screen shot. I proceeded payment on dated 21.2.23, but due to inactive card amount reverted into my account.

                              Why I should pay penalty on that.

                              Note:- I am not satisfy with this resolution.

                                  Regarding complaint on sbi credit card as I have received a call from earn point enterprises on you will receive rewards point of around 15k but the amount has been debited as she told that we are calling from sbi credit card and giving false assurance about refuding the amount from credit card and the rewards will be credited to your account within 10 to 15 working days but the amount has not been refunded.

                                    Respected Madam/Sir,

                                    I have a Simply Save credit card since last 5 years, recently I have received a message from SBI Card on date 15.02.23 that I have been issued a new card with new validity but any other information about it like which courier company and docket number is not given.
                                    After that i was continue mail on sbi card customer care mail id since 15.02.23 but there is no response even after my repeated mails.
                                    After this I mailed to nodal officer on 27.02.23, whose reply I have received. In which without giving any information about the said card, it was told that I will have to block the card and get a new card issued for which I will also have to pay a fee.
                                    I am completely unsatisfied with the answer given by nodal officer because he has not investigate related the details of issued card, even after i has been repeated again and again mail.
                                    The issue of a new card with new validity is duty and liability of SBI cards P.S.Pvt.Ltd. and Message has been sent by SBI cards P.S.Pvt.Ltd so investigation is duty of yours and no fee should be charged for this.

                                    If Negligence by your company, then why should the consumer pay for it? "SBI cards P.S.Pvt.Ltd is fully responsible because negligence is from his side."

                                    The company is not giving information about the real status of the card issued earlier. misguided the new card was issued on 23 March, which was recalled by instructing the courier company even before it reached me. i am Mentally very disturbed and the possibility of financial loss is very high with me.
                                    The company is not reply any satisfactory answer and without investigation of old issued card only pressurize me to reissue a card.

                                      Yesterday my brother send me 6000 rupeess next day when i check my account its only show 1000 when i was checked. I already filed a complain but sbi not taken any strick action i think Sbi cheat on us i am Student i know how much valueable that amount please co-operate with me and kindly please find the culprit as soon as possible .
