deduplication of cif numbers

Hi Team,
With due respect I submit that I have a savings account in Bhagalpur branch bearing A/c No – [protected] with the CIF number [protected].

I also have another Saving account in SBI branch Chingrighata Kolkata bearing A/c No. – [protected] with the CIF number : [protected].

In view of above, may I request you to please cancel the CIF No. [protected] and update the CIF No. [protected] for both...

I tehemina ansari got a new mobile number from vodafone for my 13 year old brother, just to stay in touch in case of emergency, on 04.05.2018, ever since 05.05.2018, we have been receiving multiple calls for some ashoke. When checked with vodafone they said that the previous owner may have stopped using the sim long ago due to which this number was refreshed by the system as a new one.in spite of informing sbi again n again that the number doesn't belong to ashoke they still keep calling almost everyday. And disrespectfully ask how do i know that the person stopped using the number. Either sbi hires dumb and illiterate set of people to have decided to go out of business. I've even asked them to cease calls and put dnd on my number but they refuse to listen and continue to call. I wish to file a lawsuit against sbi for harassment and creating a stressful atmosphere for my 13 year old brother. Putting us threw mental agony.

My name is dipesh nahar my ac is sbi nai abadi branch mandsaur i have suffered by bank employ not to increase my od limit i go 8to 9 times but the officer who work to increase limit but he was not in mood of work always denied to work. Please resolve the issue.
My card expired in April but I have not received new debit card till now.

I am not aware of the SBI Cap securities. Someone mislead me that there are no charges for registration. I am not willing to proceed with this. It starts deducting the amount from my account. I request you to please close my SBI Cap Security account with SBI. Below is the Client ID: 10868114.

      Hi. Good morning. I am the existing customer of state bank of india. I have saving account in sbi, sector 22 branch, gandhinagar, gujarat. I have also sbi debit card along with this account.
      Sbi offer 5%cashback by using state bank debit and credit card under an arrangement with samsung india electronics pvt. Ltd ("merchant") from 11 september to 22 octomber2017.
      Under this customer eligible for 5 % cashback on min transaction of rs.20000 or above and maximum cashback will be rs. 2500 per card account.
      The cashback under this program shall be credited in the account of card holder by 22 january 2018.
      According to this offer i had purchase samsung double door refrigerator model no: 03 sm rt37m5538s8/tl by using sbi debit card on 5th octomber 2017 through mann electronics (Othorised dealer of samsung) with rs. 35700. Merchant also debit handling charge of 2% (Rs. 700) including with total price of refrigerator.
      Till date i have not receive any cashback in my account.
      For that i represent the sbi local branch manager for above incidence. But she said that there is no role of our branch in this offer, you direct contact sbi contactcentre.
      So i have humbled request to compensate the cashback offer to my account. Do need full this matter. Thanking you.

        This is atri bhattacharyya, reg mobile no is [protected], and card no ends with 6826 and my dob is[protected].
        Sbi given limit on my card is 10000/-, but every month they charged rs-590/- for over limit.
        Now my question is if they provide me 10000 they why they allow over usages??
        And funny thing is they only allow minimum rupees like 1, 2 rupees and if you take this credit they will charge 590/-
        They charged my on 17th feb 2018 and 9th april 2018.
        Please help me to waive these charge or else am unable to pay the current money.

            Today i deposit cash in cash machine - hyderabad public school sbi branch (Branch code 02728) inr 4000 and suddenly transaction failed, and no receipt came out.

            Error shows "invalid transaction" but money is not return back and i am not get any statement and message. Lot much of times i called to complaint desk also not responding properly.

            What should i do! Is this customer service???

              I have been maintaining my sb a/c in sbi for last 10 years, all my salary/debit card & credit card/cheque book/transactions only in sbi. Now my problem is yesterday i have asked about personnel loan in sbi trichy branch, they said to me lots of norms, we need undertaking certificate from your employer then only shall we provide the personnel loan for you, please tell me the educated people who one willing to provide the under taking certificate. Before i saw one advertisement of sbi through tv channel one week before so that i has proceed. Already sbi done lots of deductions. Now these things also. Here such type of peoples how will develop in his/her carrier like wise mine. I don't want to arguing with sbi peoples better way i will going to closed my account from sbi to other banks now my 10 years journey with sbi now coming end. I feeling shame because of sbi. Very worst.

My issue is i unable to receive my otp number since 2 months and i already visited and today also i visited to my home sbi branch benipur darbhanga and i spoked with one assistant manager mr. Amit. They clearly said that i don't know how to solve this problem.

                So, kindly i requested to you that please take the action against him. And provide me otp number. Otherwise complaint would be go to the higher authority.

                  I had 15000 rs in my account. I tried to withdraw 10000rs from atm, but in first iwas not able to.in second try i was able to take out money. Now i got text that 5184 rs is remaining in my account. I withdrew money at 4.15am. At 7 am i get a sms that a hold of 10000rs has been put on my account. I tried to know the reason by calling the customer care, but they were not able to provide me any reasons, so they said i might have taken a loan. I asked them again then they told me go to your home branch and ask them. Currently im living in delhi and home branch is in chennai, i told them, but they said they dont have information. I said okay register complaint, they simply refused to register any complaints and asked me to call after 48 hours, now on 5th may i asked home branch manager on call, when hold will be over, he said in 48 hours. Now after few hours there was another hold of 10000 rs on my account. I have written 3 mails to complaint system of sbi, all rejected saying invalid credentials provided. No one even cares whether i get my money back or not. Can you guys help me out to get my 5184 rs. Im a student, i havent even told my parents about it.

Jab paise bank ko diye to tab kisi ne kuchh ni kaha ab mai paise nikalne gaya to mujhe bataya gaya ki mai 18 ka hu aur mujhe apni extra detail bharni hai aur withdrawl me bank waale muh bana ke kehte hai account stopped.                           Dear team,
                          Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my wife (Name-pradnya dilip khedkar) account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

                            Dear all,

                            I had received a call regarding sbi credit card from your representative (Sanjana (Sbi credit card section)-[protected]). I got the information and agreed to get a normal credit card stating that there is no annual payment or any other payment for the card from my account. Again i got a call that your sbi elite credit card was ready for despatch in which there is a annual fee. Hence i requested to cancel the card, then it was told we will send you a normal card.
                            After two days i received a card from the aremex courier. When i opened there is elite card ([protected]). I got fully frustrated and again i called the customer care. Since the card was printed it was sent soon we will provide you a normal card. Once you received this elite card will automatically get cancel till that time you hold that card.

                            On 3 may'18 i received a e-stmt for the card an amount of rs.5899 to be paid on or before 21 may 2018. I enquired with the bank and they are telling that you have to pay the amount since the bill has been generated for the month and there is no other option and it can be deducted from your purchase in future.
                            I am complaining that this is completely cheating and fraudulent against the customer. I was highly stressed by this message.
                            This is the way a nationalised bank is treating a customer by saying trustful words.

                            I'm requesting you to cancel the credit card asap, also am not able to pay the total due amount.

                            Please do the needful. Kindly cancel the credit card.

                              Dear sir/madam,

                              Me and my father went to sbi anandapur (Sbin0016634) branch on today (4th may 2018) for submitting a locker application.

                              We didnt know that there were no bike parking zone inside the complex for sbi customer thus we ride the bike inside the complex infront of the bank.

                              One of the security guard came to us and used very rough and slang language as we ride inside the complex.

                              We asked him that he would have politly told to get the bike out from the building complex but he continued using slang very loudly.

                              He also gave us treat that he will see us outside the bank and will show his power.

                              I am not sure whether he has mental problem or not, but i would request sbi bank to pls take an action against that guard.

                              Please provide some behavioural traning to sbi security guard to avoid this kind of customer complain.

                                  The bank is unnecessary charging SI charge on my Recurring Deposit (RD) account even though I am having sufficient balance on my saving account. Again recently the bank have deducted Rs 295 that is 2 times I.e. March 2018 & April 2018 as SI FAILURE CHARGE

                                    There is a very slow and poor service in SBI, CHEVELLA BRANCH, RANGAREDDY DIST, TELANGANA. The staff not respond immediately, properly and not give minimum information, serivice and respect to the customers. for exammple to deposit cach and to withdraw cach from a/c and to draw DD, pass book entry update, issue of cheque book etc. it will take 2-3 hours, most of the times to most of the customers the sbi chevella staff says to come another day or after 2 or 3 days for small bank works. Due to the staff negligency the customers are facing much problem and lossing their valuable time, money and other imp works by visiting to the sbi chevella again and again for the same works.

                                      This is complain against branch manager of sardarnagar, ahmedabad. Gujarat. Today on 04/05/2018 when we visited to branch to deposite our dollars cheque but he said you have to visit nri brach. This is the third time when branch manager changed and they don't have their job knowledge whenever branch manager changed i am facing this issue. And nri branch or main branch is so far from our area and every time they are saying you have to visit main branch or nri branch. And i want to complaint against one of your executive she is working there and she knew all that we are depositing this cheque in our local branch but she said that she don't know anything and behaving rude.
                                      I request you to take an action on serious note. And give me favourable reply.
