I have applied sbi simply clock visa credit card application number[protected]
i got an call from [protected] this number and said to me that i am eligible for this card and he asked me my pin code -731101 and my city - suri, dist - Birbhum, Westbengal, and said service available in my location and sbi agent will come and pickup my documents, but today i got an call from another person from sbi bank kolkata branch mobile number [protected] and said that my pin code is not serviceable and there agent will not pickup the documents, what is this? if you don't have service in my location why first told me that my pin code serviceable,
in my location already have sbi bank branch. i need confirmation of my application.

    I applied for topup loan for amounting Rs 760000 from sanjay place, agra corporate br, but loan section of sbi main br agra informed me that due to education loan EMI rs 2237, which EMI will start from june 2019, applied amt can't be sanction. said u r eligible for only Rs 620000.
    I want to say that my education loan's emi will start 2019, then is this emi amt my laibility at present ?

      Transaction of an amount of RS.1649/- was made from my credit card on 01.05.2018 for CPP ASSISTANCE. I have never agreed to do transaction. I am not interested in subscribing the plan again. Please look into the matter and refund/ reverse the amount of RS.1649/- to my credit card account. Once we have agreed for that year, it doesn't mean that life long one can deduct amount without the permission of card holder. My credit card is visa platinum xxxxxxxxxx----8027.         I had recently cancelled my E-tickets on 12 April 2018 PNR no. [protected] booked on 18 Jan 2018 and I did not get any refund yet. I got auto generated refund mail from [protected]@irctc.co.in stated that my refund will be in processing. But it has been already more than 15 days and I did not get any refund yet. So I contacted IRCTC about this issue but they said they had already sent the amount with Transaction ID [protected]. They say contact your bankers for further confirmation. I called several times on SBI customer care number they say they wouldn't do nothing on this. I am completely fadeup with this issue. I need my refund amount back into my account as soon as possible.

          SBI Civil, Ahmadabad-16

          I would like to complaint regarding employee (M/S Urvi Rana, Relationship manager). She called me yesterday (08.05.18) to update my KYC, whichever i already submitted in my saving account or as per central govt. employee account. I came in strong sun light (42 degree temperature) at SBI branch, but she talked to me about only to get credit card. Is it the good way to offering credit card? She troubled me because i was on on duty (central government ) and called me to come same day and submit your KYC. She filled a one KYC form temporarily to showing me because she didn't filled e mail Id in particular column and not affix my photograph.

          Kindly take necessary action whereby she or any staff do not bothered me in future.

            In reference to the subject stated above I, Harinder Kumar S/O Harbans lal have borrowed Housing loan from SBI Branch Barnala (Branch Code 006341, IFSC SBIN 0006341) amounting to Rs 5 Lakh since October 2013. Amount of Rs 3.50 Lakh is still outstanding . I wish to have a Top-up loan of Rs 4 Lakh for renovation work of my house.
            On consulting the authorities only four documents ; Last three Months salary slip from DDO, Last two years Form No. 16, copy of Pan Card & Adhar Card were demanded. But as I proceeded bank authorities asked me to submit the legal & valuation report which I already have submitted with the application of my first Housing loan. Original registry of my house is also pledged with the concerned Bank branch.
            As you are aware that legal & valuation report cost approx Rs 10, 000 (Ten Thousand )every time. It is undue & harassing from customer's point of view to prepare it.
            So I request you to consider my earlier submitted report which values way more than the cost of loan.

              I have a current account and EDC machine for my business from SBI (Formerly known as SBM) from Nandini Layout branch of which the branch code is 40513.
              I had requested the branch multiple time from last 1 year to surrender my EDC machine and close the current account for which the branch asks for a letter for EDC cancellation as account cannot be closed without surrender of EDC.
              Even after 1 year, the EDC is not collected nor cancelled and neither the account is closed. I am being charged every month rental for the EDC terminal whereas the branch manager clearly said that there will no rental from the day I had requested for cancellation and will reverse all the charges and almost Rs.5000 has been debited from my account.
              Now when I have strictly asked the manager to take the machine and close account and reverse the charges for which he is saying that he cannot reverse any amount and extra Rs.6500 has to be deposited to account for more rental and account maintenance charges.
              When I informed this to the SBI agm and customer care, the branch manager had called me and started abusing me, using vulgar words and have started threatning me.
              I had again informed the same to the AGM and customer care but still no proper response but EDC has been collected from my store. Still the account is not closed and the manager is using the same language whenever he calls.
              He also lies and calls to the bank saying that some person from head office have come to meet you, he wants to give some application and all such and calls after banking hours.
              I want to bring in notice about all this as still the account is not closed and the bank manager is using in-applicable words.

                The worst case scenario is seen in each and every state bank branch... The mentally harass the customers... They never do the work properly... The age of each and every member is old... Change the staff... There are lots of problems... The make customers sit for hours and then send them home saying its their recess... If changes are not seen... A huge amount of people will close their accounts in bank... Be ready for the same.. Consequences will be bad then

                  A refund of 508 rupees was successfully processed on 11march 2018 to my account by amazone. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                  I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                  I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                  Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                    SBI Did not reach me on this, I had to run between SBI Bank Avadi and SBI Credit Cards, Kandanchavadi Branches to get this resolved. Waited for hours time to meet SBI Credit Card Operations Manager. Explained the problem (He mentioned it would be resolved in 7 days) They again took 2 months time for this. I got fed up and went to Credit Card Office at Kandanchavadi. There was new Operations Manager, who resolved in a day. I appreciated the effort, but still the time the previous manager and his solution dragged me was unexplainable pain. SBI, try to assign job to the right person. I am not a happy customer. Prefer to stay away from SBI in future, as this is my experience

                    I paid Jamia Hamdard admission fee through my sbi internet banking sum of 1217.00 rupees, but at that time that transaction is successfully completed and 1217.00 rupees are debit from my account. This 1217.00 rupees are not received by that particular merchant. So please verify my transaction details. My Transaction number is[protected]

                      For sbi select+ credit card, two transactions happened on 26 december 2017 without
                      My knowledge of rs.98, 000/- & rs.25, 000/-. I raised a complaint to sbi (Having worst customer service) to resolve this dispute, whenever asking regarding the status they gave one statement that investigation under process.
                      After five months they came back saying that i am liable to pay the entire dispute amount.

                      For rs. 25000/- transaction card has only rs.23000 but they made the transaction successful and making the amount as rs.-2000/- (Negative).
                      I don't know how one can transact more than the limit provided.
                      May be sbi only involved in this process making such profits from the credit card holders.
                      I don't know whom to complain regarding this. They even didn't care about the transactions tried after exceeding the limit of the card.

                        Mujhe ye samajh nahi aata jab itne years me is account me balance hi nahi tha to atm kisne use kiya msg kisko bheje
                        Chor bank ko pese katne ka mauka chahiye
                        Bank of baroda ne aaj tak koi charge nahi kata h mere account se
                        Bank of baroda always best

                        Sabhi freinds and family ko recommend karunga never use sbi the chor banks account. There are many hidden charges poor and mediam class man effort nahi kar sakta

                                Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

                                      Sir,

                                      I (Shivam Gupta) am writing to you on my father's behalf (Mr. Akhil Kumar Gupta).

                                      This is to inform you that my father has saving a/c in SBI Bank whose a/c no. is [protected] and atm card no. is[protected] .Sir he has not made any transaction of Rs. 5200 on 03rd May 2018 evening but the same was deducted through his ATM card, though the card was with him in Sitapur. Transactions took place by the name of Budh Bazar, Muradabad by unauthorised means with no. S10A[protected]. He contacted customer care for blocking the card to which he was given a ticket number [protected] and the card was blocked. Rs. 5200 were wrongly deducted from the SBI account in Muradabad though my father was in Sitapur (UP) along with the possession of his debit card.

                                      So i am mailing it to you finally with a hope that i may get my deducted amount credited to my account.
                                      I am helpless now. Kindly.consider the same and credit the above amount in my account.

                                      I am extremely displeased with the services of the bank and planning to close my account with such banks, who have no concern for their customers.This is totally unfair on the bank's part to just deduct amount from the account, and just simply do nothing.

                                        I retired as director from ministry of home affairs on 31st august, 2003. I am receiving my pension from sbi, scope complex, new delhi (Formerly state bank of hyderabad) my sb bank account no. Is [protected]. I have not received pension for april, 2018 as it has not been credited to my account. This may kindly be sorted out quickly and my pension credited to my account.
                                        My pension has not been revised despite cpao having sent latest ssa. The particulars are given below:
