I am a defence service employee and my employer afcao credited my salary on 26 april to my account no[protected]to ensure that we are able to meet our expenses during the weekend as it happened to be a long weekend from 28 april 2018 to 30 april 2018. However my bank has cleverly not credited the amount to my account till date. This unprofessional and in customer friendly approach has caused a lot of inconvenience to me as i have not been able to book my holiday tickets which will now be more expensive.. I ve not only lost 05 days interest in my account ive also been subjected to lot o[censored]ncertainity and anxiety by the bank.. I would request you to credit my salary with 05 days of interest.

      I withdrawal amount (10000)from ATM on 8th April (gangapur city) but after 2 minutes 20, 000 amount also withdrawal from my account. On same time i raised a complaint by customer care and block my card . i followup with bank but they just wrote the complaints but still there is no Action taken by them .

        Hello Sir,

        On 22nd April 2018, totally 7 transactions had done through my debit card without my involvement. As soon as I got the message of transactions, I reached nearest ATM and took a mini statement. As per the mini statement, the transactions are done by debit card OTHPG[protected]GOOGLE *Moonfrog Labs g.co/helpp. As it was done on Sunday, the next day I had filed a complaint with SBI bank and Police Station. Also, I had blocked my ATM card. But, I didn't get any response. Then, I complained to Google Support Team and mentioned the transactions details on 29th April 2018. After that, on 30th April 2018, I got a message from Google Support Team stating that...We've looked into the information you've provided, but were unable to locate the charges you've reported. Since these charges aren't in your account, it's possible that someone has gained access to your payment information and used it on Google Play.

        Could a friend or family have access to your payment details and made these purchases? Or maybe you have a different Google account you want me to check?
        Is this a proper responsibility given by Google Support Team saying as it is out of their checking process. So, I demand SBI and Google Support Team to take proper action and refund my money as early as possible. Also, I kindly request everyone to raise your voice against this kind of fraud transactions done by best-renowned Organizations.

          Hello,

          Our account is with Rajajinagar 2nd Block, There are few unknown transaction happening from couple of months.

          We are not getting any OTP nor the Money transaction SMS.

          There is a transaction with Phone Pe of INR 10, 000.00 on 16 April 2018, but there was no OTP & there was no transaction SMS.

          And also on 14 April 2018 other 2 transaction which is of INR 7699 & INR 2699.

          We do not have any information of these transaction.

          We are not updated with these transaction at all.

          I have been enrolled for the sms banking but not getting any transaction sms.

          Similar there are many instances.

            SBI charged me 59 rupees of 4th cash deposit at home branch, without giving information regarding this change.
            i am not aware regarding this charges, so after charged i could know, what is the rubbish system first charging and then informing to customers. please wake all cosumer and tell SBI to refuse the system of impose charge cleverly without personal information or notice.

              I will share a very bad experience with the bank employees. I was on the 5th floor for Aadhar registration when I had to respond to a nature’s call. I got in touch with a house keeping guy and asked him for the direction to the bathroom. He directed me to the 3rd floor. Unknowingly I entered the commercial branch and again asked an employee about the direction to the rest room. She directed me to the spot. On the way to the facility I was stopped by an aged employee and was asked about my intentions. I told him that I came for Aadhar registration and have been waiting for long and wanted to use the bathroom. His reply was a hailstorm of screams and abuses towards me. He forced me to take him to the 5th floor and introduce him to the person who gave me this direction. I did so. The house keeping guys defended me saying since I am a customer of the SBI can use its facilities and chased the old man back to his floor. They also asked me to lodge a complaint with the branch manager who took sides of the old man once again screamed at me in front of other customers.
              I am totally shocked! If they didn’t want me to use the bathroom, all they needed to do was tell me so and not scream at me in front of other customers. I am feeling very insulted and will make sure that this story doesn’t end here. At the heat of the argument I had taken a video clip of the entire incident which is solid proof of this disgraceful event. The commercial branch insulted me badly publicaly for a reason which wasn’t my fault. I will upload this video online and pursue this matter till I find closure.

                I have activated SBI MOD facility and money was auto sweeped but the deposit account is not visible when I check online. What will be the reason? I checked all possible online options such as hide/unhide account to find the deposit account but still it is not found. The transaction entry is there showing [...] money was sweeped to [...] account. Even my MOD balance is correct but when I check deposit balance it is incorrect. I am worried. Please help.

                  I am also applied for sbi gold credit card. An executive called me and promised me that definitely you will get the credit card to your residence. And confirmed my address,

                  I got one message from sbi stating your application is under process. Then next day under online status of sbi credit card they mentioned

                  "we regret to inform you that your sbi card application could not be processed since it does not meet our policy. We thank you for your time."
                  What i want to do now. Plz mention anything clearly then only i can move to other bank... I applied it before 15 days.. My application number is :[protected] and my date of birth is : 24.09.1989

                    Two times 13000/- were debited from my state bank of india savings account, transaction was not done by me or anyone known to me.
                    I don't know what to do.
                    How will i get the refund?

                    Kindly help me
                    I have even complained in the bank and blocked my debit card.
                    I saw on the internet that other people are suffering from the same problem too.
                    Shall i go and complain in the consumer court myself?
                    Please look into it and tell me the way to resolve this problem.
                    26000/- is not a small amount for me.
                    It's very hard earned money and nobody us giving me the right response as if it doesn't matter.

                        I have an consumer loan from bajaj finance every time when my cheque bounces amount of 295 is deducted 3-4 times from my account even after paying bounce charges when i enquired about it the finance company blames the bank and the bank blames the reserve bank of india and finance company it is not fair on anyones part if i am paying the penalty though the deduction is done afterwards

                            Sir i am defaulter of sbi named ravi prasad. Due to some family problems and due to some cases running in court am defaulter. Agents from sbi mentally and physically thareatning me and disturbing my personal and professional life. This is too bad. I personally am hurts very much.. If not today one day have to pay debta. But what they are doing.. Harassing and abusing is very bad. Mr. Subash and ravi from hyderabad are disturbing me daily at my work place and at house... If any uneventful occurs they will be responsible

                              I took 10000 rs from my account today via sbi atm. Details given below.

                              Sbi atm gfbh[protected] payyampallil centre, aluva fm a/cx0771on28/04/18. Txn#7787.

                              One of the returned 2000 note was formed and fixed with tape. How can sbi give invalid notes for customers. On calling customer care i got the answer that i have to raise complaint in home branch or branch related with that atm. As a traveller it's really irretating. Bank is asking for service charge and giving this type of service then there is no meaning of nme service. The contractors filling the atm has to be punished for this.

                              Problem: Withdraws 10000+5000. Out of this, I got 4 notes of 2000 rupees in torned form. And I have used ICICI ATM.
                              When I complained on SBI customer care, they said we only registered complaints for SBI users. It is very annoying. But they gave me assurance for exchanging notes from SBI any bank.

                                Dear sir,
                                I received the following message, "if your atm (Debit) card has been blocked, pl apply for a new secured evm-chip based atm (Debit) card call [protected] /[protected]". As my debit card visa gold had a limit of rs 50, 000 i wanted to enhance it, i contacted the first number. One disha sharma from head office mumbai asked for details of my card [protected], expiry, civ no, which i reluctantly gave away. But when she asked for my one time password, and the message said it was for purchase of rs 16999 at www. Eshopcore.com, i refused as i had not agreed to any such transaction. She tried her best to convince me but i refused. She said she was blocking my card.
                                I would request you to prevent any transaction on the aforementioned card, and take suitable action against the fraudsters. I would also request you to issue me a fresh card with enhanced limit.

                                  Not allowing to deposit cash of fifteen thousand to my labour account in sbi bank shivarampet branch mysore. Sbi is allowing to deposit up to twenty five thousand with other branchs, which i did. They are acting like gondas in the bank and the service is very bad and blame the merger is the problem and not interest to work with juniors bosses thanking you mohan

                                    Without any information my account has been freezed & when i go for an information they said ' need open new account' i agreed to but till 6 months nothing has happens then again i go to bank for farther details l, they said' need to fill up new account form again' i did it as per their direction. But so far, no account has been opened. When we tried to lodge complaint to cc, a lady, who denied to lodge our complaint & misbehave with us.
                                    Bank staffs are are also not giving the proper information whenever we go for details.

                                    Please take a look & do the needful.

                                      Hi sbi card,
                                      This e-mail is in regards to my sbi card settlement for account with name piyush maheshwari and card ending with 4000. I have been struggling with financial difficulties for the past 6-7 months on account of my lay off from my last working company. I am finding it very difficult to make monthly payments to credit card due to my present financial conditions.
                                      The collection team started calling me january onwards and i informed your team that i am eyeing in this matter and will directly reach out to sbi and also asked the agents to stop calling my family members. The agent called my sister and when she informed she is in a meeting they continuously called her and were very rude and it was a humiliating call. There were further calls made to my family members. I went to the sbi bank and was informed that an emi settlement can be done only after 9 months or you can contact us when you are ready to settle.
                                      Further to this i have started receiving the calls again on 28th april where they called my closed relatives and disclosed my liability to bank. The agent (Dharmendra) contacted my grandmother and informed her the situation. She being an 80 year old lady is not meant to such news. I request sbi to kindly ask your collection team to not call my family members and deal with me directly. As per rbi guidelines master circular no. Dbod. Fsd. Bc.16/24.01.011/2010-11 dated july 1, 2010 banks /nbfcs / their agents should not resort to intimidation or harassment of any kind, either verbal or physical, against any person in their debt collection efforts, including acts intended to humiliate publicly or intrude the privacy of the credit card holders’ family members, referees and friends, making threatening and anonymous calls or making false and misleading representations. So i request your team to stop calling my family members.
                                      On evaluation i feel that i should take up with emi option for settlement of the credit card and will only be able to pay inr 30000 as a settlement amount. I request sbi to consider this or propose a better payment option as it won’t be possible for me to exceed the given amount. Some of the conditions that i want for this payment are that it will be done on monthly basis for 12 months; no legal action will be initiated against me in future for any payments and lastly i will be removed from the defaulter’s list from your records.
                                      If your company is willing for this settlement then please write back to me and i will make the necessary arrangements for making the payment.
                                      I will be glad to receive a positive response from your end.
