saving bank account

Hi,
I am holding a saving bank account with sbi aruppukottai branch. All the communications and the transaction alerts i am getting in hindi, which i don't understand. I am surprised i am holding a account where tamil is main language and mother tongue, why it is in hindi which i don't understand. More over you are charging for the account maintenance every year and sending all the communications in the language which i don't understand....

otp not receiving.. so unable to make any transaction in sbi

From 12.03.2018 i am not receiving otp in my registered mobile number. I have complained many times through sbi's toll free number. They just registered a complain and generate a ticket number and told me that the problem will be resolved within 3 working days. But problem not solved. false transaction from my a/c no. 31692353967

There has been a false transaction from my account on 19 march 18 for the rs. 369.55 and on18 apr 18 for the rs 519.95 both in favour of vodafone. Which is not done by me.
For the both transactions i have not used my said david debit card and not even received any otp or any transaction alert on my registered mobile no.
Sir how any transactions can made without bank staff envolevment.

fraud transaction

refund never processed of 2500 rs

A refund of 2500 rupees was successfully processed on 30th March, 2017 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my SBI account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem....

refund credited from paytm but still not reflected in my account

credit card transaction dispute

Sbi team, i had received call that was offering me the bonus point and vouchers and for that the transaction was charger 2 times 10, 000 each that is 20, 000 was debited from my credit card without my consent.

Please help for the refund immediately as i need the same and this is a pure fraud transaction. This needs to be reported on higher level. I received call from soina gupta - [protected].

emi of rs.28179 deducted after home loan closure

Because of poor service i have closed my home loan (A/c no: [protected]) on 13th april 2018 in bangalore, basavanagudi branch and collected the property documents with confirmation from sbi that no more pending from either side. But after that rs.28179/- was deducted as emi on 16th april even after the loan closure.

Sent 10-15 mails to the manager, ecs section and branch but so far no genuine response and they have utilized...
