Hi,
I am holding a saving bank account with sbi aruppukottai branch. All the communications and the transaction alerts i am getting in hindi, which i don't understand. I am surprised i am holding a account where tamil is main language and mother tongue, why it is in hindi which i don't understand. More over you are charging for the account maintenance every year and sending all the communications in the language which i don't understand....

A refund of 1410.6 rupees was successfully processed on 13 april 2018 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

From 12.03.2018 i am not receiving otp in my registered mobile number. I have complained many times through sbi's toll free number. They just registered a complain and generate a ticket number and told me that the problem will be resolved within 3 working days. But problem not solved. So i again complain the same online and also generated a ticket number. But in vain. So i visited my branch chandikhole (Branch code-4398) and updated my kyc...

I forgot my online sbi banking username & password by mistake there why i can't use my onlinesbi banking services. If any way is there to recover my user name & password then plz help me, to use this facility again.

For the both transactions i have not used my said david debit card and not even received any otp or any transaction alert on my registered mobile no.
Sir how any transactions can made without bank staff envolevment.

This is sharif shaik. I have a credit card. I have got a fraud call and money of 8300 got debited from my credit card with [protected] id. Couuld you please cancel that transaction and replace money back as soonnas possible. I will bbe vveryyy thankful if youu help me with this. Sir, this is very sorry to say that i transfer my home loan from corporation bank to sbi bank, parliament street, 30 regal building in feb 2018 after fulfilling all the formalities, a loan amount of rs. 1759850/- was disbursed on 06/02/2018 and since then i start requesting to bank executive mr manoj soni on his mobile no [protected] as well as to mr satveer singh on [protected] to deduct emi through ecs from my idfc bank whose ecs mandate...

I have successfully payed Rs.1400 from SBI account and got the message to SBI registered no. I have got refund of Rs. 166 from Paytm.com on 06/04/2018 but refund still not reflected in my saving account number [protected]. Paytm quoted me following "We would like to inform you that kindly contact the issuing bank customer care for the cards with Refunded ARN No. "15134838097000000797153".

Sbi team, i had received call that was offering me the bonus point and vouchers and for that the transaction was charger 2 times 10, 000 each that is 20, 000 was debited from my credit card without my consent.

Please help for the refund immediately as i need the same and this is a pure fraud transaction. This needs to be reported on higher level. I received call from soina gupta - [protected].

On 15-march -2018 i have tried to book the ticket using irctc application through phone pay razor pay money 415 rupees debited from account but i did not get ticket from irctc. So please credit 415 rupees in to my account.

Because of poor service i have closed my home loan (A/c no: [protected]) on 13th april 2018 in bangalore, basavanagudi branch and collected the property documents with confirmation from sbi that no more pending from either side. But after that rs.28179/- was deducted as emi on 16th april even after the loan closure.
