I deposited rs 34500 cash through sbi cdm machine on 14 april morning around 9 am in sbi cdm sigra, varanasi. But machine showed some error message after accepting my amount within the cdm. Then i checked account also after 30 hrs, but amount not credited in account. Plz do necessary action

    I forgot my online sbi internet banking password and wanted to reset it and the new password sent to my home address. For this i needed to do my aahaar linking of mu sbi account. The branch where my account is far from my home so i requested that them to let me do it at another sbi branch near my home. They didn't agree to that. I had to go to that branch. Next i needed to reset the internet banking password. I raised an online request to reset and dispatch the password. The online system says it the request has been accepted and the password will be sent in 2 weeks. The password never came. Since then i have raised the password reset and dispatch request 3 times and haven't heard anything from them yet.

      Amount of 5500/- has been deducted from account no [protected], but amount not withdrawal. Transaction was made through sbi atm bajrang nagar kota (Rajasthan). Account holder shaitan lal meena. So i want to help from your respective branch to credit the deducted amount in the account no mentioned above. I am facing shortage of money. So please do the needful as possible as fastly.

        I had deposited inr 13000 via the cash deposit machine at your branch located at payyanur. The money was taken in by the machine. But the amount has not been credited into my account. The transaction was of the denomination of rs 2000 x6 (12000)+ 500x2 (1000). Totalling 13000. I had tried to deposit 17000 in all. But two notes of denomination 2000 was not accepted by the machine. Kindly look in to the matter

            Sir with due respect today i used a pnb atm (In chandigarh sec -21sainik bhawan) a for withdrawal of money from my sbi bank account but during payment connection time out this type of error displayed on screen and transaction didn't happen but the amount 10000 rs got deducted from my account when will i get my refund
            I don't where to share my details like account no and all for further complaint all the toll free numbers written doesn't exist or can't take my call at the moment
            Please resolve my problem

              I have taken sbi cc and the interest has been charged on such a high rate that from last i am paying more than the minimum due and still it doesn’t seems to be getting over, i requested for help upfrontly and none of the team member is ready to help.

              This is with reference to your communication dated 13/04/2018.

              Charges related: we regret to express our inability in reversing the amount debited towards finance charges and late payment fee on your sbi card account.in case if the payment is not received on the due date, then the mentioned charges will be applicable.

              Finance charges: we would like to inform you that in case the payments are missed or outstanding on the card is received less than the total amount due/ total outstanding amount, then interest charges are applied on the balance amount, thus the payment starts revolving on the account, this is also applicable on all the fresh charges incurred, in the same month by the cardholder.

              The finance charge will be levied at 3.35% per month plus government service tax @ as per applicable charges.

              Please note that the finance charges will be calculated on opening balance as well as fresh purchases. This process continues till the complete outstanding on your card account is paid in full.

              In case of cash transactions there is no interest free period available at all.

              The finance charges are levied at 3.35% per month plus government service tax (As per applicable charges) from the day of cash withdrawal, on a daily basis. The finance charges are levied till the cash transaction amount is paid back in full. (Hence, the outstanding on cash is liable to accrue finance charge for period between the statement date and the date on which full payment is received).

              Further, we kindly request you to visit our website www.sbicard.com for detailed example on calculation of finance charges under most important terms and conditions.

              Late payment charges: we would like to inform you that in case the payment of at least minimum amount due is not received by the payment due date, the late payment fee is applied subject to a minimum of rs.100.00 and a maximum of rs.750.00 plus government service tax (As per applicable charges).

              Please note, the late payment fee will be applicable as per the below-mentioned slab, plus government service tax (As per applicable charges).

              Nil for total amount due up to rs.200;
              Rs.100 for total amount due from rs. 201 - rs. 500;
              Rs.200 for total amount due from rs. 501 - rs. 1, 000;
              Rs.500 for total amount due from rs. 1, 001 – rs.10, 000;
              Rs.750 for total amount due above rs. 10, 001

              Kindly advise, since the entire team is not ready to help me out and eventually u want me to pay off the dues without considering my current situation, also to remind you i had never asked for the credit card your team had approached me and called me time and again to make purchases and sbi is following the old stereotypes rituals of charging a huge amount of interest which i am paying for years and doesn’t seems to be ending.

                This is to inform that on 4th January, 2018 four fraudulent transactions were done on my SBI Credit card No. [protected]. The details of this transaction which were neither authorized by me nor were undertaken with my participation are mentioned below.

                I only became aware of Rs. 40000/- being debited on my SBI Credit Card through OTP and Transaction alerts through email, the copy of 4 transaction alerts attached. It is submitted that the above mentioned credit card was in my position during the time of these fraud transactions. The copy of the transaction dispute form that has been submitted to SBI with the request to block the card and to cancel the transactions is attached below.
                I would request you to file a FIR for four fraudulent transactions which were done on my SBI Credit card No. [protected] on 4th January, 2018 amounting to Rs. 40000/-.

                  After i paid the velanchettiyur toll in cash, i stopped my car (Tn22df1650) and bought fastag sticker. I have paid rs.1000 (Agentid 71942). Just minutes after, i have been charged rs.465 for no reason. Car was not used in any toll by the time. Pl refund my money.

                      My name is girish kumar and i have an a/c in sbi, pathanapuram branch. I am servicing in indian army. My a/c is a defence salary zero balance a/c. Today i try to withdraw rs.500 from my a/c, during this time a/c balance is rs. 515. I don't get money. But my a/c is deducted rs.23 as insufficient balance. Please take necessary action. I wish to refund my balance. This is cheating

                        Fraud by moon frog lab
                        Various transactions occurred in three days. Like 30 times without me being aware of it.

                        So in three days they tried to take my money out by various transactions occuring in a day.
                        Like 118, 590, 590, 245,.
                        Having different serious (Othpg[protected]
                        10 to 20 transactions in a day and til three days until i figured out there is no money in my account

                        There was no text message of deduction of money from my account.
                        No information given about.
                        Only i came to know when i went in atm to take out money

                        Various transactions occuring in a day.
                        I never gave my details to anyone
                        Nor the card. Didn't share any information. Did not book for anything.

                        I did some research about moon frog lab. It's some play store app company. That what i'm. Able to find out.. I never registered for any pay games or. Somerhing too.

                        I would like to know more about it.
                        How to file a. Complaint.
                        Is it a cyber fraud
                        Do i have to go police too
                        How should i file the case in bank
                        Will i get my money back.

                          Unknown transaction performed from my sbi debit card worth inr.4700 on pos [protected] at google*zeeshan najeeb txn[protected]. I did not receive otp and debit card is my safe custody. I informed the bank and the debit card is blocked now. I request you to investigate and arrange to refund the amount inr.4700 to sbi savings account. Please do the needful...

                            A refund of 1700 rupees was successfully processed on 5 april 18 to my account by paytm. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                              I am prashant devidas narwade i am having a sb account number in sbi, municipal complex, kinwat and i have lost my sim and mobile number. The same number was entered in my internet banking account [protected] and now i have to change that number. I know for every transactions a security password msg will be forwarded to that number, but i am not possessing that number. Now may i please request you to change my mob number to [protected] please.

                                I have a loan account no [protected] which was linked to ecs the emi from my icici bank account.
                                From dec 2017 onward my emi was not getting deducted, so i visited the sbi laxmi road branch (Branch code-20329) on 05 feb i visited the branch and filled up the mandate form again for ecs. As communicated by mr. Ninawe that my emi will start deducting automatically from march 2018 onward so i have to transfer the emi for feb 2018 to my loan account. Still my emi is not automatically deducting through automated ecs, i have tried so many times calling up but no one pick the phone, neither they replying to email (This is the email id of branch), also late payment fees rs.590 also charged to me. Since last 2 months i am transferring my emi amount through neft manually.

                                  This is to kindly bring to your kind notice in response to our earlier mail send by the head icar-cprs, gwalior to branch manager sbi, morar (04661) dated 04.04.2018 in connection to receipt of the draft/ cheques on 28.03.2018 under following particulars - (As per attachment)

                                  1. Dd no. 257023 dated 21.03.2018- for rs. 84000 /- tranferred to our a/c on 03..04.2018 /- (Amount of sale proceed of seed potato for the financial year 2017-18)

                                  It is informed that despite deposition of the aforemenntioned amount before stipulated date of 31.03.2018, the amount was not transferred in our official account on or before 31.03.2018. The said amount was transferred to official account on 03.04.2018.

                                  2. Cheque 053298 dated 28.03.2018 for rs. 5512500/- not yet transferred to respective account as indicated in the account.

                                  As regards aforementioned amount of rs.55, 12, 500/-, this is to kindly inform you that the said amount ment for sale proceeds of breeder's seed of potato to different state goverenment agencies viz. M. P., u. P, west bengal and many other states. It is very strange to learn that despite deposition of the amount before 31.03.2018, the amount was ton tranferred to our official a/c ([protected]) at sbi, shimla. I want to draw your kind attention tho the fact that there is tremendous pressure and strict guideline for our competent authority at icar-cpri, shimla (Himachal pradesh) that the sale procees of breeders seed proir to closure of the financila year should be transferred to theirt account as this tos utmost essentialfrom audit point of view in the preparation of balance sheet. This has been taken a very serious view by our head quarters authorities at icar-cpri, shimla. Inspite of several verbal request, whattsapp and e-mail to the branch manager of sbi, morar, gwalior (Branch code 04661) after knowing the fact that the amount was not transferred by year ended march, 2018 the amount has not been transferred till date. I am sorry to say that the cooperation of branch manager as responsible officer is not as per standard norms.


                                  3. Cheque no. 053300 dated 28.03.2018 for rs. 99, 418/- tranferred to our a/c on 05..04.2018 /- (Amount of income tax of viith pay commission arrears for the financial year 2017-18)

                                  The afresaid amount deposited on 28.03.2018 for the income tax on the arrears of viith pay commission has also not been transferred before year ended 31.03.2018. It was deposited on 05.04.2018. This is also a very serious issue for the employees as thay have to bear the brunt. Our head quarter authorites has taken a very serious view on it.

Neither i got a call from anybody nor i had shared any detail to anybody, then also it got debited .

                                      Shows the msg of technical issue of server breakdown.
                                      shows the link bit it is not working.And i havn't recieved any msg from bank also for deduction of the amount.now tell me what to do wether to take the appointment again or wait for the confirmation msg.
                                      I have been sending mail to branch regarding my account but no reply back and nobody is responding to my call either,

                                        Unknown transaction performed from my SBI Debit Card worth INR.7899 on POS [protected] at GOOGLE*Octro Inc txn[protected]. I did not receive OTP and Debit Card is my safe custody. I informed the bank and the Debit Card is blocked now. I request you to investigate and arrange to refund the amount INR.7899 to SBI Savings Account 3240XXXX833, which is associated with that Debit Card 4592XXXXXXXX1656. Please do the needful.
