Dear sir
I made 5 withdrawal dated on 02/02/18 at RBL BANK CSP counter through AEPS, among 4 of them got successful and 1 withdrawal got error message but my account got debited rs-2000.
Hence I made few complain regarding same issue but never got my money back to my account.see the attachment bellow.
please help me with this. its really heard earned money and need it back ASAP.

    I tried to deposit 10, 000 in my sbi account through CDM machine located in chenchupet branch tenali . I have given a complaint next day itself by arriving the branch. They asked for a time period of 7 working days . Those 7 days have completed but they haven't deposited in my account. When I tried to give complaint about the CDM machine he(accountant) reacted in a bad manner with me . Please try to resolve my problem

      Dear sir,

      A refund of 349 rupees was successfully processed on 25 march to my account by amazon. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

      I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

      I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

      Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

      I deposited Rs 1500 on 09/12/2017 in kaveripakkam atm with my green card. The amount has not been credited to my account. My green card no. [protected].Please resolve the problem as soon as possible and kindly credit the amount to my account. I have already registered the complaint in branch. Still my amount is not credited.

        I have visit at railway road sbi atm, dated 10.03.2017, 07:50pm two persons are standing in front of sbi atm with a swipe machine, i have enter into atm room and try to withdraw money from atm but cash is not available in atm, out of two person told me we are from sbi bank we are paying to money daily at petrol pumps so today we are having only 20000 and they shown to me bunch of 2000 notes
        Than i had try to swipe my atm with their hand swipe machine but transactions is not done he told to me your atm is not working if you are having another atm so you may check or you may go another atm also elsewhere.
        After that i had gone away to another atm and i withdrawal money from hdfc atm and come to home
        After that on dated 16.03.2017 morning 06:30 get up in morning and see my mobile so many message is coming also atm transactions immediately call to atm call center for stop the payment and i gone to police station and i contact to sbi bank also i have given a written to chief manager of sbi naya nangal

[protected] is linked with some other account no.as well, so its my request to delete my mobile no. From other account, and my no. Is activated only my account no. [protected].

          Hello sir,
          I have a cc account (Rk&sons) with 24 lakh drawing power in our nearest branch saban bazar, ludhiana. I have a complaint regarding inspection charges and loan processing fees. They deducted rs 12655.50 as inspection charges and rs 9912 as commission on loan processing. I visited to the branch and asked the manager about inspection charges. That how the bank deducted it, then he gave me a number of ranjeev who is dealing with this and told me to contact with him regarding this. Then i asked ranjeev and he said sir we deducted rs 324.50 per lakh. But in actual they deducted 12655.50, meanwhile rs 527 per lakh.

          Sir please have a look into my matter.

            On 26th november my credit of 20000 was deducted from my account through sbi atm on paonta sahib district sirmaur state-himachal pradesh pin code-173025. And i have been complaining since 30th november and the ticket number was [protected] and i got the resolution on december 12.. I called the costumer care and he told me to go to my main branch then i contacted my home branch then the branch manager told me to go to himachal pradesh branch again.. And both of them are sending me here and there and i didnt got the previous resolution till now and i called the home branch manager on jan 26th again he registered my complain and the ticket number was [protected] and i got the resolution on 6feb again the solution was go to home branch and i went to home branch the branch manager is saying to go another branch. On feb 11 they again decuted my 10000 till now my 30000 transition has been decuted which ever i have not got this money. So kinly help for the customer who are in trouble not to play with the customer.

                I wanted to deposit 4000 rupees by cdm1 in mangaldai branch which is my savings account. But when i started to cash deposit by cdm, the machine showed me in display, hardware error, there after again showed me ' the last transaction cancelled'. Then i checked my account mini statement but the amount did not deposit my account. There after i submitted a application mention that all along with a receipt which i received by cdm machine when i wanted to cash deposit.
                This transaction was 31-03-18, till now the bank does not response me. So i request to take action against the bank...

                  This is to inform you that on 05/04/2018, I deposited Rs 7500/- in the CDM machine of SBI MAIN BRANCH, PURNEA, BIHAR into my account no. [protected]. The CDM machine accepted the amount and displayed CASH RETRACTED. I immediately complained about this matter to The Branch Manager through application stating every detail, but till date the amount isn’t returned to my account.
                  Kindly look into the matter and solve it as soon as possible.

                    SBI has deducted Rs 295 today for SI FAILURE CHARGES. In my account I have sufficient fund and also my RD account for 3 years premium has been successfully deposited and it ends on 5th Mar 2018 with 36 installments. Now in month of April, I don't have to pay anything but system has deducted Rs 295 for SI FAILURE CHARGES.

                    I don't know how to get my money back from SBI. If you call at customer care number then they will tell they don't have access and they will not resolve the issue. Contact your branch. I am in Delhi and my account is in Pune then how it is possible to contact Pune branch. On phone nobody is resolving the issue.

                    Please suggest.

                            I had worst exp with sbi gt road shahdara branch. They have very unprofessional staff who branch only make customers life hell and not ready to work. Only one thing they can do which is routing customer from one counter to another. Most of the time staff not available and if available then occupied on phones or in gossiping. Customer care enquiry counter is the pathetic one who has no sense how to speak with customers. Branch manger is of no use absolutely good for nothing. I have submitted cheque no 41982613 on 6th apr and today is 10th apr but till now i have not received clearance when i went there i have been told that the responsible person is hospitalised bt my ques is if someone is hospitalised or not there then someone should be there to help. We are paying huge taxes to govt at least govt should take some action on these banks or may be they are too busy in providing cas facility to ppl like mallya and nirav modi. Seriously pathetic.

                              Sir i have an current account with the sbi okha branch. The problem here is that there are only two counters for cash. The cashier here r too slow and people have to stand in the queue for a minimum of 2hours.
                              The customers who have to collect an amount of more than 1lakh are also tortured by handing currency notes of 10 rupees notes and 20rupees notes.

                              I am using my SBI debit card for petrol payment, but as per govt scheme I am not getting 0.75% cash back, which I am receiving on other Banks cards . I paid Rs 1683.44 on 21st March 18 for petrol thro' my card... kindly look into it.

                                  Respected sir/madam,
                                  I beg to state that i recharged my uts mobile app (Under irctc) on 07/04/2018 with amount of rupees 300 using my debit card. The first transaction was unsuccessful. So, i tried again and recharge done with rupees 300. But rupees 300 deducted twice from my account, total 600. The bank statement showing wrong date also. Though the date was 07/04/2018, it is showing rupess 300 debitted twice and showing date of 08/04/2018. I am attaching the bank statement and screenshot o[censored]ts recharge history.

                                  I sent mail to sbi calcutta university branch and uts kolkata. But the problem is not solved, and not reply got through mail.

                                  Kindly look into the matter so that the money will be refunded for failed transaction or will be added to the r wallet o[censored]ts if transaction is done.

                                    This is to bring to your notice that i, debajyoti paul chowdhury, residing in 5 aa pai road, belghoria, kolkata - 56 would like to lodge a complain against fraudulent or unauthorized transaction from my sbi account, belghoria branch.

                                    My sbi account is a savings account for more than one year and linked up with my registered mobile no. [protected]. On 08.04.2018 at around 3:54pm i received a sudden sms of insufficient fund (Picture of insufficient fund sms is attached with this mail for your reference) which indicates that someone tried at that moment to do transaction from my account. My account contained more than rs 17000/-. When 3rd time transaction was tried due to insufficient fund i received this message in my mobile. After login through my pc, i found that two times debit transaction was done of same amount i. E. (Rs 7900+ rs 7900=rs 15800/-) by itunes.com/bill. (Picture of bank statement and mobile sms are attached with this mail for your reference). My query is without any otp (One time password) which i was suppose to receive at my mobile no., how come bank allow this?

                                    Sbi being a govt. Registered bank how come can allow any transaction without any otp? Where is the security of public??
                                    On 08.04.2018 i lodged a general diary to belghoria police station, diary no. Is 495. (Picture of gd is attached with this mail for your reference). Today in the first hour i went to the sbi bank, belghoria branch and spoke to the branch manager. He informed me that bank does not have any responsibility we have to lodge the complain to cyber crime dept. He only received the copy of the general diary.

                                    I, am a business man, running a cyber cafe. I do not have any account in this website and have never purchased anything from this site. I have not faced any such problems before. I have not shared any details of my card and account with anyone.

                                    I would be really grateful to you if you could look into this matter and take necessary actions as early as possible. Please guide me with further procedures, so that the amount can be credited back to my account. Waiting eagerly for your response.

                                    State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    I am also facing the same issue. My account has been deducted just now with INR 7900 two times. Is there any resolution to it? Did you get your money back from SBI? Seems like it has happened with many people. I just reported this to customer services and blocked my card.

                                    Brother, my account today was deducted 5 to 6 times by iTunes.com. I called the customer care number and blocked the card.

                                    My question is have you hot ur money back or not ???

                                    And any other place to complain ?.
                                    I think SBI PEOPLE ARE DOING THIS.😠😠😠

                                      Dear sir

                                      A refund of 4999 rupees was successfully processed on 25 mar 2018 to my account by amazone. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                                      I have called the state bank of india customer service and also the state bank of india branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                                      I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                                      Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.
