Hello sir my name is jaynik prajapati kanu bhai my sbi bank account at adipur sbi bank i am going bank for 4 days they are not active my adhar card and for this i loss my 40000 scholarship the service manager is very proud behavior and not working so please take action on him i am very pour from this manager i loss my scholarship
Surcharges deducted many times . A/c no.[protected] branch code. 04891 . Kindly reimburse the amount. Do the needful to not to deduct the surcharge from my account.

    I tried to generate otp for my new debit card through sms, ivrs and atm. But i have not received any otp yet. The home branch is not helping either. They are clueless about it. I am receiving all other transaction messages but not the pin generation message. This is highly unprofessional from such a leading bank. I am facing this problem for the last two weeks now.         Sir EVERY TIME UR sending that u will solve the problem
        But still UR not responding or no reply from UR sbi team

        Application form for ssc chsl 2017 has not been submitted but the amount has been deducted from the account. the website shows non payment as well has non submission of the application but the account has been debited with the amount.

          My self ayyappasetti jaya subramanyam having savings account in sbi bank, cross road piler branch (Main branch) with account no

          Recently i had a horrible experience which has shattered my trust on sbi bank reason his

          Somebody have hacked my account online by misusing my funds as mentioned in below dates

          14/12/2017 - they have transferred rs6000

          15/12/2017 - they have transferred rs6000

          28/12/2017 - they have transferred rs12000

          29/12/2017 - they have transferred rs 6000

          But worst thing is i have not recieved the otp or transaction sms, because of which i have lost the money

          If at all i have recieved the sms or otp then i would have got alerted and blocked my card immediately

          So bank should take complete responsibility and investigate get me the money back

          Being customer from long years i expect sbi will do jsutice to me

            Sir on dated 30 december i paid ₹ 499 for the jio recharge.
            The transaction id has been given and payment ₹ 499 the amount has been deducted from my account. Sir i did i have contacted jio care and they asked to contact the bank (Bhim)

                        Suddenly on the 2 jan 2018 i have received two sms stating that rs.57.50 has been deducted. I have logged into my account and verified that due to some reason there where two transactions with amount 57.50 (57.50+57.50=115) with description/narration as:

                        1st transaction narration is: debit
                        Mandate citi sbin[protected] 02-jul-2016

                        2nd transaction narration is: debit
                        Mandate hdfc sbin[protected] 22-jun-2016

                        Below is the explanation that i have received

                        Complaint status/resolution : charges rs 57 for sorry for inconvicence, p recovered correctly as per exiting terms and conditions. The details of service charges are available in our official website under service charges and fees link.

                        I have no clue what are these charges related to when i tried inquiring they asked me to visit the branch. My branch is hyderabad public school, hyderabad, telangana.

All this while, every year, for submitting his life certificate he used to personally visit the branch in the month of november. This time, since he is under diagnosis in pune, i presented him physically in front of a sbi branch manager in pune. He tried to fill up the form online, but, due to some technical problem, he was not able...

                          Dear sir

                          A refund of 10, 936, 50/- rupees was successfully processed on 17 dec 2017 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                          I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                          I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund and refund reference number is 431671

                          Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                              I registered a complaint on 1/1/18 regarding non receipt of my pension giving all the details. Subsequently i visited my home branch (4675 hvf branch) on 2/1/18. They confirmed me that i have signed my life certificate on 8/11/17. But they are unable to give any reason for not crediting my pension for december 2017.in the meanwhile i got an mail from sbi on 2/1/18 stating that my complaint has been attended and closed. I fail to understand how before solving my problem sbi has closed my complaint. I don’t know why sbi is treating its customers like this. I an 74 year old and cannot go the brank daily.

                                I checked my father's bank account which is in state bank of india ifsc : sbin0001781 and found that the subsidy which is initiated by my lpg service provider (Bhartia gas serive, govind nagar, kanpur). My father is deceased now and i was out of townsince then as i came back and checked everything and went to the bank, the branch manager is saying that account is not active as no withdrawn is done on this account for the last 2 years. We can not help you and there is no procedure for such cases. As you came today, you have to close this account as earliest. On the other hand, my lpg provider showed me that they had initiated the transfer from their end as the account is not active, it is not been credited. I am very upset as they both have denied to help me in this regard. Please help me where to go now? As you are the last hope for me. I can not afford any advocate at this time. Kindly help.

Life certificate has already been submitted through by register post and delivered on 17 nov 2016. But till date they are not release my pension and not give any replay. Last five days i given so many mail communication to the bank, but they not give any replay/sanction my pension. Please do the needful action sir.

But till date they are not release my Pension and not give any replay.Last five days I given so many mail communication to the bank, but they not give any replay/sanction my pension .                                   Dear Sir, I am a Army Ex Servicemen, I got the pension through SBI, Sadar Bazar, Jhansi. (o1959). Life certificate has already been submitted through By Register post and delivered on 17 Nov 2016. But till date they are not release my Pension and not give any replay.Last five days I given so many mail communication to the bank, but they not give any replay/sanction my pension .                                       A refund of rs.1252 had been processed on[protected] by amazon. The amount was supposed to be reflected in my account by[protected], but i haven't received my cash till now. The authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is 634483. When i called sbi customer care, they say it is an issue with amazon. So, please ensure the refund of the amount to my account.
