I have ordered 1 back covers on 22 november 2018 and the order is still saying it is getting processed and their helpline number is switched off and the mail is sending auto generated reply whenever i al raising ticket. There was no cod option as well so i paid 200 through paytm. This site is a fraud one. I want my money back. Also ban this site and their advertisements in various social apps so that it cannot fool other people. Please assist.

I have placed my order on 15 nov with 498₹ via MobiKwik and today its 24 and haven’t received the products or anything neither they are replying to my mail.i want my money back immediately..Or you should reply me asap.its been more then a week when i placed my order..

I have ordered a redmi note 4 cover but after successfully payment also it's showing your order is failed. Please help me and their number are coming switch off.please refund my money or tell me other details to contact them nd help me.

I want to return my order which I ordered on November 14th of this year and when u today receive that order that was not comfortable for my mobile phone. I ordered mobile case for moto g5 plus but I receive different. Kindly make this sure I want to return this order and want my money back.
