bad behaviour of front desk staff

We had booked 2 rooms in shirdi, sai wada on 30th november, 2017 nearly a month in advance. We had called the resort many times to tell them to give us 2 rooms close by since we were a family travelling. Each time we were told that the internet wasn't working, etc.

When we went there, rooms given were so far away. The front desk person was rude and showed great attitude.

I am booking 2 days for lonawala (21st nov to 23rd nov) and 2 days (23rd to 25th nov) for shirdi. Around two months crossed but till date lonawal confirmed and 1 day shirdi confirmation received. 1 day shirdi confirmation waiting, i am regular touch with mr. Niladeri from kolkata and he told that we manage and confirm the same. My booking date is 23rd evening to 25th mid day november.

At kalyan jwellers 45 min they explained their membership scheme but i choose not to buy that in hurry. So then they gave me a free voucher for 2n/3d stay so i can stay and decide for membership. That was fair enough but the thing is they are now not sending the link to book the resort using voicher.
And i do not know whom to contact for it....

Their[protected] number is always busy.
I tried to contact their head office on[protected], they are not ready to listen to my complaint of not getting reservation, though i am more than 25 years old...
