I am a sterling holidays member..I deposit 40141 rupees for membership...but sterling holidays gave me free 2night and 2 days. When I went to lonavala resort it was not good no facilities. I called customer care and wants my money back I said you can take 2 days hotel rate and rest of the amount to be return.but they are not giving my money back.kindly help me .

      I am dr. Chandra deo narain, an old member of sterling holiday resorts, membership number vts 22503.

      I visited sterling holiday resorts, puri, odisha, with family, on 23rd dec, 2017, at noon. Confirmation voucher number for this holiday is[protected], dated, 26th sep, 2017.

      Inr 5000.00 is paid through pos to sterling holiday resorts, puri, on 23rd dec, 2017, at 4.02 pm. Transaction no. Is[protected], for pos [protected]. This transaction was done by mr. Amit from the resort reception.

      The same is confirmed via sbi's automated sms as well as via email to me that the payment has gone through.

      Snapshot from sbi account statement is also attached herewith for the same. But sterling holiday resorts' people (Mr. Amit, mr. Manish as well as resort manager, mr. Paul dhanraj) maintain that the amount was not received by them at all. Moreover, mr. Dhanraj compelled me to make all the payments via cash on the night of 27th dec, 2017, around 8 pm, promising to refund inr 5000.00 to me if the pos transaction is received by them.

      It is more than 10 days since but i have not received any refund amount nor any other communication from sterling resorts people.

        My membership number is 1236856. One of your representatives visited our home and provided us with details. He mentioned that the rci membership is free and i later found out that it is valid for 2 years only out of which we won't be eligible for first year because our emi will still be running.

        I then asked for membership to be cancelled on the day i received the card and asked for refund for inr 40000. Mr. Manavalan, who is handling the cancellation told me that he won't refund a single rupee and the representative who came to my house wants me to visit the branch office to resolve the case.

        I am requesting the team to cancel the membership and refund the amount beacuse financial hardships which i have recently been subjected to.

          We had booked 2 rooms in shirdi, sai wada on 30th november, 2017 nearly a month in advance. We had called the resort many times to tell them to give us 2 rooms close by since we were a family travelling. Each time we were told that the internet wasn't working, etc.

          When we went there, rooms given were so far away. The front desk person was rude and showed great attitude.

          Please improve your services.

            Sales representative of the company has come to porbandar for promotion events and he had committed us to give dubai tour package (4 family member) for 1, 03, 724/-. They have taken our credit card details also. Afterwards the employee name chintan (Mobile number [protected]) has left the job and company told it was misrepresentation by him. Now we want to cancel the and want to get refund of rs. 1, 03, 724/-. But after many efforts and communication we are not getting any reply. Kindly help.

            Hi

            Your executive has called us and told that as per policy of sterling holidays customer needs to inform within ten days of subscription if he wants to cancel it and wants full refund.

            But our case is that of fraud where we got to know after one month that we had been cheated. In this case you can not expect us to inform you within ten days of subscription.

            Kindly approve full refund and transfer the same to my bank account

                  My name is sudhir kumar and i had paid an amount of inr 116795 for membership through cheque to one of the employees of sterling holiday, mr. Amit kumar chaurasia. He assured me to receive the membership kit within a week. Even another employee, mr. Nikhil mishra too assured me that i'll get the membership kit within a week. I got a call from a lady working as a customer support at sterling holidays who assured me the delivery of membership kit within 45 days. But i finally got the membership kit in my email after 2 months. Due to delay in delivering the membership kit, i had to plan my vacation at my own expense which cost me more than what it had cost me if i had made the reservations before.
                  Hence i requested the cancellation of my membership at [protected]@sterlingholidays.com. I finally got a call on november 16, 2017, from mr. Manav who deals with cancellation of membership. And he told me that my membership would be canceled without refund of any money. Certainly, this will call for taking legal action against the company.

                  Sterling Holidays is a full fraud company. The person who is looking into the cancellation of the membership, Mr. Manav is not at all listening to how employees of Sterling Holiday, Mr. Amit Kumar Chaurasia, and Mr. Nikhil Mishra deceived us into buying the membership. He is simply narrating us the clauses in the membership form. Mr. Nikhil Mishra and Mr. Amit Kumar Chaurasia didn't give us the time to read those clauses written in the minuscule font. They wanted us to sign the form and make the payment right at the moment.

                    I am booking 2 days for lonawala (21st nov to 23rd nov) and 2 days (23rd to 25th nov) for shirdi. Around two months crossed but till date lonawal confirmed and 1 day shirdi confirmation received. 1 day shirdi confirmation waiting, i am regular touch with mr. Niladeri from kolkata and he told that we manage and confirm the same. My booking date is 23rd evening to 25th mid day november.

                    Please confirm my booking and send at the earliest.

                      The official from sterling was mr. Abbas in the deal, i paid rs. 27434 as down payment for the membership for the package of 2 lacs. Due to some personal reason on next day confirmed with the same person at the same hotel for cancellation of membership & to return the amount.
                      All the pdc given are blocked to avoid further credit to sterling by mistake.
                      Signed ecs is also to be return under balance.
                      Matter is confermed with chennai branch on telephonic.
                      But so for no communication received about the refund & no adjustment of any package against down payment is acceptable.
                      It is very surprise being reputed company not reverted so for is big concern for the member already exisist & for the new customers for the services.
                      It is to be noted that customer will not leave the hard earned money as it is, ready to go to any extent if required.

                      The official from sterling was Mr. Abbas in the deal, I paid rs. 27434 as down payment for the membership for the package of 2 lacs. Due to some personal reason on next day confirmed with the same person at the same hotel for cancellation of membership & to return the amount.
                      All the PDC given are blocked to avoid further credit to STERLING by mistake.
                      Signed ECS is also to be return under balance.
                      MATTER IS CONFERMED WITH CHENNAI BRANCH ON TELEPHONIC.
                      BUT SO FOR NO COMMUNICATION RECEIVED ABOUT THE REFUND & NO ADJUSTMENT OF ANY PACKAGE AGAINST down payment IS ACCEPTABLE.

                          With all regret i have to say that i was contacted by mr. Ayush saxena on 25 oct.2017 regarding sterling holidays membership. He made lucrative promises and very efficiently channelised us to take sterling holidays membership on the spot. A payment of rs.1, 09, 737 was immediately charged by my credit card, and two post dated cheques were taken for rs. 54, 868 and rs. 54, 768. Later when i reviewed the deal on net and some other members i had a completely negative feedback. I am not at all interested in the deal. Please cancel the same and refund my full amount.

                            There was program for promoting membership from sterling holiday resort at jamnagar gujarat in hotel honest.
                            The official from sterling was mr. Abbas in the deal, i paid rs. 27434 as down payment for the membership for the package of 2 lacs. Due to some personal reason on next day confirmed with the same person at the same hotel for cancellation of membership & to return the amount.
                            All the pdc given are blocked to avoid further credit to sterling by mistake.
                            Signed ecs is also to be return under balance.
                            Matter is confermed with chennai branch on telephonic.
                            But so for no communication received about the refund & no adjustment of any package against down payment is acceptable.
                            It is very surprise being reputed company not reverted so for is big concern for the member already exisist & for the new customers for the services.
                            It is to be noted that customer will not leave the hard earned money as it is, ready to go to any extent if required.

                            There was program for promoting membership from STERLING HOLIDAY RESORT at JAMNAGAR GUJARAT in hotel HONEST.
                            The official from sterling was Mr. Abbas in the deal, I paid rs. 27434 as down payment for the membership for the package of 2 lacs. Due to some personal reason on next day confirmed with the same person at the same hotel for cancellation of membership & to return the amount.
                            All the PDC given are blocked to avoid further credit to STERLING by mistake.

                              I got a call from executive of sterling holidays from mobile no. [protected] to visit and collect the complementary gift coupon because you are selected from our database. I visited the same, after wasting almost 1.30 hrs at the last his executive told me, you will received the coupon through mail.

                              I suggested my friends name and he was visited with me. He got the coupon at the same time.

                              It means executive & his team cheat me.

                                    At kalyan jwellers 45 min they explained their membership scheme but i choose not to buy that in hurry. So then they gave me a free voucher for 2n/3d stay so i can stay and decide for membership. That was fair enough but the thing is they are now not sending the link to book the resort using voicher.

                                      Trying since last 2 days to book holidays through emails and website reservation forms.
                                      They are not responding to requests and simply giving me auto response numbers, 03232757 & 03234144, without any further action.
                                      Their[protected] number is always busy.
                                      I tried to contact their head office on[protected], they are not ready to listen to my complaint of not getting reservation, though i am more than 25 years old member of the organization.
                                      I don't know how to get my complaint resolved of "not getting confirmation of my holiday request".

                                        I have so many complaints in sterling so not get any good answers no get any feedback frm ur side
