Sterling Holidays Resorts — cancellation of membership & return of amount debited from my a/c to sterling a/c

I was asked to take membership in sterling holiday resorts by mr. Shibin and his colleague denson on 28th july 2019 at a meeting atdreams hotel, cochin. Though i was not interested, i thought of taking a membership for my son. For this mr. Shibin asked me to make a down payment of rs.10, 000/- which i made through my visacard. The application no. Is[protected]. Laterwhen i told my son about this he told he has already a member in mahindrs resorts. And asked me to cancel this. Whwn i contacted shibin didnot attend my call. After two days i received asms from federal bank that r.41160/-has been debited to sterlings a/c. I called shibin. He did n't attend the call. Then i wrote to sterlings office at chennai. Got a reply that money will be reimbursed. But to my surprise these shibin and his colleague came to my house and requested to cancel the decision. But again on3rd october another rs.20962/- was debited from my a/c to sterligs a/c. I got angry and suspected these guys for cheating me. I wondered how withou t my consent the amount has gone from my a/c. I fired these guys and they told me they will return the money debited.. Buttill date nothing has happened.in the mean time i complained again to sterlings chennai office and got a reply from one manas kumar that i should continue with membership. It can't be cancelled and i will lose money. What is this? Now i need money which comes around 60. Ooo/-. I am 68yrs old and jobless. I am badly in need of money. I have complained to cancel my membership and asked to refund the deposit money which has been debited from my a/c without my knowledge. Sir, I made remindings many times regarding the non-cancellation of my Sterling resorts membership and non payment of the cash debited frommy account without myconsent. Till date no reply or comments from sterling rrsorts authoritirs.

Nearly Rs.60000/-has been wtidrawn from my Federal bank a/c without my consent or permission. I complained to Sterling office and not yet received any positive reply to resolve the matter and refund my amount. Now last November 2019 I complained to the consumer complaints forum to settle the issue at the earliest. Till now no positive reply has come to me. Hence this letter. I beg your pardon to take upy case now itself and settle the issue by refunding my lost money. Sir please.
