Sterling Hotel Palampur — unethical behaviour & poor service from junior staf[censored]ntil senior manager
I registered complaint to kanika on 31 jan 2019-no action taken yet.
Today i called again on [protected] then sarthik & puneet received the call, he further transferred the call, den call is always on hold.
Requested to transfer the call then saju received my call - i requested that i wanted to speak to shivani from customer support team - then new no was new you pls call on this no as i cant connect your call to shivani - [protected]
When i called on this no - guy with the same saurab - security guard picked my call and told shivani cant talk to u as she is meeting then who is other person to handel the complaint.
There is poor management, just you people are selling package, nothing else making fool to the customer.
No service, poor service - need my money refund.
I will go to court - if no action will taken
