[Resolved] Street Style Store — Amount got debited from Google Pay but order not placed | |||
I added footwear from SSS in my cart and proceed to checkout through google pay. In google pay I made payment and it got successful (screenshot attached) But when it directed me back to SSS website. My order was in cart only and it said proceed to payment. But the amout already got debited and it is not showing on their website. They took my money but have not placed order. I want my money back Was this information helpful? | |||

I’ve ordered 6 clothes n 2, 205 money got deducted from my account(gpay)and then when I was cancelling the products which I ordered earlier ... this order also got cancelled ... I won’t obviously cancel as my money got deducted ... if I cancelled it I’m sorry ... but can I get my money back through gpay again !... getting credit note of 2, 205 is not fine as it’s a huge amount ! Yesterday on 12th of October 2021 I have place an order for heels from sss. The payment is already done from my Gpay account but my order is still not generated in my 'my order'. I tried several times calling their customers care number but they played their recorded sound saying, "all lines are busy".I couldn't convey my problem. I really disappoint in this service. I need my money back. I have also attached here the screenshot of my payment which was done on 12th of October 2021. I request you to resolve my problem as soon as possible
