I have placed an order yesterday and received an e mail regarding the confirmation. The money has been deducted from my account also but the app is showing no update or information regarding the order.
I have the screenshot of the confirmation also. Kindly respond to it asap!!
The order was of amount 1500 rupees and cost me 1049 after a discount but tbe order was paid through card and money has been deducted at the same time.

I had placed my order on 29th march and was suppose to receive it by 19 april, but i still haven't received it. I have already complained thrice in 'raise a query' option but no action has been taken even after transferring my order to priority dispatch. Now the there isn't any option to cancel order so that i can order it again.

I have ordered on 27th March 2018 from 'streestylestore' and the delivery date was showing 17th April 2018. But there is no track number of my order.and no any update mentioned.

I have raised multiple support ticket on SSS site, But till date their is no any communication/ update/ track number related to my order of delivery from sss site.

I have done online payment. There is no customer care number on which i can call and ask for my order.

This is the worst online shopping/ service experience.

I am buying a product worth 499 GST included 25. Redeeming my store credit of 524, but it only minus 499 when applied. COD isn't available IF i reedem. So i have to pay 25 online with only 2 options CCAvenue or some other resource. Couldn't pay online because this trash portal couldn't set a server bridge. It fails everytime. Trash website!

I choose the paytm option for payment of the product.
Portal took me to cc avenue for payment.
The payment has been done but order did not confirmed meanwhile money has been deducted from my account.
