I ordered 2 t-shirts yesterday for 524, did all procedures and after payment it showed that the transaction was failed.After sometime I received a mail from paytm that said payment was successful and also the bank confirmed so.But then when I saw the stylestreet account of mine, there was no order history at all.

    I placed an order today,[protected], with online payment through mobikwik. I can see the transaction details in my mobikwik wallet but i can't see the order details in my sss account. I have not received any reference number.

    Currently, i have no status of the order or where my money is.
    Your site does not have secure connections, which is very scary.
    Please take this on priority and update me with the status of my order

      I have placed an order an order from my mobikwik wallet to street style store on 3/3/2018. The amount has been deducted from that but there is no record for that order in my account in order history since then i keep on following from these people but no revert my their side

      (I have paid rs. 1049 via mobikwik for transaction id 6113195. Amount paid from the wallet is 1049) this message i got after payment.

      Please resolve this problem or refund my money

        I placed an order of 2 pairs of shoes and used the voucher worth rs 399 which is there for buying 2 pairs of shoes in rs 999.
        The total amount all together came out to be rs 1199 including all the tax and shipping charges. Even in my confirmation email it clearly states that i have to pay rs 1199. I do have the invoice pdf. For the first time, i tried another shopping website besides amazon. And this is what i get. I am really disappointed. I won't be paying the amount stated in the emails that i have received later separately for both the pairs of shoes. The smails show that i am supposed to pay rs 834 for one and rs 1199 for the other one. What kind of scam is this? I have opted for cash on delivery. I won't be paying different/extra charges. Do something about this issue or just dont deliver my order at all.
        With reference to #2102567 and #2096011. These both are for rs 1199. Even in my confirmation email as well as in the invoice pdf. I will only pay rs 1199. I have attached a screenshot of my invoice pdf also my confirmation email.

          I have not yet received my exchanged product. The exchange request was placed on 17 218 and the product was picked up from my house on 3rd day after placing the request. Kindly check the problem. I want my product. I have ordered party up sneakers and when i received then they seemed too large so i placed exchange request and it's been 15 days i want my product if this is not possible please send my money back. I'm very dissappointed

            I had placed my order[protected] on 18th feb, received my order on 22nd feb paid for it but the sizes were not appropriate so i had to send pick up request, the delivery person picked it up on 24th feb. Now its a week and there's no respond from sss ia sked the delhivery comoany they said they had already given it back to sss. This is very disappointing.

              Hello, i had orders 3 tshirts for the sale of 3 for ₹999 i received my order in february but due to size issues i had placed a replacement for it within a week a delivery boy had come to take my order and took my bank details and said that i would get the money i had payed it’s been nearly two weeks or so and i haven’t recieved the payment back. Please can you see what’s wrong and when am i going to receive the payment or replacement back. I hope this message awares you about this order.

                I placed an order on streetstylestore.com 2nd february, today is 2nd march i haven't received my order. I was sent a wrong parcel for which i paid the amount thinking it is the correct one.

                My money is not yet refunded nor have they delivered the correct order. Also, the incorrect order's box was torn.

                They have no helpline to call for customer care nor do they revert to mails.

                What kind of a business are you guys running??

                Least i can expect is a personnel calling me and updating about the things i have ordered and when can i get my refund!!

                  I had purchased a product from street style store order no.2001272 on 30.12.2017 and the product was delivered and i asked to exchange the product and it was done by order no.2070237 on 05.02.2018 and again i asking them to exchange the product size because the size does not fit but whenever i sent then a support request they send me a computerised feedback and the problem is not yet resolved. I have even told that i will pay the courier charges if any but they are not solving my problem iahve send them many request but no satisfing feedback from them for exchange of size. I ready to pay the exchange charge of rs200/-. Sss please resolve my issus asap.

                      I’m not able to initiate size exchange. The order status shows shipped where as the order was delivered yesterday n even the courier service site shows delivered. So I’m not able to initiate exchange and ur policies even say that it should be initiated within 5 days of delivery. How am I supposed to get the correct size??? What am I supposed to do with a wrong size sandal?? What about the money I’ve paid for it?? U guys have not even provided any customer care no. or any email id. Do you guys even check mails??                           Made a complain on the 23rd January 2018 and received a reply on my email for a refund by Paytm asking for my number replied to the email the next day it seems nobody is paying any attention to my reply.Such a cheap Company I guess You dont even have the funds to refund back to your customer.Either refund or I would take this complain to the next level because I have 6 other friends of mine who got scammed by SSS I will force you to shut down your companyy

                                The item i received in the replacement order is also a faulty item.

                                I sent the original product back because it was a faulty item and i received the same in the next replacement order.

                                You can take back the shoes i don't care, they are fake picture of what's shone on the site.

                                Now, i want my money back. Or else i will go to somewhere better. I just need my money back asap.

                                  My order with ID 2023841 has been collected on January 10th for replacement. It is the end of February but still, the replacement has not been sent to me. I tried complaining on the SSS website portal multiple times but there has been no response.

                                      They are not giving me the complete refund after messing with an order since november. They are deducting my money on silly issues. They are ready to credit in their official site as credit but not on my paytm. What logic is this. I don't want to order from them anymore. They have also taken back their items and now they are giving such response that the money that will be refunded is less than what i paid. This is ridiculous. They don't have attiquites. They should not be allowed to do business with anyone. Their site should be immidiately banned.

                                        I have ordered 2 times on sss on different dates. But here i would like to tell you that uptil now my first order hasn’t been delivered.. I am still waiting for the positive response from your website, but there is no contact nos even.. How will i talk to customer care.. Please help me in this situation as soon as possible and look into the issue.
                                        I want my order to be delivered before 5 march.
