I have received a product today from this # team and the earring is broken + colour of the earring is faded completely, necklace is not what i ordered and i was asked to pay 400 instead 384 rupees for the product. I don’t want to use 1940 earring which is faded and broken. I ordered a product on 2nd of feb and it’s delivered today and also the delivery boy didn’t call me. Such a pathetic product i hav received and i am not okie to use this

    I bought two pair of footwear from street style store and paid rs. 1048 for it. I got the product and both of them were not of my size. I availed for exchanging the product so that i can get the right size. However, on visiting the site, i couldn't find replace option for one of them. I could see replace option for another. I raised a replace request. A day or later, the product was picked up from my place.

    I raised a query on sss website that i have sent both the footwear because i have size issues with both of them. Even after raising so many queries, i didn't receive even a single reply from this stupid website.

    Now they have credited rs.524 in my account, which is the price of just one footwear. I haven't received the another one and the status is showing delivered. I am sick of writing mails and raising queries to them, but all in vain. This is crap. These people are doing fraud and there is no solution.

      This a most pathetic service i have ever seen. I have paid street style store on 2 feb 2018 and today its more then a month they have taken the money n the product is not yet dispatched. They are least bothered about customers query when raised on there website. They don’t have a helpline number working they have nothing mentioned on website and they dont refund your money on such a delay of product. I will go ahead and post it on facebook and instagram as its a matter of money and time. I don’t want any one to face such thing. People try to buy cheap things to save their money. And here they eat peoples money and are least bothered.

        We had placed an order dated 23/02/2018 and made a payment for the same of rupees 1259 but due to technical error amount had debited from my account and order is not placed, therefore we cancel the order and requested for the refund, still the amount is not credited on my account.           I have purchased 5 footwear on 23 feb 2018, three at a time and 2 after few days. The first defected order was pointy mules flats brown shoe size 36 with order id 2094843. It was totally wrong in shape both shoes are of different sizes. Whereas, with other order, named golden glamorous heels shoes size 36 order id 2104459 is also defected. I mailed them regarding same but they didn't reply. There is no given address or number so that i can contact on it. I trusted sss but after this phase i really feel guilt of my orders.

            It has been more than 4 months still i did not get my order delivered. Is this the kind of service you people provide. Neither the order is being shipped nor my money is being refunded. I raised my complaint multiple times but still not getting the item or money refunded. They are not even replying to my complaints. I am not even getting option to refund my item.

              These guys provide discounted offers but has no potential to process those huge amount of orders they get.
              I don't know what kind of startup they are, have no investor or what?
              They are just taking money for prepaid orders and processing the cash on delivery orders.
              One of my friend got the same thing after 3 days of order placed, and i am still waiting just because i had already paid.
              And when i ask what is the status they says that it is in production but in catalog itself they are selling it with status as in stock.
              They are like making fools of everyone.

                  I won a pair of boots in one of your giveaway campaigns. The boots didnt fit me, tho. I asked the customer support team to get them exchanged but its been a month and nobody even cared to leave me a mail. I cant exchange returns as i haven't ordered the product but its a waste for me till i have the correct size. Can i directly go to the warehouse if they permit me to get the boots changed?

                        I placed an order on 17th of jan, 2018. Earlier in feb, when i tried to get info about delivery if my product, it said expected delivery date 7th feb.in the era of amazon and flipkart, where these offer one day deliver, i m still waiting for my product to arrive. I have raised many tickets, mails to sss as well as the courier company as well, never received any response. Neither could i find any contact information.

                        It was such a huge mistake placing the order. Would never advice to place order from here.

                          This order was place on 03rd of jan 2018, and i have no update about this what so ever since last three months, this is ridiculous, even after raising so many queries on line, there is no response, i seriously dont understand what kind of a company these guys are running, there is no contact number to contact anyone and i have made a fool out myself by making the payment in advance for this booking, i need these guys to dispatch the order at the earliest or refund the money for this order straight away

                            I ordered a shoe from street style store before 1 month and i got my delivery after some days, that shoe's size was not fitting to my foot so i returned and addressed for another one instead of that in the same price, but since that day i didn't received any details or something related to my delivery and replacement info.                               I ordered 2 t-shirts yesterday for 524, did all procedures and after payment it showed that the transaction was failed.After sometime I received a mail from paytm that said payment was successful and also the bank confirmed so.But then when I saw the stylestreet account of mine, there was no order history at all.

                                I placed an order today,[protected], with online payment through mobikwik. I can see the transaction details in my mobikwik wallet but i can't see the order details in my sss account. I have not received any reference number.

                                Currently, i have no status of the order or where my money is.

                                  I have placed an order an order from my mobikwik wallet to street style store on 3/3/2018. The amount has been deducted from that but there is no record for that order in my account in order history since then i keep on following from these people but no revert my their side

                                    I placed an order of 2 pairs of shoes and used the voucher worth rs 399 which is there for buying 2 pairs of shoes in rs 999.
                                    The total amount all together came out to be rs 1199 including all the tax and shipping charges. Even in my confirmation email it clearly states that i have to pay rs 1199. I do have the invoice pdf. For the first time, i tried another shopping website besides amazon. And this is what i get. I am really disappointed. I won't be paying the amount stated in the emails that i have received later separately for both the pairs of shoes. The smails show that i am supposed to pay rs 834 for one and rs 1199 for the other one. What kind of scam is this? I have opted for cash on delivery. I won't be paying different/extra charges. Do something about this issue or just dont deliver my order at all.
                                    With reference to #2102567 and #2096011. These both are for rs 1199. Even in my confirmation email as well as in the invoice pdf. I will only pay rs 1199. I have attached a screenshot of my invoice pdf also my confirmation email.

                                      I have not yet received my exchanged product. The exchange request was placed on 17 218 and the product was picked up from my house on 3rd day after placing the request. Kindly check the problem. I want my product. I have ordered party up sneakers and when i received then they seemed too large so i placed exchange request and it's been 15 days i want my product if this is not possible please send my money back. I'm very dissappointed

                                        I had placed my order[protected] on 18th feb, received my order on 22nd feb paid for it but the sizes were not appropriate so i had to send pick up request, the delivery person picked it up on 24th feb. Now its a week and there's no respond from sss ia sked the delhivery comoany they said they had already given it back to sss. This is very disappointing.
