Complaint sent via mail and website. No response was there.
Also, product returned is sent still no communication.
No value is given to customer satisfaction. Return policy is worst from other online shopping websites..

I have ordered shoes on 15th Dec'16 and invoice generated through Cc Avenue with order NO. [protected]-2842520., amount has been deducted from my bank account but i have not received my product as well as i am not able to see the product tracking detail while signing in your website.Even i contacted through emails also but still did not get any response . if i will not get positive response from your side within 24 hours i have to go to consumer forum.

In my previous complaint you mentioned as the product will be delivery wigging 21 days but its more than that. Order ref #1151075. How can you be so lethargic when we trust you and make the payment in advance. After seeing other complaints I have started to worry whether will I even get the products I have ordered. Is it a fake company? If you are not able to deliver the product then at least refund the money. We will not post any complaint and waste our time. If you can't refund then stop our hands from typing complaints by delivering the product.

I have placed an order on Street Style Store on 22/12/2016. It was 3 pairs of shoes. They split the order into two shipments and I have already received 1 pair. However, the other two are not even dispatched yet and have been in "priority dispatch" since FOREVER!! I try to call the customer care number and it is ALWAYS busy! Nobody is answering my emails. To add to it, they don't refund if you cancel the order! What is this? I want my items to be sent right away. Otherwise, this issue might escalate to legal actions, especially with all the complaints that I have seen by SSS buyers. Now I regret placing an order there. Please resolve my issue immediately.

The order was placed on Nov.6, Nov.30 I raised an issue here, and I was told that it would be delivered on priority, but I haven't received the product yet.

Order Reference QGBBZJEPK - placed on 11/6/2016

RSSSPP8492, this is tracking number mentioned in my order history, but the site for courier service, refuses to recognize this tracking number and asks to enter a valid tracking number.

Check the image attached, how many times will you make it a priority dispatch, can you please deliver the product as well.

when will i get it aren't 70 days enough for you people. If not, then refund the money.

Its highly disappointing when you get so much of trouble from a reputed shopping sites. Kindly update on this order it has been placed on 31st Dec. Till now there is no update on delivery. I have ordered 2 footwears on 2/12/2016 and it was dispatched on 16/12/2016 and i received an mail stating it would be delivered by 21 days. Its been more than one month i haven't received it. It is very disappointing that there is no specific date for delivery. If you can't send the product please refund the money back. ASAP. Order reference #1142256. This is bizzare.My name is Ekta Singh I have mailed so many times all I receive is a ticket and nobody picks up my call. I had ordered three dresses for the order no 1173857 out of which I have already returned two dresses. But I haven't received the money back. It seems like company has no interest in returning my money which is Rs.998 to be precise. I just need my money back and make sure not to reply through mail. Updated by SinghEkta I had placed an order worth 1397 which were three dresses. Out of those I had returned two(last two dress in the picture I have provided). I need my 998 rupees back. I just can't let it go with these cheat people. Also once i got a reply jist because I had mailed Rimjim Deka too who I believe is some jead of the company and again no response(I have attatched the picture of the reply I received). They just don't receive the calls so that they don't have to return the money. This is too much. I would definitely take a further action against SSS if my money is not returned.

Waiting for an exchange of my product but there is no response from them. Payment is made and there is no revert. The number given for contacting them is always busy. We made order 3 pair of shoes on 20th september, 2016. After receiving the pair of shoes we replaced 2 pair of shoes with the new shoes of different size on 4th october, 2016. Out of 2 pair of shoes, we received only one pair of shoe as on 12.10.2016 and another one is not replaced/returned by the street style store i. E. Vibes are good (Beige) - shoe size : 36

We send many mails to them for return the another one pair of shoe so many times and called them but there is no response received from them.

This has been more than 100 times that i have mailed to this fake site regarding my ordered items still not delivered. i had ordered on 22nd November 2016. and one pair of shoes is still not delivered. is this the way u provide customer service by running away with cash? i want refund of my money. And moreover the shoes u charge are of so low graded cheap quality not even worth the cost. i have been trying to mail so many times but no response from your side. 700 rupees is no less for this kind of service, its been more than 1.5 months i want this refund as soon as possible. i am just tired of mailing the customer service that i am soon going to relocate from my place. i want the entire refund.
