I ordered two pair of shoes in wich i got only one delivered and that too after a month, ...what the #### is it, , , u all not hav any contact no. and i have paid the cash also...

please give me my money back otherwise it wont be good fr u all...please either le me know when will it be delivered or return me my money/...
what promises they give is to give it in 7 to 21 days ..i ordered it on 5 dec and its 11 jan dey...

I ordered one top n one shoes ordernum. 1185905# and 1187931# but i have no information about product till now. They didn't provided any tracking number and they have one contact number which is always busy. Streetstylestore.com really don't care about there customers. Really after this situation i will never suggest anyone to buy any product from them......

I placed an order on 15th Dec (order no 1140973) and invoice stated product will b received in 3-21 days, but there is no updation of the same since that day. It is mentioned in invoice that product will be delivered by Fedex but no tracking order provided...I dont understand how u people are even in this business i[censored] cant take care of this little things.
Moreover, No one picks up the call or reverts.half of the time its switched...

I had put in a request for a return/exchange of a shoe for which they had positively responded. Since then no one has to come to pick up the shoe nor have these people replied on mails or instagram comments/ dms. I hope to see a response, at least here.

I have been trying to contact the site for the past 3 weeks but there is absolutely no acknowledgement of it, leave aside expecting a solution....

This is height of stupidity and unprofessional ism. I dont know for how many time I have mail and complain for my order 1091224. Its been more than 50 days and i have not received my footwear. My order id is #1090172. I have placed an order for "3 for 999" on 20/11/2016, then i cancelled it for some changes. I didn't get my money back and when i mailed to the given customer care email [protected]@streetstylestore.com they said their policy is not refundable and will provide a credit slip for the same amount which will visualize in 24-48 hours. From the date, till now i didn't get any credit slip also they do not respond to my mails...

I placed two orders on 13th December 2016.
One of the order is delivered to me but the other one i.e sneakers is not delivered to me till date.
I am tired of mailing these people. Forget about the delivery of my order they even fail to provide me with any information about my order. They are least bothered to even reply to mails. Pathetic atttitude towards their customers.

For the same size of 38, i purchased 2 footwear, out of which one was two size larger and other was two size smaller.I don, t think the site understands the concept or size.While exchanging sizes is possible, its time consuming(took 57 days to get the order).Also i got 1 pair exchanged but a size larger was again too large.One of my worst shooting experience ....

I placed on order on 13.11.16 of four products. i received two very late and two are yet to be delivered[protected]. They assured me of priority dispatch but its close to two months now and nothings happened. i sent mails and received assurances but no products yet.i sent a mail yesterday for cancellation if there is no stock but there's no reply. i hope you will look into the matter and resolve it at the earliest. thank you....

I have placed an order having reference no #1084426 on 17 /11/16. But the item was not shipped yet. This was an prepaid order. I have tried to contact them and didn't get any positive response.
But, I am afraid to put an another order because of extreme delay with this credit.
If they will not be able to deliver those order, I want my money in my own account for the order rather than generating a credit slip....

I had ordered a pair of shoes from SSS site on November 11th 2016. I was informed that it would take 5-21 days for it to deliver. Then I was told due to cash crunch issues it would be delayed further. Then there has been absolutely no response from the team for the numerous mails I had sent. This kind of behavior from your team is troubling. Can someone please look into this. Is this some kind of a joke? I had paid for my order...

Its being more then a month and my product is not replaced yet. For two time a guy visited, picked the product and return me wrong, sometime its 1 in quantity some the same which i wanted to replace and in actually its 3 in quantity in 1 package of Rs.999. I've many emails to SSS but getting no beneficiary reply. Worst service I've ever seen. 429714...

The service is pathetic no one replies to emails sent customer care number is of no use as no one picks the call.
