This is height of stupidity and unprofessional ism. I dont know for how many time I have mail and complain for my order 1091224. Its been more than 50 days and i have not received my footwear. I dont want to write anymore as I am tiered of doing it. Provide me my footwear by tomorrow or else I am shooting a case against you. Such rediculous people and I want to feel like abusing this company. You better provide my foortwear or else you see what happens to reputation in social media.

Keeo limited things on display but provide the best customer service in terms of speed and quality...because thats what matters in such competitive market. These people are makinf customer's lives hell by not providing the footwears on time and follow up with them is such a pain. Provide me my footwear of order number 1091224. This is heights. Following up with you is such a pain. For how many times I have to write to you. Dont you people understand that you are making your customer's lives hell by not providing the delivery of products till 50-60 days pass. You should be ashamed of your selves.

On site it is showing order will be dispatched between 22nd to 25th December 2016 which has already gone. Its been more than 50 days since I have ordered. And still you guys are not sure about the delivery. Stop fooling the people. I think I ll have to take legal action. I saw everybody is having complains about your site. How can you treat customers like these, better shut down your business as it seems its not your cup of tea. You are only expert in disappointing people...thats it.

Its been more than 50 days and I am hearing the same excuse that the order is been dispatched, but I dont know when. Since you guys run the business you have to commit the date on which I will get my footwear. You guys don't even bother to reply on time which is pathetic attitude. I am exhausted with this process and this is my last attempt of writing to SSS. If I will not get proper reply on this i am taking legal action against SSS for sure. Enough of cheating, enough of false commitments, enough of disappointments. SSS needs a lesson to teach, and mark my word, it will be very hard.Order Id 1091224

Updated by Dhwani Shaunak Thaker I don't understand in spite o[censored]sing Indian Consumer Complain forum, for registering my complain again and again since last 20 days against SSS, i am not getting proper delivery date nor product. Does my complain even bothers this forum. I guess If any site for i.e. SSS is bothering customer these much and failing again and again for providing the delivery, then Indian Consumer Forum should take strict action against it. How come you guys allow to do such frauds to customer to such companies.
