I have ordered 3 sandals (combo) on 28-Dec-16, it has refernce id as (Reference - XORGWVHNG) . After a week also there is no link of tracking the deilvery status has been shared over mail or phone, later I have also raised a ticket on mail (#458895) on 4-Jan-17. Still NO call back or status on the same.

Can I please get the assistance on this .

my order has not been dispatched yet. It would be of great help if my order reaches the destination on or before the 9th of January as it was ordered for the purpose of a birthday gift. I have even tried sending mails but i have not got any response. I have already paid for my order. A little help would be appreciated

I placed an order on 6th of dec, 2016. And as after placing order i did not receive any confirm delivery date. I mailed at the help desk of Streetstylestore.com for the same, where i received mail after two days stating that it takes 3-21 days for product to get delivered. Today its 21st day and i have not received any tracking details or confirmation regarding delivery and help desk is also not working. Please look into the matter.

Hello.. i have been complaining about the following company name street style store. From where i booked the product coded by following order no.
Order: PZGAULPYQ..for which i made paymnt by card and its been 2 months that i didnt recive any response from the company . I am vry unsatisfied with the shiping services of the company. I want my money back or else i want my product as soon as possible. Thanku.

I had ordered a pair of shoes and the order reference is #1145858 and I have received the order too, but the shoe quality is disappointing, the sole looks in a very bad conditon and just in 3 days usage the bottom of the shoe is spoilt. Very disappointing.

One pair of shoes is yet to be delivered. Now i cant think of returning my ordered items or exchanging it as it takes so longer time . One pair of shoes that i had received is not worth the money paid . It is of a cheaper quality . Anyway now that i would relocate very soon I want my 3rd pair of shoes to be delivered as soon as possible. If i get assurance that my delivered items can be exchanged or returned by the end of this week then i will be very grateful.

I ordered three pairs of shoes from SSS on October 23, 2016. The site says it takes 3-21 days to ship out the order, but I had to wait for over a month. After sending them emails, they split my order and I got only one pair at the end of November. Two pairs are yet to come (Order[protected].

I have been emailing them, but the last response I got from the SSS team was just before Christmas, where they told me they would ship out the order by the weekend. It has been two weeks since then and the order is yet to be sent. The update on their site is saying 'priority dispatch' since November 11, 2016. I sent them emails after that, left messages on their website, even tried to contact them on Twitter. If nothing, they should at least refund my money. Their excuses are delayed production due to cash crunch, but even that doesn't seem to have resolved. They have now stopped responding to my emails. They still haven't shipped my shoes. And they won't acknowledge my refund request.

I want my money back, PLEASE. Or some response from the company. Worst service ever.

I have placed an order having reference No. #1093428 on 22/11/16. But the item was not shipped yet. This was an prepaid order. I have tried to contact them and didn't get any positive response.
Earlier also my order gets automatically cancelled ( Order reference: #818474 and the SSS team generate credit slip of those amount. But, I am afraid to put an another order because of extreme delay with this credit.
If they will not be able to deliver those order, I want my money in my own account for both the order rather than generating a credit slip. Please resolve the problem as soon as possible.

I had requested for an exchange for my order no. #1139522 with order reference GYQBAPUVK placed on 12/15/2016.
I am still awaiting the response. Its been more than 2 weeks, the shoes that i received are not my size and more over i did not find the quality up to mark. I am interested in buying a different product but i am waiting since long for their response. Though on their website it says exchange pick-up is initiated but its the same status since last 2 weeks.
Kindly let me know what i need to do to get a response from this team.. I have already raised a return request on the website but there is no action taken yet.

This is highly disappointing.. The post-sales customer service is really bad.

Firstly, i have order 3 pair of shoes on december 11. But i didn't receive my complete order yet. Its been 25 days. I have got only one pair of shoes and the remaining two pairs are left. According to your policy, the delivery time is 3-21 days. The whole time period is gone but i didn't receive any other pairs. Secondly there is no customer care number provided on your website where i can directly deal with any of your members and get a clear confirmation. If the product will be delayed further, then kindly refund my amount back. And for better clarification for my delivery of products, please tell your any executive to get in touch with me and tell me the exact time when my products will be getting delivered.

This is regarding my above mentioned orders which were placed almost 2 months back and I have not received these items as yet.All mails sent to their helpdesk are getting rejected and not getting delivered. They are just not available on the phone

Request you to please cancel the orders and refund the amount asap.

Account has been debited by the prescribed amount.

Trying to call the customer care [protected], but getting busy tone always. Sending mail to [protected]@streetstylestore.com is also of no use. How can you people be so negligent on your customers feedback..?

I have ordered 2 pairs of shoe from Street Style Store around 2 months back and since then i am chasing them about the status of my parcel but every time receiving same answer like 'we will deliver it in next 5-7 working days' but i have neither received any status update on my order nor received my parcel yet.I would like to mention that the payment of the parcel has already been made at the time i the order was placed.

I have placed an order from street style store of for footwear’s from streetstylestore.com on 22nd December 2016. Footwear’s are not delivered. I paid 1200 rs.
They have not provided any tracking detail so that I can track my order. Even the contact no they have provided is not available.
I have sent them so many mails & raised several tickets [#447062] but they don't even bother to reply. It’s a pathetic website.
Please return my money back.

I had order shoes from SSS & they have dispatched wrong product.
I was calling on toll free no. & they are not responding & nor replying to email.
one shoe size is 38 & other is 39.
I had already send the return request however nobody is responding after 24 hours.
For this order I have already paid the amount.
Please atleast provide the refund back.

I had placed an order for 5 pairs of shoes in November 2016. Its been over a month I have not received 4/5 pairs and these people seem to have vanished as they do not reply to emails or bother informing about delivery dates. The order was prepaid on an amount of 4000/-.

All this unprofessionalism has put me at the verge of taking a legal action.
