I tried reaching you people many a times before. I had ordered for a shoe named This Time Tomorrow on 12/11/2016. I haven't still received any shipping mail or didn't get my product delivered. Please look into the matter. I need my product as soon as possible. Your customer service is seriously saddening, since nobody replied from your end, even when it was mentioned in the reply mail that someone from your team will revert within 24 hours. In this order, there was another product too, I received that, but not the second shoe, whose picture is attached. This is a prepaid order, so either send my product right now or return my money.

We shipped your order on "12/22/2016" and Courier Company marked the status on your order as "return to origin". May be your were not available on your address or possibility might be there that courier company did not reach out to you.

They didn't provided any tracking number and they have one contact number which is always busy. also i email regarding my status but no response. Streetstylestore.com really don't care about there customers.

I had purchased three (3) pairs of sandals_no string attached (Shoe size no.-39), no string attached (Shoe size no.-41) & shiny flat (Shoe size no.-39) from street style store on 27/11/2016 through cod payment mode, the order reference no. For the same is - zryslbycl.

I received the same on 08/12/2016, but found the sizes if all the three sandals inappropriate. Hence i requested for a return of all the three sandals with the order reference hcotmixdf - placed on 13/12/2016. Against this replacement order i have received only one pair of sandal (Shiny flat-shoe size no.37) and beyond this i dont have any clue of other two (2) pairs [no string attached ]of sandal that i returned.

I have made payment for all the three products & now this is really disappointing of street style stor. I would make sure never to purchase again from this online shopping site, since the customer support service provided by them are very very poor. They don't even have a proper contact no. The so called no. Provided on the site [ [protected] (10 a. M to 6 pm)] is always busy and never answered. I have mailed in their helpdesk but it's sad to say not yet received a call from street style store to resolve my problem. The site is cheating on its customers.

Please help me out to resolve the issue.

As per the reply to my complaints, I was supposed to receive the rest of my products within 4-5 working days, but today is 10/01/2016 and I did not receive the products yet. It has been 5 days since I got the response.

Dont know how long do I need to wait for getting a product for which I have already paid.

this has been a worst online shopping experience.

I ordered a dress from SSS on 9th dec
Some days later the status showed priority dispatch
After sending 3-4 emails
Got an email that my order is shipped
A week ago got a call from a person regarding my SSS order and address confirmation
He told it will be delivered within 2 days
Still no response from that man inspite of calling him several times n sending emails to SSS
SSS please look into my order ASAP and check wid the courier services as to when it will be delivered
Its a request.. to personally check my order and deliver it urgently

I have ordered a pair of boots on 19th nov. Till date i have not got the delivery. I have written 4 to 5 mails. Still there is no reply. Contact no you guys provided is not working. There is no update and no response inspite of continous mails. This is highly unprofessionalism. You guys are cheating customers. I am so frustrated and helpless since i already made the payment. I would like to know my order status. This is my order number [protected]-2917633. The payment was done online. Tired of with email, they promise to revert back in 24 hours but no response. Please help.
Worst experience of online shopping. This is the second time I have placed order for a product and I believe this will be last time I will buy anything. Which website doesnot give you at least the basic information like the tracking details and customer care phone number. Either send my product ASAP. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE AND DO NOT PROMISE SOMETHING THAT CANNOT BE DONE. LET ME KNOW THE STATUS OF THE ORDER AS WELL.

I've ordered a pair of sandals on 9th Dec. the current status shows as Priority Dispatch on 17th Dec. But There is no update after that. The customer care is not responding. also there is no number to call upon.

The courier company associated is Ecom Express. When I called them to ask about the order status. They said, Order isn't dispatched yet.

My order number is 1126264. Payment is being done by CCAvenue.

Delivery made in 2 days after my complaint submitted here. Although i was determined not to shop with them again BUT, the shoes are awesome. The only problem with SSS is delivery...otherwise the shoes and quality are great

I am registered with [protected]@gmail.com and i placed an order on SSS for two pair of shoes on 8 Nov, i received both the pairs after 20 days however quality was so cheap hence i filled replacement for the same my both the products were picked up however i received replacement of only one pair of shoes same is again of cheap quality and not worth of money. i am trying to contact them through mails however did not receive any revert, i am yet to receive replacement of one product and i want to again change the received product
I hve atleast written 50 mails, did not receive single response till now. now i do not want any product from you i want my money back.

Hi SSS Team,
I have ordered a product with order#[protected]-2852999 and money has been deducted from my account and I received a mail for successful transaction. But I didn't got any Track ID yet to track my order. I have also called so many times on [protected](SSS customer no.) but nobody attend me on call. I have also generated a ticket against this concern with Ticket Received - [#441970] but no one is there to resolve it. I want to get my money back if you guys won't be able to get my ordered product. Or if tell me the status of my product so that I can track it.

I ordered for a pair of shoes and also made payment of Rs 1000, for it on 8/12/2016. I still haven't received the shoes and when I'm checking for the status of the order it still doesn't show anything. Neither has a tracking id been generated.

The order reference# is 1123650

I have been trying to get in touch with them for the past few days but the number seems to always be busy and once I the phone even rang but nobody answered.

I registered a complaint with the on 20/12/2016, apart from a ticket number(#442929) being generated there has been no response from the company. The status still shows "being processed".

Either they refunf the money or sent the goods asap.

Hi,
I am Akanksha jain, I I ordered for a pair of black wedes and also made payment of Rs 699, for it on 27/12/2016. I still haven't received the wedges and when I'm checking for the status of the order it still doesn't show anything. Neither has a tracking id been generated.

The order no. # [protected]-2929939 and reference# is [protected]

I have been trying to get in touch with them for the past few days but the number seems to always be busy and once I can call even rang but nobody answered.

I registered a complaint with the on 30/12/2016, apart from a ticket number(#454305) being generated there has been no response from the company. The status still shows "being processed".

Either they refund the money or sent the goods asap.
