Hello Team,

I have placed an order #1083717 on 16th Nov via a voucher code of Rs.899, this voucher code was provided by StreetStyleStore as they have cancelled one of my order.
But today only I have received notification saying the new order #1083717 also been cancelled and they have provided one voucher code. But this voucher is not having any amount of 899, so that I can reveal on my new order.

I have tried to place an order of value Rs.899 today, after applying the voucher code, the amount 899 is not getting deducted from the total amount and it is asking to pay the amount.

I need urgent action on the same. I want my money back, its 899 rs...

THE CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER, NO ONE PICKS UP THE CALL, EVEN IF I SEND MAIL WITH CONCERN TO [protected]@streetstylestore.com, NOBODY RESPONDS OR BOTHER TO CALLBACK OR WORK ON THE SAME.

Is anyone out ther at sss. I paid 700 rs upfront but still haven't received the product, it's more than a month. There is no update whatsoever. Sad customer service. Once they answered my call and gave the reason that it is because demonetisation though i paid upfront... And the girl confirmed that i'll receive the order on 23rd dec and i still haven't received it. They don't even bother to apologise or update the status... Sad service... Sad people

I placed my order on 13th august 2016, which i received almost after 25 days with wrong size. I requested for replacement and they sent their executive to pick up my order after 15-20days. Pick up was done in the last week of october and since then i have not received my dress yet. They have cheated me, took my money and did not handover my order till date. I have mailed them several times. Their customer care no is also not working. Its the worst online dress store. They make people fool with their sites. Strict action should be taken against them.

I ordered 2 products from the above website on 23rd November. I paid nearly Rs.1800 for the product. I got the reply that my product will be delivered in 3 -21 days. I meanwhile kept mailing these people but they did not budge. I mailed them again and then they replied that thy will ship the product by 25th Dec. Today is 27th dec, still I got the reply that my product will be shipped asap.After 1 month 4 days they are saying they will deliver asap. I dont need the product. I want my money back. help me here.

Hi SSS Team,

I have ordered few products with RF no-#1114621, RF no-#1107738, RF no-#1091913. Though payment been made against RF no-#1114621, RF no-#1107738, only RF no-#1107738 been received. And I requested a replacement, but no action been taken. The other products not been delivered yet.

I request the update on the orders.
And I am travelling to Hyderabad on 1st Jan 2017, make sure the products been delivered before that. Otherwise nobody will be there to receive the products and I have to cancel the items.

I tried calling you, but no response and no reply to mail as well!
This kind of behaviour is unacceptable!
I paid for the items, and I have rights to ask the update, since it is already more than 25 days and nothing is really happening.

I have received a confirmation from the bank via sms and email as well that the deduction has taken place but there is no confirmation received from your end regarding the order.

I ordered a pair of boots on 22 Nov. They have still not been delivered. I sent 5 mails telling SSS about how I won't be in town from 24 Dec and yet they either delivered after that date or didn't deliver at all. I sent three mails sending in three different addresses on which they can be delivered and still nobody has responded to it. As I paid by card you have already charged me the money. I'd like to receive the product atleast. It has anyway taken more than a month.

I am writing to complain about the poor service I received from your company.

I expectedly had ordered a purchase from your website and was very excited for it to arrive. But unfortunately, you guys were not at all punctual in delivering the order. It was more than a month when I received it. And at first, I was quite happy with the shoes but later on, after I wore it only twice the sole went off and I had a lot of problems with it. It was really bad that I had to spend an entire evening looking like a jerk with those heels on. I not at all had expected such a service from your company.

A really bad service and really bad quality of the heels.

I placed my order on 26th november. Today is 28th december. So many days have passed i have not received my cloths earlier they said it is on priority for dispatch but haven't dispatched yet it's been more than 21 days yet no delivery i am very disappointed with this site i just want my product.

I have ordered the product on 11/11/2016 and have received only one product out of two sand there is no update on my order and didn't even got any tracking id for the order and have also done the payment and have also received the invoice for the payment.
I have tried contacting the website there number is always busy.
I have also mailed the website several times but there is no response from their side.

I would like to know the update of my product. If sss is unable to give the update or i unable to deliver my product i would like them to refund my money back as soon as possible.

The order was placed on Nov.6, Nov.30 I raised an issue here, and I was told that it would be delivered on priority, but I haven't received the product yet.

RSSSPP8492, this is tracking number mentioned in my order history, but the site for courier service, refuses to recognize this tracking number and asks to enter a valid tracking number.

Kindly update me, when will i get my product. It has been 50 days.

I placed replacement order with my available size in September and returned the original one for replacement. Return pickup was done from delivery man. But I am not getting any update regarding that order from then. In my order history it shows me "Exchange pick request sent". There is tracking reference number but no order tracking facility available. I sent emails for updates on this order but I just receive auto generated mail that I will get update soon but haven't received any update yet. Many time I tried to call on their service contact number : [protected]. Some time they are not answering and sometimes it rings busy.

They responded to my first email which i sent on dec 26 asking about the status of my order and they replied they are facing delay due to cash crunch (Please note i had already done the prepayment and still received this reason).
And asked me to have some patience and the order will be dispatched as soon as possible.
Upon not seeing any change in the status i again emailed..

And asked me to have some patience and the order will be dispatched 18th-21st December.
Upon not seeing any change in the status I again emailed them on 21st and haven't received any response from them yet.

Hi,
I had placed a prepaid order with them on 18th november 2016.
The order reference number is #1095997

They had told it will be shipped in 21 days. after 21 days when i followed up they did not respond initially. After constant followps i was told they will process my order and have marked it as urgent.

Even then there was no progress in the order. Afterwards, i was told that it will be shipped between 22-25th december. We are even past that date now and there is no word of my order.

Its been more than 1 months they have not even shipped my order i do not know when it will ever get delivered. This site is a big cheat, they have taken money from us and not delivering our product. I want my order "delivered" ASAP.

Kindly help me.

I have order a clothing item from this particular site on 19th Dec, it's almost a week now and still they haven't delivered the product. They have to deliver the product to ambala cantt. It just take 4-5 hours to come from Delhi to ambala. They have given me a tracking no but it's showing that product is debagged at Haryana hub from last 4 days. No further information please help. Today is 26th December and and i have no idea about the status of the product. When i tried to follow up they said that i will receive my shoes within 5 days. but now its been a month and there is no news. I dont want the shoes now. I want my money back. Kindly help.
