I placed my order on 28th November. Today is 25th December. So many days have passed I have not received my shoes earlier they said it is on priority for dispatch but haven't dispatched yet it's been more than 21 days yet no delivery I am very disappointed with this site I just want my product and to get it over with will never make a mistake of ordering again.

After alot of emails and calling them on a daily basis my product was delivered after 37 days after placing an order. They do deliver the product it's just their customer care isn't great and delivery is too slow.

I haven't received my order yet. It's a month and there is no news. I have written to them but nobody cares to respond to inform the order status. When I called, the girl was rude, a North Indian and not bothered.. gave false info that I'll receive the boots in 2 days.. I'm still waiting. NO INTEGRITY..OVERALL SAD SERVICE. PATHETIC.

Only once my email was answered and they put it on priority shipping on 12 Dec... it's 25th today but no updated. The website shows that it will be delivered by FedEx and no tracking info. LIARS, CHEATERS. WORSE SERVICE.

It has been a month since i order footwear from sss. order was placed on 21/11/2016 anf after complaining again abd again sss told that order will be dispatched between 22nd to 25tj december. the order reference is 1091224.it is completly ridiculous waiting and complaining for the order. i need it urgently now. since people say they provide best quality i decided to order. how can company behave su h unprofessionalllu in such competitive market. if i dont get my order within two days i will take social media help and it will not be good for company's reputation.

Its been almost 15 days from the date i ordered a pair of shoes tobe delivered to pincode 781024. No news yet. Why is this happening so freqently? This is so ridiculous on their part. Payment has been done but no status update after that nor any message about delivery or shipping.

Kindly refund me my money at the earliest or else i will have to lodge a formal complaint in the consumer court.

I have orderded 2 pair of shoes and the got only one and the payment are done for both the shoes
Totally fraud done
Even the size which i have got for the 1 pair was also not correct and the their is no respond form their site
Totally fraud site
I have tried so many times to make contact with them but no one is responding
No the only option i left with is i should sue them and they will pay more they should mind it about the customer rights as well😡

I have ordered some product on 11/5/2016 with order reference #1058441. The normal delivery time as given on website if 3-21 days but till now no product I received. I have written to the help-desk many times. As a reply to my mails first they said due to demonetization, their manufacturing units are facing problem. Then I asked them to refund my money, if they are unable to deliver the product. In reply of that, they sent me an assurance mail that my product will be delivered by 17 Dec. 2016 anyhow. But still no product received. I again wrote to the help-desk but no response at all. I need my money back. Please do something. Amount involved is Rs. 999.

They didn't provided any tracking number and they have one contact number which is always busy. Streetstylestore.com really don't care about there customers. Really after this situation i will never suggest anyone to buy any product from them.

I placed my order on 25th November for which i paid 999 INR and received the order confirmation, the delivery date was fixed for 3 to 21 days and today is the 30th day which means almost 1 month. So since then i never received my order update nor to track it. i mailed the website twice on 15th and 17th November regarding the order update and the delivery date with the order details but i never got the answer, i also called the customer care number but they are not reachable, the moblie rang but they didn't receive my call .

so i request them to deliver my order or to refund my money.

I have placed my order worth Rs. 999 on 17/11/2016 and the payment has been done. But the company is neither bother to deliver the product nor seems it important to update about my order. Even the customer care is not receiving the cal, and if I am writing mail about my order, they are just making the excuses.
Such a fraud company it is. Please i suggest everyone never ever purchase from this site if you love your money.

I just received a call from [protected] ([protected]) deepak kumar employee code- 0153 he directly told that he will refund the amount I asked them ok refund it he asked fr paytm I told them ok transfer the amount to paytm and I dnt knw y I received a code which I got when I pay he asked me to disclose the code . Never disclose any code to any1 it might be fraud .. i want the shoes or my amount back ... for amount if i have to tell them any code thn i want my shoe with a confirmation that yes i will receive the boots.

Updated by Raina Kukreja I have ordered 2 pair of shoe worth rs 499 each pair it means I have paid 998INR for 2 pairs of shoe but I have received only 1 pair of shoe and I have called them many times but no. is not reachable and I dropped more than 25 mails, in reply first they said I will receive the 2nd pair of shoe within 24- 48 hors but still I havnt received it then again I send 25 mails then they told me that product is already received ...I dropped so many mails that I have paid for 2 pairs of shoes and I have received only 1 pair and now they have stopped replying ...pls look into the matter and solve it .

I have placed an order on 5th Dec with Street Stye Store. The order amount of Rs. 1798 is deducted from my SBI account but the order is not displayed on the Street Style store site. I have sent the complaint email to [protected]@streetstylestore.com on the very same day.

As per your query, we are sharing our policy on exchange and return with you.

On a good note, don't worry about your first exchange, its on us. We will do it for free. The second exchange is chargeable with the amount of RS 200.
In order to avoid the exchange all together, you can mail us the details of your size and any other query before you decide to place the order. We will help you though this to avoid any exchanges at all.

And about the return policy, we do not allow any refund on our orders. Yes, we do give a credit voucher that can be used within certain time period.

We'd also like to inform you that an exchange pickup request has been made on 24/12/2016 and the executive will reach within few days to pickup the items.

Hi, Please provide tracking details of product carrying IN1122538 as Invoice number and RSSSPP13898 as Tracking number. The status update for this product was last done on 12th Dec'2016 and since then, there are no updates. What's happening? You guys don't even provide any authentic number to contact you. The tracking number also has no significance.

The least you guys can do is refund the amount paid, because I don't see any commitment from your side for delivering the products on time. Do not compel me to lodge any kind on complaint against this company.
