I had purchased a product from Sss. But I didn't like that product so I want to return that product. I have been mailing on street style store email I'd from the very next day when I have received the product and now it is the 5th day. But till they didn't revert me. I have purchased first time with SSS and I am very disappointed with this type of pathetic service. Kindly help me.

My order number is EMYIRWMXW.
I've placed this order on 6/12/16 and i haven't received my order yet. It's so frustrating that i have done the payment through online and there is no response from ur side.. Is it the way you are dealing with the customers?? I tried calling to the sss contact number however that was not a valid number.. I'm left with no clue now.. When i tried to track my order it shows shipped which is a false statement.. Don't cheat customers in this way. I need my order asap and also a response from you. If not i may have to take some steps against your website.

We shipped your order on "11/25/2016" and Courier Company marked the status on your order as "return to origin". May be your were not available on your address or possibility might be there that courier company did not reach out to you. You can track the status of the same on RQuick Express using "RSSSPP6742" as the tracking id. http://erp.rquickexpress.com/tracking

So now we are issuing you a credit note of the same amount you had paid for the product.

Hi,

I have placed order on 19th Nov and today is 21st Dec and that too prepaid order which is still not delivered

No one is bothered to reply on the mails I am sending to check the status neither they have the courtesy to take the follow up

I received an email on 12th Dec stating that the product will be dispatched between 18th to 21st Dec, however no update since then nor anyone is willing to reply on my emails

Please help!!!

I placed an order #1110388 on 30th Nov 2016 and have yet not received any updates of its dispatch. It has been 21 days since i placed the order and the customer service has not bothered to reply to any of my emails regarding the shipping of the product. I had specified in my mails that I needed the consignment to be delivered before the 24th of December and if that was not possible i wished to cancel my order and get a refund.

Throughout this period, I have only received automated responses of my inquiries being recorded but no representative has ever gotten back to me. It's like the company has taken the money and made a dash for it. They fail to instill any confidence in their customers.

Either deliver in time or give back my money. DON'T CHEAT trusting customers!

I guess this sss is fake!! How can they be so careless!! They took the shoes away for return... N now they are showing that no return has taken place!! Neither they are refunding nor exchanging the shoes!!! I guess i need to file a case against this company!!please do something . either give me a new pair of shoes or refund my money! This is so not acceptable !! Are you making a fool out of customers!?! If so then you wont be able to survive in the long run.

Worst quality products and sending used products to the customers. and not reply on mails and no one pick the customer care number . They said open delivery but didn't mean it . worst experience...

i order a white sneaker from street style store and they send me a used product, dirty and used ... and they were not replying on mail .. no one pick phone on there customer care number ... and they said open delivery but the courier boy refused to take it back ...

The service provided by streetstyle is worst among all the online shoppings.

I have ordered the shoes almost a month ago, which I haven get even now, unfortunately I have to buy those from somewhere else.
I dont even know whether I will get my order or not.

There is no proper customer care, nobody picks up call, most of time line stays busy, no email reply. Also the courier service opted by this is much worse and they behaves the same.

#942206 was the order no,

now they have split i don't know why and the order nos are changed.

i have not received any parcel and still i have a status written shipped.

this is the 5th mail written by me to the consumer complaints. but yet there is no action taken by ua side.

Im following up from last 4 months for these bloody shoes so that my money is not wasted.
but here there is no one to care but jus to sit and do fraud under the site name.

I want my 1500rs back
#942206 Rs 1, 399 and plus 100 rs paid by bank when requested for exchange as they were totally opp to what they were shown on the site.

im attached all the screen shots, go through them n return my money back.

Well as i have already made the online payment for the product and so i should receive the product within 3-21 days, and as of today its already 21 days, and moreover i should receive the tracking no but in this product i was not provided the tracking no, and also i tried to call the customer care no but most of the time its busy but when it was not busy the call was ringing and no bloody hell was receiving the call, so i tried multiple times to call between 10-6 pm, but wat the hell its busy always. so i kindly request you to look into this matter. I have complained earlier also that i have not received my one pair of shoes and got the mail from the company that my order will be delivered till 17th dec but till date i have not got any call neither msg related to my order.
They have just dropped the mail and after that disappeared.
Please solve my issue as soon as possible, it's been more than 2.5 months, i have not got my order.
Why this company site is not getting removed, they just do false promises to the customers and only accept online payments so that they can harass the customers.
