I've placed this order on 6/12/16 and i haven't received my order yet. It's so frustrating that i have done the payment through online and there is no response from ur side.. Is it the way you are dealing with the customers?? I tried calling to the sss contact number however that was not a valid number.. I'm left with no clue now.. When i tried to track my order it shows shipped which is a false statement.....

No one is bothered to reply on the mails I am sending to check the status neither they have the courtesy to take the follow up

I received an email on 12th Dec stating that the product will be dispatched between 18th to 21st Dec, however no update since then nor anyone is willing to...

I placed an order #1110388 on 30th Nov 2016 and have yet not received any updates of its dispatch. It has been 21 days since i placed the order and the customer service has not bothered to reply to any of my emails regarding the shipping of the product. I had specified in my mails that I needed the consignment to be delivered before the 24th of December and if that was not possible i wished to cancel my order and get a refund.

I guess this sss is fake!! How can they be so careless!! They took the shoes away for return... N now they are showing that no return has taken place!! Neither they are refunding nor exchanging the shoes!!! I guess i need to file a case against this company!!please do something . either give me a new pair of shoes or refund my money! This is so not acceptable !! Are you making a fool out of customers!?! If so then you wont be able to survive...

Why did u people mention customer care numbr i[censored] don't want to pick up..I called u even i dont remembr how many times. Its been a mnth that I have ordered a pair of shoes and I have paid money for that shoes BT still status did not change from "payment accepted" to "shipping"...and this thing frustrating me ..please rply..

Worst quality products and sending used products to the customers. and not reply on mails and no one pick the customer care number . They said open delivery but didn't mean it . worst experience...

The service provided by streetstyle is worst among all the online shoppings.

I have ordered the shoes almost a month ago, which I haven get even now, unfortunately I have to buy those from somewhere else.
I dont even know whether I will get my order or not.

Well as i have already made the online payment for the product and so i should receive the product within 3-21 days, and as of today its already 21 days, and moreover i should receive the tracking no but in this product i was not provided the tracking no, and also i tried to call the customer care no but most of the time its busy but when it was not busy the call was ringing and no bloody hell was receiving the call, so i tried multiple times...

I have complained earlier also that i have not received my one pair of shoes and got the mail from the company that my order will be delivered till 17th dec but till date i have not got any call neither msg related to my order.
They have just dropped the mail and after that disappeared.
Please solve my issue as soon as possible, it's been more than 2.5 months, i have not got my order.

The courier partner is not delivering the product. Its been 12th dec the product is in bangalore everytime the courier boy calls but nvr come for deliver. The tracking ref is rssspp8970. I m sick n tired please get the product delivered...

I ordered 2 pair of shoes on 1st Dec and it has not yet been dispatched...my order number is #1111794. I even reported on their Email Address (ticket number #441291) and was promised that their representative will revert but it too hasn't happened so far. I have told u so many times the product is terrible, kindly refund my money back. How can u people cheat us, this ia so bad. Wtf is wrong wt tis company. I ordered shoe on 23/11/2016 n it's not yet out for delivery n Everytym I send a mail to help desk they gv me a ticket no. Whch is of no use at all. U gold diggers refund my payment....

I had a credit voucher of Rs.1099 in my SSS account then I ordered a product for Rs.699 that leaves a balance of Rs.400 in my account but there is no credit left . Also I asked for cancellation of The product due to delay in delivery but there was no response from SSS and now they are delivering the product for which I asked for cancellation. Don't you people have any sense of responsibility! No response NO contact no..And the ticket we receive...
