I have placed an order on 5th Dec with Street Stye Store. The order amount of Rs. 1798 is deducted from my SBI account but the order is not displayed on the Street Style store site. I have sent the complaint email to [protected]@streetstylestore.com on the very same day.

But till now no response from the team. Nobody even care to resolve your issues. Not even single reply from them.

Please help me to get the refund.

As per your query, we are sharing our policy on exchange and return with you.

On a good note, don't worry about your first exchange, its on us. We will do it for free. The second exchange is chargeable with the amount of RS 200.
In order to avoid the exchange all together, you can mail us the details of your size and any other query before you decide to place the order. We will help you though this to avoid any exchanges at all.

And about the return policy, we do not allow any refund on our orders. Yes, we do give a credit voucher that can be used within certain time period.

We'd also like to inform you that an exchange pickup request has been made on 24/12/2016 and the executive will reach within few days to pickup the items.

I placed order for two products.. one is top wear and another is boots on 26 november.. after complaning about delay in order the company shioed one of my order but they didnt shipped the another one and its been more than 21 days.. i want my product as soon as possible or least they refund my money.. if i orderd both the product on same day and make paymnt for both of the item same day so why this kind of pathetic service they provided. Hi, Please provide tracking details of product carrying IN1122538 as Invoice number and RSSSPP13898 as Tracking number. The status update for this product was last done on 12th Dec'2016 and since then, there are no updates. What's happening? You guys don't even provide any authentic number to contact you. The tracking number also has no significance.

The least you guys can do is refund the amount paid, because I don't see any commitment from your side for delivering the products on time. Do not compel me to lodge any kind on complaint against this company.

I had ordered footwear worth rs.499 on 13 nov, 2016 from street style store.
Order Number: 1078014
their delivery time was 3-21 days.
but they did not deliver it within this time.
I sent mails to them n they, replying after many repeated mails, said it will be delivered by 17dec.
but, it is 23dec now, it hasnt been delivered yet and they are not even answering the mails now.

It's an fake company seems like, if there are so many complaints already.. why the board not taking any against..

all folks here, from delhi.mumbai wherever/..lets get together and do something about it..
Let's teach them if they are bad at service or fake. We can to much more than it.

Payment: ccavenue ( They asked me for Online Payment)
And Called their number like a fool, and mailed them details.. They always send their ticket ID and all BS which shows no process at all..

I will warn SSS, if they are reading this, going to suffer badly..

SUch a pathetic service, which actually create a fear of doing shopping online..

Hi, I placed this prepaid order on 18th, November, 2016. I made payment through my net banking. Despite of several emails. No one is responding. The Contact Number, no one is picking it up. The amount involved is nearly 2000. The order is still not delivered. NO refund has been made. Moreover, it is so hard to communicate and chase them. Fraud people.
I am highly pissed. Please help

It's been more than a month since the order had been placed and it hasn't been delivered yet. If the delivery can't be done, atleast refund the money. Please do the needful ASAP. I hope this will be the last complaint from my side.

Placed my order on 22nd Nov'16 and still not delivered.
Got a mail that part of my order was shipped on 20th but no tracking details so far.
Still no update on shipment of the remaining order.

To make matters worse, you take forever to reply but claim to reply in 24 hrs).The phone given in the website is always busy and if the line gets through, its not even answered.

If your service quality is this poor, I don't think you should be doing any business. NO other online store takes more than 1 month to deliver.

I HAVE PLACED TWO ORDER #1103081, #1103925, ON 26 NOVEMBER 2016. I HAVE DONE PREPAID PAYMENT THROUGH MY DEBIT CARD. They told me that i will take 3-21 days to reach order but till now i didn't got my product. I complaint it and told them to refund my money back but didn't got my money back. now they stop receiving my call. I called daily 70-80 times on cc number but they didn't pick my call. Pathetic and very very poor cc service. Give my money back. Fraud people at least answer the call.

Even the same happened with me. These people are not even picking up the call. Everytime I mail them they are giving me lame excuses. I asked them to give me order tracking details and they mailed me a wrong tracking number and a wrong shipping date. I'm really pissed now.

I ordered on 14 nov, 2016. Half of the order has not been shipped yet...i just want it before Christmas... But seriously never seen such worst service... This sss dont know how to run a company and manage it, i[censored] cant satisfy your customers . Deliver my order my 22dec or i ll fill case in consumer forum

Its been over 3 weeks since i ordered but no updates were given. i tried contacting them on various platforms (call, message, facebook, instagram) . however they did not bother to reply for pretty long. One fine day they did reply and asked for order details. I did provide them with the required details but no reply was given further. Moreover they made it mandatory for the payment to be done in advance.
How long shall i wait before they answer my query?

I have placed the order((#988853) in the first week of October having two ITEMS and have done the online payment for it!

original order((#988853) was placed on 1/10/2016.

Nothing happened till Nov end, and later after complaining and writing several mails to the staff they split my order in two orders(details given below)having ONE-ONE ITEM each:

order1:(#988853)
order2:(#1140106)

Almost after 3 month they delivered the order 1 in Dec, but order 2 is still pending, 3 month has passed away, they didn't even dispatch the second item yet, even though after tagging the order under the "priorty distpatch" they are not taking it as a priority !!!

I ordered PEVPKYXEP -(Working From Boardwalk Sneakers : 36) on 28/10/2016 worth Rs 799. But it was not of good quality and not as shown in pictures, I returned them on the very next day. I have tried to reach the site since then, they are not refunding my money in form of credit points and sending me the same product again.
Today is 21/12/2016. I want my money back.
