Order number - #[protected]i had ordered shoes from the website streetstylestore.com on 24th nov 2016, total amount of 699rs paid through my debit card. I have not received my shoes yet. I gave a call to them on the number [protected] but no one picks the call on this number sometimes it comes busy and someone disconnects. Many customers have not even received their products after paying money.

I had placed an order on street style store on 28/11/2016 order ref no.-1106574. The site says the product will be delivered in 3-21 days, bt no tracking i.d nor product details are available to me. I have tried calling the no. On the site and have mailed them many times but no reply from there side.
Just a ticket no. Is generated of the customer complaints.
Please let me know when will the product be delivered to me as its an urgent requirement of it as i have also stated in all my mails.

I have ordered from www.streetstylestore.com. Payment is made online. And I have still not recieved any of my shoes. I had told the SSS people that I have to go out so please do the delivery ASAP. It's showing that my ordered was out for delivery from Bhiwandi/thane since the last 3 days and its still not delivered to me. This is practically impossible considering the fact that I stay in thane itself. Please look into the matter.

Rquick express is my delivery company but we do not have any contact or mail id to contact them. Please help me I had to go out. I had specially sent a friend of mine to the SSS warehouse to tell them to deliver my shoes asap. This was my first experience and to be honest it was not good at all.

I would like to complaint against street style store for deducting a total sum of INR 2697 without any order confirmation. I received an email from CCavenue stating that the transaction was successful. My order Id/transaction id is [protected]-2823802 placed on[protected]

Raised ticket #434585 and there has been no reply since 1 week. The number mentioned on the site is either switched off or not reachable and they don't even reply when i emailed them on [protected]@streetstylestore.com.

I request you to help me resolve this issue at the earliest anad get my money back. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com

I have ordered it on 10/12/2016 but havenot recvd the product yet nor any message about the status. I have already paid for it.. So kindly either deliver the product or refund me my money by cancelling it.
Its really a torture as they cnt be reached on their customer care number nor there is a option to cancel product on thier website.

I have placed an order on 25th nov 2016 for two pair of boots # qmlmthkbd with order no #1100198. I got a mail stating that my products will arrive between 22nd to 25th december 2016. But, as i have shifted to another place i have updated my current address in the personal account details. So, i wanted to know whether the products will be delivered in the updated address as i have mentioned. Please give a proper reply (A big no to pre generated messages). You guys are really slow. I am really unhappy. Such a poor service.

Where are my products?? When will they be delivered??? I have already sent 2 reminders but no revertal as yet. Please respond and let us know when the products will be delivered. If they are not available request you to please cancel all the products and refund the money asap.

My order delivery is taking a lot of time, i need it to be delivered as soon as possible, my previous order also was delivered after 2 months that too after sending various complaint emails, first i had got one pair after 1 and a half month, later i got the second after 2 and a half month. There is no official customer care contact number as well, to reach this organisation

I had ordered pair of shoes from street style store back in november this year. Due to some reason, i had to cancel my order. I wrote to the organization customer care about the same and ask for the refund.
I got a reply on 1st december 2016 that the order has been cancelled and the refund amount of 998 will be credited to my account within 7-10 days.
It's been more than 10 days and i have still not received the refund.
I have mailing them since last two days bit they are not replying to my mails.
I cancelled the order due to some emergency and i want the money (The refund) as soon as possible.

I ordered two pair of shoes and a dress on 13th november 2016 from www.streetstylestore.com. according to the sss policy the order is dispatched within 3 - 21 days and today it's 14th december 2016 i. E. A month and i have still not received my order!
I placed this order due to some upcoming occasion this month.
Also i didn't got any proper revert to my emails which i sent on the email address provided in the contact information.
This order would be of no use to me after some time!
Please do dispatch it asap

I've placed my order for a top (Wear you want to be top (Marsala) size:xl) on 2nd nov 2016 & it's not dispatched yet. I've sent several mails & gave all the details again to mr. Karan bhatia (On helpdesk), but since then there is no reply or update on my mail. It's been more than a month i'm waiting for my order. I'm very disappointed with such behavior at this time, as otherwise all my products were on time & with no complaints!!! But for this product they are testing my patience.

Its regarding order #1081235. I received a call from your courier service provider for order delivery but he did not deliver the product at my address and asked me to cancel the order. I did not understand if your site is providing me COD option then how come courier guy can ask me to cancel the order and make it prepaid? This is very ridiculous experience. Even after a month I did not receive my product then on which basis should I trust your company and make online payments?

Please provide me the details of the order otherwise I have to cancel the order and purchase from some other site. It is very disappointing that even after so much of follow up mails there is no response from your side.
