I ordered some dress material from this website but after 15 days also I did not get my product.

When I dropped a mail to [protected]@streetstylestore.com afterter few seconds received a mail that undelivered please write the correct mail id.

Even when I tried to contcat the customer-care number between 10 A.M to 6 PM nobody pick the call. Continuously the number was busy and was ringing.

Hello,
I ordered a prepaid shoe from style street store.There was some problem with the size, so i have requested for exchange.
The courier boys collected it from me and that site too received it.

But i am mailing them continuously about update, but they are not responding for once.
They are just sending auto-generated messages that they will reply within 24 hrs.

Kindly solve the issue.

This is in reference to the order #[protected]-2529690 . It has been quite some time since I ordered the product kindly inform me the ESTIMATED DATE as to when will the SHOES be delivered.
I ordered it on 05/12/2016, and it has not been shipped yet. Kindly ship it before 14/12/2016 so that it can reach me as soon as possible since my address is going to change after 16/12/2016.

I had placed the above mentioned order for shoes on 20/11/16. It was to be delivered in 3- 21 days. its way past 21 days. Requesting you to please despatch the same at the earliest. Also have sent back 2 items whcih needed to be replaced. the items have been picked up. have'nt received any confirmation on the same. Also wnated to nw when the items will be delivered. have sent a amil yesterday for the same but there have been no reply. request you to please deliver all my products at the earliest or else refund the money back into my account.

This to inform that I Barsha Das had placed order on your site twice on10.12.2016 and even paid through my SBI debit card twice. My money got cut too twice but there is no order updates..I am sending pictures to show that my money has been cut. I paid through ccavenue.please refund my money ASAP. I have to say very bad service. Kindly look into the matter seriously. Refund my money as there is no order confirmation!!

I placed an order on 10/11/2016 and paid the amount online, since then i am waiting. After not receiving any dispatch info i emailed to them and a ticket was opened followed by an email saying that the product is under daily tracking.
Its more than a month now, i don't know the status. No response on emails. No provision to cancel the order or to get your money back.

I have placed the order for two pair of shoes on 11th Sep 2016 and made online payment, today I received just one pair of shoes and the other is missing for which there is no tracking details and nobody is responding on calls neither on mails.Can you please help me out for my order as its been 3 months and take a necessary action towards this website as I can see there are so many complaints for the same website but still we are facing the problem because nothing is happening.

I ordered 3 pair of shoes and made an online payment of 1597 on 16th Nov 2016.
I have not yet received my product and nobody responds from SSS. They did not even provide any details for tracking id or anything.
I need my product as soon as possible or if they are not giving me product atleast give me my money back. They are such cheaters. They do not even respond to emails.

I had ordered a pair of shoe from "street style store" on 8th December and did the online payment. But till date the order is not being reflected in my order history and the amount is already transferred. I have tried to contact in all possible ways but there is no response from their side neither through mails nor on call. The helpline no. provided is either switched off or busy. There is no other way to contact them and inquire about our orders.

It was assured that product will be dispatched within 21 days and its been a month now since I placed the order but i haven't received the product yet. Since it is very urgent i have requested you emailed you several times to deliver it asap. I have clearly mentioned that i have to wear those boots on 5th december but you spoiled that plan, now i am leaving this place on 16 december so if i don't get the order by then, then i am going to file a complaint against this website on a legal note for making false promises and accepting the payment and not delivering the product which comes under FRAUD. You have been playing with my patience every time I mail you so now i am not going to waste another moment mailing you if i still don't see the desired action. I am very well aware of the consumer rights in case of failed order delivery. So before I take further actions which might harm your site, I hope that I'll get my order sooner.

I ordered 2 footwear's on 13 November and made an online payment of 1898. It's been a month I did not receive the product and not a single call from sss. Website says delivery takes 3 to 21 days, but thats not true. I m still waiting for my order. Will you please expedite my request n send the packet by tomorrow as I m leaving for a trip for a month tomorrow n need my boots.

Its been more than 21 days.. I havnt recieved my products yet. And i already make payment through credit card for my orders. I tried to contact at the helpdesk of the company but didnt recieved any kind of satisfaction or information regarding my order. Althoug when i orderd for my products they sended me a confirmation msg through which i come to know that my order is placed but from that dy i havnt recived any kind of order dispatch msgs..

I ordered a pair of solid color waterproof chunky high heels boots for Rs 700 on Nov 25, 2016. Its been more than 15 days . I contacted the customer care through mails, they are giving no response and ive done online payment..BS site

Such a horrible company to deal with. Their customer service number never works. They are literally cheating money by taking payments and non delivery and sending cheap products.

I had ordered a product on 11th Nov it's a month no revert from these guys.

No point submitting complaints here, please drop a message to CONSUMER FORUM, they will surely help you out, I have done it and please unite together to teach people like this.

I didn't get my order yet which by the way I had ordered on the 30th of November 2016. Still there is no news from the store.i haven't got any emails or anything. No news about the dispatch... nothing. Since it is very urgent... I hope it will get to me sooner. Since this is my first and last time ordering on your site. Really very disappointed. My order number is 2721119. Please look into that.
So that I don't have to beg again inspite of paying the bill. Thankyou
