Ordered items worth rupees 1900 on 22nd November 2016 but none of the items have been delivered till date. The site claims to be delivering items within 3-21 days. I ordered a product form streetstylestore.com and upon the delivery of product, i asked delivery boy "is it refundable" he said yes item is refundable and he also showed me label on which it was written that item is returnable.
he also told that i will get refunded amount in my bank account. but now they are not accepting my refund(item is unused)...

I placed an order on 15th November 2016, my order number is 1081018. And i was ensured of delivery within maximum of 21 days, which is as it is far more than any other company takes. I was having a credit note of 1165 in my account i made an order yesterday of inr599..but now in my account showing i dont have any voucher..where is my remaining amount of 566? Then i got a call from sss they are saying for my previous order, they have replaced the order with the shoe size and it was delivered on 23 nov..
