You people are experts on writing other then doing.
When ever i use to mail you of not reviving my product every time you use to give different excuse. Tell me now the new one...
You have taken my money and now making me fool my giving excuse...
Return my money i dont want any of the product from your site...
Such a hated site ever...

No one is there to help in such problem...
Just for one order i am mailing from last one year... Shame to u what dont you give the product... Your site not tooo good or excellent that you are busy in serving the other... I know this mail again will not help me or you also not gona work on this so no need of mailing you so long type...

I had ordered a black sling bag on August 30th and received it within a week. However, the product was nothing like the pictures on the website.
I wrote to the company expressing my concern but they declined any assistance stating that they do not have a return policy. I tried to reason with them that this is a case of misrepresentation and hence they should return the product, but to no avail.
I even suggested an alternative wherein a friend of mine wanted to buy a pair of trousers from street style store and she could do it in exchange for the refund amount from my bag and pay the excess amount. It has been 2 months since i proposed this alternative but haven't heard from them at all. Ive sent follow up emails as well but haven't received a response.

No proper email response from them and I was given telephone number but none picking the call. Worst online shopping, I even asked refund in credits but no response from the agent named Sneil haven't responded yet to my email. Worst customer service and online shopping. Hello. I had placed an order for shoes which didn't fit me. After a lot of emails and then a consumer complaint, the product was exchanged. I was told I would receive a credit note on 23rd November. But it is 8th December and I still don't have a credit note.
Nobody ever responds to my mails.
I was a refund of Rs 750 TODAY.
This is highly unacceptable. I don't want to wait another month to place one more order and then be dissappointed again. I need a refund. Please support.

I ordered a pair of 'Caught up in confidence' sneakers for Rs 700 on Nov 1st, 2016. Its been 38 days since I ordered and no parcel has been delivered. I contacted the customer care through mails, almost sent 7 mails.. no response except for once this person called Karan mentioned that he will send my order soon but its been 1 week since he promised and he has not replied to my mails further. I then contacted them on Facebook messenger and that person asked for my mail id so that she could give me my tracking number but even she hasn't responded since. They are swindling money.
