I had ordered for a pair of boots on 29th November i.e. Tuesday.(Order no EGLRJGDLZ ) More than 10 days have passed but there is no update on the order placed. I have mailed HelpDesk inquiring about the same, but its been more than 24 hours and i got no response from them. The ticket number is #427417. The contact number they provided [protected] is either busy or not answered. Please look into the matter asap as this is urgent. There is no option to cancel/refund the order so i am worried.

    Had shopped footwears for Rs. 1000 from this website, but there was a size mismatch so raised a request for exchange. the delivery boy immediately within 2 days took the parcel back but never returned after that..its been more than 20 days. these people neither have any contact number nor they reply to the emails. totally a fraud website.

    Due to demonetisation and cash crunch trouble our manufacturing unit are facing huge amount of production problem. Our units largely depends on cash to run and right now we are not able to work it out in a very smooth way.

    Our demand & supply chain is largely disturbed.

      Hi,
      I ordered a pair of shoes on 29th september. It took a long time to deliver. When i finally received the product, it was a size shorter. The worst part is i checked the size after paying the money by cash. The very next day i requested to get it exchanged. After a long gap my shoes were taken back for exchange. I used to send mails to sss. They assure us that a ticket has been issued and a staff would personally contact us within 24 hours. But that never happened. Sss never picks up calls. I live in a hostel at pune. Now when I'm home and not in pune. They say that the product will be delivered. I'm fed up of all these. I dont know when I'm going to receive my product. I've been waiting since two and a half months. Please check into the matter.

        I ordered and paid two items on Streetstylestore online 7th january, 2016 around 1:00 clock through gateway cc avenues the money was deducted and the order declined simultaneously.kindly look into it and refund the money or complete the order.i have tried calling but line is busy ever since.there is no order history whatsoever, and no mention of purchase ever being made.

            Ordered heels from the sight on 20 Nov, 2016. Already paid for the product. The product not yet delivered. And the worst thing is that I cannot see any thing in the order history.               I ordered a product form streetstylestore.com and upon the delivery of product, i asked delivery boy "is it refundable" he said yes item is refundable and he also showed me label on which it was written that item is returnable.
              he also told that i will get refunded amount in my bank account. but now they are not accepting my refund(item is unused)

                I placed an order on 15th November 2016, my order number is 1081018. And i was ensured of delivery within maximum of 21 days, which is as it is far more than any other company takes. I have already made the payment. Also, no one picks up the call at the number provided. How is the customer supposed to be satisfied?
                It has already been 21 days. And i don't get the point of providing phone numbers if no one is available to pick up the phone. I would like a refund of my money ASAP.
                I have already sent the same mail to streetstylestore, with no reply. If this complaint doesn't get any acknowledgment, i would have to take this matter to higher hands. If you guys don't know how to run a company, DO NOT open up one.

                  I have order 2 pair of shoes on 29 October 2016. It was pre-paid the amount as 1000 rupees.
                  I have mailed SSS customer care and many times I get the same reply.

                  Still I didn’t get my order. There is no tracking number & as well as customer care number so I get in touch with my order OR the SSS team.

                      I was having a credit note of 1165 in my account i made an order yesterday of inr599..but now in my account showing i dont have any voucher..where is my remaining amount of 566? Then i got a call from sss they are saying for my previous order, they have replaced the order with the shoe size and it was delivered on 23 nov..
                      even if the product is delivered why it was showing that i have 1165 in my account..i made an order of 599..where is my remaining amount??
                      I request everyone not to use this site ever..this was my worst experience with any online portal..they are cheating customers

                      I clearly mentioned that i was having a credit note of 1165
                      Out of which i ordered a shoe of 599 so the remaining amount is 566 and not 67..is this a way you are running your business to fool customers
                      As far as replacement of order no 1091991 is concerned, i never asked for same i clearly mentioned that i want refund money of 3shoes that i ordered..i have attached screenshot in my previous post also..even i got refund for all of them then why did you sent the replacement order..this is your mistake and not mine as i never i asked for replacement.
                      and even if a got full refund then why you will send the order again without charging anything..you are giving me full refund and as per your executive you replaced the shoes with a different size..atleast use some common sense..why you would make your own loss
                      i don't understand why are you just misguiding me. This is limit..

                            Respected sir/mam I have ordered shoes with sss on 27 th of Nov it consist of 2 pair of shoes, but still I didn't give it . I have put lots of mails Nd calls but no ans came from there side. I m highly depressed, my order no was [protected]-2679534 Nd its payment is done already. Whenever I Mail dem they just generate a ticket I'd 425656 which is an auto generate kind of msg but no action or there executive is speaking I have also placed another order with them on 4 th Nov, it also consist of two shoes dat I made from my frnds address from Delhi so that I can get its early delivery but a month had gone but still there is no dispatching of that order too it's order no was [protected]-2553960.it was also a prepaid order. In all I had invested my 3000 with them Nd in return they are giving me such a pathetic service by not giving any single reply from last 1 month. Plz help me out

                                I had placed a prepaid order, but they do not update any tracking information.
                                Bloody cheaters. They do not even revert back to the multiple emails that I have sent them. The number provided is always busy. Is this is how the company earns their money by cheating its customers.
                                I need my product asap or i need my money back
                                As the last resort I ll have to file a complaint in the consumer court.

                                    Results May Ferry Boots order was placed on 15/11/2016 and the payment was done online of amount Rs 699. The payment was accepted and its 21 days and did not receive any status update or any tracking ID was not generated. They are not resolving the issue through mails that i sent them. The number given on the website says invalid and found a landline number which they won't answer. They should either process the order ASAP or refund the amount in my account.                                         I have placed an order for two pair of shoes on 25th November with order no #1100198. It's been 10 days and I haven't received any update on my product (when will it be delivered). It is showing the payment has been received but I am not able to track my product.
