I had purchased three sandals from this store after comparing the size details mentioned on the site.All the sandals that I received were huge in size, incorrect sizes. I initiated a return pick up, which happened after a week. Its been 50 days today no exchanged has been provided. There is no tracking details on the site.when you try and open the track details it just shows you products.They have even stopped replying to my emails. They have not provided a phone number as well.The phone numbers are either busy all the time or no one picks the call

I am feeling extremly cheated.

I placed an order with Street Style Store on 17th Nov, 2016. I received the wrong products and also they charged me Rs 200 extra (Rs 100 for each product) while payment as compared to price displayed on their website.

When I raised a query for wrong charges they replied that prices are upgraded, But I have screen shots for product price.

Also I received wrong product and when a replacement request was raised, they have completed the reverse pickup but it's almost 20 days that reverse pickup is done but I haven't received the products yet.

You have changed the status from Payment accepted to Priority dispatched. But since a week, i am not seeing any update the status. Provide the update on my order ASAP. Reply is awaited. It is first experience of mine ordering footwear from SSS on recommendation of a friend. But it does not seem worth. Provide me the order on time without any delay and excuse since you are a vendor and it is your prior responsibility. Don't force me to take any further action on this.

My order # [protected][protected] and placed it on 19th of Noember and it's 4th of December today. It is so disappointing at a customer end to wait for more than 15 days for product.

I have shopped for the first time from your site and it turned out to be such a bad experience for me. I have been a regular online shopper but have never cam across such a pathetic customer experience. I have already paid for the product as you don have any option for COD and not I am not sure whether I will get the product or not. Nobody picks up the customer complaint number and till date I have received only one reply from your customer service department with the assurance to get the product at earliest after writing so many email to you.

I need my product asap or just straight away let me know if you can't do it. Return my money because there so many other options as well to purchase the product.

This is highly disappointing that a reputed online clothing store which dispatches its order within 3-21 days still hasn't delivered my order . My order was a white sneaker worth 699 and 3 shoes for 999. The order was placed on 24th october'16 and the confirmation mail was recieved then and there but the i still haven't reveived my shoes.
