I had placed a prepaid order, but they do not update any tracking information.
Bloody cheaters. They do not even revert back to the multiple emails that I have sent them. The number provided is always busy. Is this is how the company earns their money by cheating its customers.
I need my product asap or i need my money back
As the last resort I ll have to file a complaint in the consumer court.

Results May Ferry Boots order was placed on 15/11/2016 and the payment was done online of amount Rs 699. The payment was accepted and its 21 days and did not receive any status update or any tracking ID was not generated. They are not resolving the issue through mails that i sent them. The number given on the website says invalid and found a landline number which they won't answer. They should either process the order ASAP or refund the amount in my account. I had purchased three sandals from this store after comparing the size details mentioned on the site.All the sandals that I received were huge in size, incorrect sizes. I initiated a return pick up, which happened after a week. Its been 50 days today no exchanged has been provided. There is no tracking details on the site.when you try and open the track details it just shows you products.They have even stopped replying to my emails. They have not provided a phone number as well.The phone numbers are either busy all the time or no one picks the call

I placed an order with Street Style Store on 17th Nov, 2016. I received the wrong products and also they charged me Rs 200 extra (Rs 100 for each product) while payment as compared to price displayed on their website.

When I raised a query for wrong charges they replied that prices are upgraded, But I have screen shots for product price.

Also I received wrong product and when a replacement request was raised, they have completed the reverse pickup but it's almost 20 days that reverse pickup is done but I haven't received the products yet.

It is first experience of mine ordering footwear from SSS on recommendation of a friend. But it does not seem worth. Provide me the order on time without any delay and excuse since you are a vendor and it is your prior responsibility. Don't force me to take any further action on this.

I have cross-checked with the concerned department and confirmed that we had received the amount worth Rs.2996/- and Rs. 1997/- respectively, but due to some technical glitch the orders were not placed and was left in the cart so in that case, we had placed the orders on your behalf and as far as the delivery is concerned, it will be deliver within the promised period of time, i.e. 3-21 days.

I have ordered my on 18.11.2016 its been half a month i have ordered and payment is done via debit card if they are unable to turn up please take some action. I have been mailing them and no response.
This is so unprofessional and irritating. Street style store is not advisable. I want my money back if you people are unable to process my product. Request you to turn up.
