I have ordered a shoe how to go delighfull on 4 th oct 2016 with order id #992451.and i have successfully received my product but there was size issue with my shoe, then i have requested for replacement.
After that i have received replacement of my shoe how to go delightfull with size 40 and order id #1025381.
And i have received a defective product, that time i was not in the city so my sister received the product on my behalf now i opened the box and what i see is pair of shoe is defective.there is one more product that is flats.flats are very nice and proper but shoe is defective.
I tried for replacement but there is no option for replacement.
I have contacted SSS helpdesk so many times but there is no response from SSS side, even they are not replying.
I want my product replacement.take some strict actions against them, this is really bad experience i had with SSS.
I want faster resolution.
Pls take some action with faster process.
I need a proper resolution because i want my product not refund.thats why i have orderd this shoe, so pls provide me proper resolution.

Updated by rajbala saini I have ordered #1090755 order id a shoe with 37 size by mistake instead of 39 on 20 november 2016, product not been shipped yet.i want to change the size to 39.
I dont have any option to change the size.
please help me out.change the size of my product to 39 and then dispatch.

As my order is already paid, pls look into this matter.
I have already raised a ticket for this issue but there is no response from SSS side not even any reply, why you people are taking too much time to resolve my problem.i want faster resolution and my product its already paid.
This is my second order and really bad experience and pathetic service.
As i am facing inconvinience, i want my order in 39 shoe size.
Pls provide me helpline number.

We are arranging the manual pick up for your replacement order 1025381 and it will be done in next 3-5 days, once the pick up is done and receive in the warehouse, we will dispatch the replacement order or issue you the credit note of same amount in your SSS account.
For your order 1090755, we had made the changes as per your request and also marked as urgent which ensures the early dispatch of your order.
