I ordered a pair of shoes on 24th November 2016, Order id- [protected]-2657097 and paid Rs.699 through my debit card. The payment was successful, but i received a mail from the company saying there was a technical difficulty and they needed the name and size of the shoes ordered. I gave them the details but there was no response after that. I've been trying the mobile number provided for many days, but its unreachable. I've received an email saying that my order has been confirmed but when i open my order details in my account it doesn't shows the order or anything about it.
I would be highly obliged i[censored] look into the matter since it's been a long time since i ordered the shoes.

    Have pre-ordered a boot of rs.699 through ccavenues 25days back with order no. [protected]-2671387
    And the cca ref no.:[protected]
    I wrote many emails to streetstylestore.com but they never reverted back. When i login to sss and try to check and track my order list it never shows. My money already got deducted for the boot and i have no information about the boot nor any messages please check into it as i want a refund or the items immediately.

    Hi, i ordered bootsmy order #[protected]-2671387, i made card payment got payment confirmation from ccavenue bt dint recive the product yet tried to reach them via emial bt there is no response from them n when tried to call them there is only automated voice saying line is busy .its very bad that they r not even trying to reply to email or call me & let me know abt the delay of delivery their customer satisfaction is 0% never going to order anything from this anymore .

      Worried about my payment . Its been half a month I have ordered and payment is done via debit card if they are unable to turn up please take some action. I have been mailing them and no response .
      This is so unprofessional and irritating . Street style store is not advisable .I want my money back if you people are unable to process my product . Request you to turn up .

        My order number is 1088078 and I have placed it 20 days ago and still haven't received both of my products, despite paying online. I call customer service everyday almost 25 times and no response, I've emailed them and no response, please improve your customer service! Otherwise I'll have to file a complaint against the website.             i ordered boots so that i can wear them on a special occasion which is 2morow. i want the product to be deliveried by 2morow .never seen a shoping site which delivers products so late.am just hating this site .never going to order anything and i will not suggest my friends also abt this.

                I had purchased a dress from this store after comparing the size details mentioned on the site. The dress that i received after nearly a month was of an extremely small size, an incorrect size. I initiated a return pick up, which has not happened till date. Its been 20 days today. They have even stopped replying to my emails. They have not provided a phone number as well.

                I am feeling cheated.

                    I have placed an order on "street style store" dated 11/10/2016 (Mm/dd/yyyy) and full payment was made on the same date. Now, its been more than 23 days and i haven't received the product yet. I have raised this issue thrice to "street style store" via mail, but received reply only once saying that "their executive will get back to me on this issue." also i have called them up many a times but nobody is responding and there's only a recorded message saying the user is busy. Also i have attached the invoice and order details for your reference. Please revert back as soon as possible or else we will have to register a complaint against you.

                    THIS IS A LAST AND FINAL WARNING TO YOU.I GOT THE UPDATE THAT THE PRODUCT WILL BE DELIVERED ON 17th DEC, 2016. BUT, I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED THE PRODUCT. ITS MORE THAN A MONTH. NOW I NEED THE REFUND AS I'M BEING MISGUIDED BY YOU AGAIN AND AGAIN. ALSO I'M NOT GETTING ANY REPLY FOR THE MAILS THAT I SEND AND THE CONSUMER CARE NUMBER IS ALWAYS BUSY.                       Hello,
                      I ordered one Palm Desert Dress with order id #1092349 on 11/21/2016. The dress I received was quite different from the photo on the web. I raised the complaint. I was assigned help desk person named Rohit Bhalla. He told me that they don't have a refund policy. Instead I can return the product and receive a credit note for a future purchase at http://streetstylestore.com/. The conversation happened on Nov 24 and I haven't heard back. I again sent a reminder mail on 30th November, but I haven't got any reply. I tried their phone number, but it is always switched off or busy. It is really frustrating. I demand a refund for this.

                        I have ordered a shoe how to go delighfull on 4 th oct 2016 with order id #992451.and i have successfully received my product but there was size issue with my shoe, then i have requested for replacement.
                        After that i have received replacement of my shoe how to go delightfull with size 40 and order id #1025381.
                        And i have received a defective product, that time i was not in the city so my sister received the product on my behalf now i opened the box and what i see is pair of shoe is defective.there is one more product that is flats.flats are very nice and proper but shoe is defective.
                        I tried for replacement but there is no option for replacement.
                        I have contacted SSS helpdesk so many times but there is no response from SSS side, even they are not replying.
                        I want my product replacement.take some strict actions against them, this is really bad experience i had with SSS.
                        I want faster resolution.
                        Pls take some action with faster process.
                        I need a proper resolution because i want my product not refund.thats why i have orderd this shoe, so pls provide me proper resolution.

                        I have ordered #1090755 order id a shoe with 37 size by mistake instead of 39 on 20 november 2016, product not been shipped yet.i want to change the size to 39.

                          I have ordered for two foot wears dated 23rd november, 2016. Prepaid and yet the sight shows "no order placed". My credit card has been charged of amount inr.1198/-

                          If no order was placed than why did they give this order number order#[protected]-2666407

                          When i try to call their customer care the number always is busy. I have written to the customer care with ticket id - 418241 on 28th november, 2016, and automated mail was sent which said they will reply within 24 hrs. Today is 1st of december and yet i have no news of it.

                          My event was to happen today for the "aids day" and completely relying on this sight for the product to be delivered on time was a failure.

                          Does it take more than 10 days for a product to be delivered?
                          Even if it does, where is your communication and reliability? (Even my login history does not confirm my order).

                          Will i get my product or will my money will be credited back... Is still a suspense.

                          Please help consumer court! After receiving so many complaints from the customer they need to gear up!

                                Hello team

                                I have ordered three footwears out of which one (Yellow colour) is not up to the expectation hence i require a credit slip for the same so that i exchange it with some other footwear of the same size.
                                I even got a reply from one of your excecutive named navdeep that he would help it get exchanged, however i have not seen anyone coming for the pick up. Please look into the matter asap and finish it once and for all as it has been over a month.

                                  Another order placed along with this was delivered withing 2 days but no updates for this order.
                                  The payment has been done already and a confirmation from CC AVENUE has been received too.But, streetstylestore has not sent the order yet.
                                  No tracking details has been sent.
                                  This has to be rectified as soon as possible because the products are required next week.

                                    My order id is #1084904 i placed the order on 7-nov-2016 as per der previous mails dey split my order i received only one of them ..and till d date there is no update regarding my left one order...and also they played a very bad game they only send me the order which is of less amount !

                                    Pathetic site!!
                                    Worst site ! will never buy anything in future! will update the same on der facebook account !

                                      I have placed a order(#1022712) at SSS on 18th October. I have not got any update on order neither it got delivered till now(30 November). There is no response from SSS. I have added complaint 3-4 times.

                                      It is a prepaid order of Rs.1398. Also its status is changed by SSS as priority dispatch 15 days ago, still no action is being taken.

                                        ccavenue reference[protected].

                                        The payment has been done already and a confirmation from CC AVENUE has been received too.But, streetstylestore has not sent any order confirmation.
                                        No tracking details has been sent.It has been more than a month but no update from SSS.
                                        In fact, my order details on my streetstyle store account doesn't even mention about this order.
