I have return my item for exchange, its been month i haven't receive my item.
I have tried to contact them many times, but number is not reachable.
This is very unfair, I need refund or new items.

I have ordered 4 shoes 3 months back and have not received any shoes yet. I have done payment through debit card and want urgent refund of my money. No cancellation or call was given as to when the product will be delivered. Contact no. Is also fake. I need my money back and do not want the order now

I had order 3 pair of footwears from www.streetstylestore.com on 31st July Mode of payment was Card. And the amount was ₹999.One pair of sandal was for ₹499 and the rest two pair of footwears was ₹499. I received the order after 15 days via Courier Service. As i tried the footwear, it was small for me. So i requested an exchange it with the bigger size or other pair So requesting for more den 15-20 days they send the courier service men again to collect the exchange order. Then I mailed them to refund my money as they dont have any refund policy I told them to credit my money on street style store account but they didn't do that, And it has been 30 days now i haven't recived any mail nor the money back and they haven't responsing to any mails and phone calls. I want you to take strict actions against them and teach them a lesson. I don't want any shoes from the website, i just want my money back. The details of the website are below. Hi, my order number - vxunbiqyu which was placed on 19th july. Today is 29th august and till date it is not shipped. When i try to contact through email, i hardly get a response. Their customer care number always comes busy.

I had a credit of 1697 with them and my amount seems to be blocked. I asked them if they are unable to ship, they should refund my amount, but i am not getting any response.

Following up every day with the same issue is a headache for us as well. I fell like helpless droping mails to them daily but getting no repsonse.

Request you to please take a strict action so that customers are not troubled by such shopping websites.

I have escalated on 21 august for the pick up of the order for replacement as i have the size issue and then i received a mail that pick up would be done in 1-4 working days. Now the time is over which u have committed. I want either my refund or want replacement asap otherwise i will write the mail to ur founder or will go the consumer court. Ur timing of delivery the product is also very late... I think u people are very slow... This is how u would run ur start up... I want the urgent action on my complaint.

I placed my order on the 4th of August and paid for it using my card. As no process was shown on the site I tried to contact them and they promised to deliver it in 21 days. Now, the site shows that my order has been delivered to me. But it hasn't. They also said they would send an url number for tracking but I did not get any. It has been a month since the order was placed. Please look into the matter

This footwear has to be exchanged. Earlier you said that you will pickup my footwear for exchange in 1-4 working days but it has been 5 days and still there is no development in the status..I told you earlier that I need my footwear urgently so please get my footwear exchanged as soon as possible..

Hi, I purchased a shoe but it is not fitting so i want to exchange . i send a request and they take the shoe but i didn't got a call from that side that i received or tell me mam what would like to do. you want money or exhange. No body is picking the call also no answer of mail. now please tell me what i have to do now. please now i want money back.

I placed a prepaid order for which my money got deducted but order did not get placed.
Its been around a month now that i have been trying to communicate with them but i have not recieved any response.
I have also forwarded the mail from CCAVENUE stating that payment was successful as a proof.
But noone has reached out to me till now.I am very dissapointed by their team's behaviour. And if this i the case i would not make any future purchases nor would recommend to anyone.
Also their customer care number is always busy or unresponsive.This is heights of customer negligence.
I want my money to be refunded.
But there is no response from them.it is a completely fraud website.

Firstly the order was placed 1 months ago. And the horrible service they provide.
The shoes are misfit and I need to return them and get another one's not the same.
I have emailed them but no response at all.
Plus the number which they have mentioned doesn't connect and if it does nobody receives the call, when you cannot handle your business don't just start anything randomly.
Pathetic service provided so far.

I had ordered a pair of footwear and it came in a weeks time. but the size was small so as given in their website i opted for a replacement with a bigger size. but the exchange process was not initiated. I have been trying to reach them through mails and calls. But the phone number given in their website is fake. Its an airtel number which says it is always busy.
And for email they have just raised a ticket and no one from their end has contacted me to initiate my exchange process.
A similar incident had happened with a friend of mine. Such proprietors should not even be allowed to own a website and fool people like and in case you place the order by mistake they don't have an option to cancel it.
Fake and Fraud business they do!! Nobody should buy from them. Only if you're very sure everything will be fit then you should. But they always deliver wrong sizes. Such cheaters!

I had placed the order 1 month back' (10th July'16 ) and the deliver of the order came in today (26th Aug'16) plus they have taken the money for 3 shoes and delivered only 2 shoes and have given a note that the shoes will take more time to get delivered . This is harassment to the customer and also their no is always busy. their mail reverts is not customer eccentric at all.

I ordered 3 flip flops under the 3 for 999 offer. It has been almost two weeks since the order. The site is not providing any tracking details and their contact number is not working. I have already made the payment and am now worried about the authenticity of the site and their products.I live abroad and needed the products as soon as possible.

I had placed an order for shoes. Since it was the first time I was ordering, the size was not accurate. So I requested for a replacement. Its been over 2 months now, nor have they replaced my size with a smaller size, nor have they received any calls & on mailing, I get only one response, Sorry that we are taking time to deliver the products. but we assure you that we'll dispatch on urgent basis. Since we are small business ourselves, our goal is to provide a consistently reliable product & an exemplary level of customer service.
But the service is so poor that I get this mail every time I ask for my order. Now this is a final warning to send my products across or else provide me a full refund of 2500.
I will not wait any longer to take an action!!

Street Style store displays item which is not in stock and after we order they tell us that the item is not in stock and keep us waiting for long days. Other shopping websites shows the item which is in stock and dispatch within the time stated. SSS indicates that our products will be shipped in 3-21 days but it takes more than 3 months on some ordered items.

I submitted my complaint on 11aug and this is the end of the month.. no response received from street style store regarding the exchange of the product..


Please respond as soon as possible ... as i know that you guys dnt know the meaning of the word 'urgent' so its useless.. as you guys are not at all professional..

If you guys cannot handle your business .. then please close it.. at least learn the meaning of consumer satisfaction..

I need to cancellation as I do not need to product but no one from SSS (Street Style Store) is responding back to us.

have email to their CEO Rimjim and hoping to get the refund by 26-Aug-16
Please support in escalating the same and have my refund.

It's been more than a month when i placed order but still i have not received my order. According to your company policy i should get my order between 3-21 days and after my complain you putted my item on "priority Dispatch"
but still there is no action taken towards my complain.
This type of delay is really not acceptable so can please look into my complain as soon as possible and get back to me.
