I ordered a shoes on Street Style Store on 23rd July 2016 prepaid amount 900 rupees. I got the confirmation mail on the same day.

Details are attached in the image.

According to its policy, my shoes should get delivered in 20-25 days. It has been more than a month and I don't get any status regarding my order.

Delivery is far more behind, they are not even giving me any status through mail or anything.

I dropped several mails to their customer care. I got response for my first mail that they will update me as soon as my order departs in 4-5 days. But I don't get any response after that.

Neither I got message regarding the departure of shoes nor I got any status.
And now they have stopped replying me too.

We are not free that we constantly trying to contact them and they are not even answering our mails or anything.

Please assist me what can i do now.

    I had ordered two pairs of shoes on 11 June 2016. After 23 days of placing the order, I mailed to the company' s customer care that the order is not yet delivered.They replied that it would be delivered soon.After a week, I mailed again, they replied saying that as one pair of the shoe is not available, the order is split.After a few days I received one pair of shoes order.After that I have been continuously sending mails for the the delivery of other pair of shoes, they have been replying that it would be delivered soon.Today, it is 24 august 2016, two months after order being placed, I have not received the other pair of shoes in spite of the money already being paid while the order was placed.

      I placed two orders on the site around 2 months back. They initially replied on email and said order will be delivered in 3-21 days. Now they are not even replying on emails. No one is picking up the phone as well.


      Hopeless service from streetstylestore.

      This is not the first time i am facing this issue.

      You should probably shut your operations if you cannot fulfill these orders.

      Need a resolution right away.

      I need my order or refund.

        A replacement request was sent on the 27th of July, the status on the website shows that replace request has been sent. It has been about a month now but there is no update from their end. No one has come for a pick up. Now I am not eve sure if I should send the product for replacement, (if they send someone to pick it up that is) as I do not know if the replaced product will be delivered or not.

            Hi i had placed an order on 3rd of june and this is end of august.
            It has been more than 2 months and the product has not been delivered to me.
            No clue about what happended to my paid order.

              My order ref bnhtqyybi had been picked for replacement but it has been more than 10 days. Yet not recd the replaced shoes. Last mail recd from them stated "within 2/3 days the exchanged product will be delivered."i have mailed to them more than four times but there has been no response. On the site the status is picked up. But what about being delivered??

                  I placed an order on july 19th for a dress and 2 pairs of shoes. After waiting for long until aug 5th, i got the below reply on aug 6th by one of the officials:

                  "we have checked the status of your order. The products that you have ordered are quite in demand than we had expected and taking some time. We have forwarded your details to the relevant team on a priority basis and they will dispatch it as soon as it will be ready. We assure you that product is worthy to wait for.

                  We appreciate your co-operation and patience. It's really commendable"

                  I asked for an update again on aug 16th and have also been trying to call them since then but there is no response from the company's side. I have used my credits of rs 1697 for this order but i am not sure if i will ever get the order and my money would go waste. Please advice!

                  No updates yet on my order. They have taken my money without provided me the products. This is as good as stealing money from your customers. Extremely disappointed and irritated with Street Style Store. Would not buy products with them ever in future and would suggest the same to others too. Being a customer forum i would need your help to get my money Back.

                      I placed an order for 4 pieces of clothing in April '16. Out of the 4 products they delivered, 2 were fine. I reached out to them to exchange the other 2. They had created confusion by breaking up my order under two different reference numbers making it very difficult to keep a track of during the exchange process. They sent me a small size (in exchange for a medium that I had originally ordered) of 1 piece of clothing. That also doesn't fit me. Since they don't have a size in between small and medium, I told them to give me a refund. The other piece of clothing being a medium, again doesn't fit me (it is lose). I wrote asking for a small. Still haven't heard from them. I have been going and back forth emailing continuously. We are now in Aug. and I still haven't heard from them! I would never recommend that anyone buy from them ever!!

                        I order 2 pair of shoes on[protected] order no. 828406. Boardroom worthy shoes and set fire to the rain shoes. But i received only one pair of shoes that is boardroom worthy shoes. The another pair was missing and i paid the amount of both the shoes. I am highly disappointed by this service of your. I call many times to you customer no. But it is not in service. You provide a customer ticket but nobody responded. I want the another pair of shoe or the money refund. Please respond me immediately. And solve this issue.

                          I purchased two pairs of shoes from sss after correctly measuring my shoe size from the size chart given by them. I received a bigger size and requested an exchange. Sss team agreed to the exchange but despite reminding them many times, my exchange has never been processed. I request that sss should refund my amount and should be penalised for their extremely poor service.

                            I placed an order for two pairs of sandals. I received the products but then dicovered that the sandals were bigger than my feet so i opted for exchange. The sandals were picked up and i was told that the exchange products would be delivered or my money would refunded within 3 working days. It's been over one month and i am yet to get the products/money. I even got a mail about 3 weeks ago after making a complaint that the exchange process was complete and that the products would be delivered within 3-10 days but still, i didn't get any product. This is an unfair way to treat a customer. Please act fast and deliver my products within 5 days or refund my money.

                              I submitted a complaint earliwr for the same order "order no 859096" to send it as soon as possible. The order has been delivered to me but my order is incomplete, one of the item contains a pair of shoes for right foot only and the the detail of the footwear which is delivered wrong is given below :

                              I have complained for returning this footwear.. So please kindly send me my footwear with pair for both my foots.

                                My name is shantanu and i ordered a product from sss that is (Street style store) online on 15/7/2016 and recieved the product on 20/7/2016. Some how the product size was not perfect so i filed an exchange for the same on 4/8/2016, after which a courier guy came to my place to pick up the product parcel for exchange he provided me a recieving slip for that i have that slip with me, but since then there's no reply from the company their customer care number is always busy and they dont even revert on if after writing several mails to them. My order number was 805911 and the ticket number which they provided me via automatic revert system for my query is 344466. Their is no other alternate number or anything which is provided on their website please help.

                                  Hi,
                                  I ordered 3 pairs of sandals on 06/24/2016 worth 999 rs.
                                  I received a mail from sss saying that my products are been shipped on 09/22/2016. But sadly i didn't receive them yet.
                                  It is been one and half months and sss is not replying to any of enquiry mails and nor to the tickets raised.
                                  Such a pathetic service.
                                  Please deliver the products or return the amount.

                                    I had placed an order for a pair of shoes, which got delivered to me after about 2 months. The product which came to me was of a larger size, hence placed a request for exchange. Received an acknowledgment from [protected]@streetstylestore.freshdesk.com, that a ticket has been created with Ticket ID 319095, and then there has been no update ever since. I have dropped email reminders at least around 10 times for over a month now, no response. Been trying to reach out to all the numbers available on the internet, none of them connect. Very disappointed with the service. The pair of shoes which are so big in size are still with me, awaiting the exchange.

                                      I really hate street style store for annoying it's customer to the core by never picking the call. It's been 2 month I replaced my Sanders and not received money or points. I will file a complaint in consumer court for taking my money and not giving any update.you just watch. It is very annoying they don't even pick their phones then why they have kept that customer Care number in their website

                                        I am unable to accept the shipment awb # :[protected] for order id : 853094 as the ecom express person insists on cod of rs1049 as per your instructions.

                                        However please note that the above order is in exchange/replace for order id 682586 for which a credit note was issued from your end and hence there should not be any amount payable.

                                        Kindly instruct your courier partner of the situation above and mark order id : 853094 as ppd and not cod as the payment has been already made (Via credit note) to you as explained above.

                                        Do note that this is causing a lot of inconvenience to me as this is the second instance regarding the same and the saga is continuing for months. Refer history of my orders 732351.

                                        If you expect a payment to be made against for order id : 853094, kindly explain why. Anticipating a speedy resolution to this from street style or refund of my original amount.

                                        Nw its neither abt ur apologising nor abt mine reminding to u everytime tht d parcel which u r issuing to me z supp to b a ppd parcel...cz neither r u refunding me my amt nor r u sndng me an exchange parcel and to top it all ur custmr care no. z also nt functional...nw all i demand is a resolution to my issue on a fastrack basis...i hv gvn u my most recent order id, , , my track record id...nd also my awb airway ecom no...do u need anything elz to track dwn d database o[censored] customer??

                                        So eventually, a weeks tym fr my issue nd thts it!!
