You must have seen the option to select the new size while initiating the exchange.

We provide only size exchange and the products can't be changed with a different product.

Hai, they asked me to send them back the return product though courier and they told they will refund that amount too. i dint receive any call back. I had already sent the product 1 week back but still i dint receive any mails from them. this is very very bad to make a customer wait for 3 months. please resolve this problem at the earliest.
