I had 2 exchange request.
Zipzggpkq - reference number. I got my product delivered on 22/01/19 and on the same day i placed my exchange request for a larger size. The conpay now claims that i have extended 15days and the order won't be exchanged. The company irresponsibility is causing me wasting of money.
Wpwwgvuhp - reference number. I got the order delivered on 19/02/19 and placed exchange request on the same day for a larger size. The same story as my above.
The company doesn't respond to mails. All agents are busy everytime i try to contact them.
Does this company even bother to be responsible? Do you guys even get that your carelessness is costing me. You people do not even care to reply to my mails.
I want you to call me and sort the issue as i'm tired of contacting you guys through your portal.

    Hi, I have places an exchange request and my order was succesfully picked up by executive on 21st feb 2019. Till now i have not even notified for my successfull exchange and no refund or new product has been delivered.
    Tried calling customer care 1000 times but no response. 4 tickets raised but no response. You guys are really big FRAUD. I want my money back or else give me the credit slip so that i can use it.
    If this has not been taken care, i am going to file a legal complaint and will come to your office address with my IPS brother. So take action on PRIORITY basis.

      Hi!

      I had placed an order for shoes with order reference ddrdyjurr - placed on 01/29/2019. Still i have not received any communication about its delivery. Repeated complaints made on its website is not answered. Also the customer call number is not working. No one is picking up the call. Even mail to customer care is not being responded.
      I am very frustrated as i have done the online payment and they are not delivering the product.in sss website it is written that sss take 21 days to deliver order but its still not there yet. Honestly i am loosing my patience here waiting for my items to arrive.
      I want to let you know that i am very unhappy with sss customer service as there has not been any communication from your end whatsoever to let me know about any delay of the order arrival. Please help.

        Send the sandals soon!! It must have been delivered by now. I paid online ccavenue!!!

        Nobody responded.

        Waste of money and waste of time!

        Its a scam! I am going to tell all my friends not to order from this website in all stories and posts. Whoever is reading this beware of streetstylestore. They cheat you and never reply any answers. I was very excited that i am going to receive my products but all i got was cheated. Please resolve my issue. Resend me the package or strictly refund me the full amount.

        sss please don't block your followers on instagram. That is so rude of your working employees and who ever handle your instagram account . i am a loyal customer and you must try to retain us and not block customers for demanding for what they paid for. Unblock me from @streetstylestoreofficial account !

              I had ordered a hoodie from street style store which then I returned back due to the bad quality of the product. Money has been returned back by the organisation but not into the bank account through which transaction is done by me, but into the sss wallet. So, My request is to please transfer that amount into my bank account from the wallet.

                As a customer i was really worried about money(my fathers hard work earned money.)i barely shop online, amazon flipcart and few more send items within a week.

                i knew you would take 21 days. So i was not bothered. But once it became more than one month i was very scared whether its a fake sss site or i have paid to someone who pretend to be sss.

                I SENT A BIG PARAGRAPH ON YOUR INSTAGRAM WORRYING ABOUT MY ORDER.i don't know who handles official sss instagram account which is @streetstylestoreofficial with about 200k followers. THEY BLOCKED ME :'(

                THIS IS NOT WHAT A REPUTED COMPANY MUST DO!!!

                Please unblock me and i never spoke a bad word or cursed sss in that paragraph, nobody has ever blocked me before, that made my day very bad. i felt so bad! The one who handle your instagram is a GIRL i suppose and i heart-fully apologize if i have typed anything wrong! (i actually didn't) all i did was worry that my items were not delivered yet and to send it soon!!! Unblock me soon.

                    I placed an order around february 7th on this website for footwear. The amount got deducted from my bank account, i have a mail as well confirming the payment. However, this does not reflect in my cart or profile nor has the delivery happened.
                    I gave written a lot of emails and there is no response to it as well.
                    This is looting and unfair. The customer care number does not connect. They are cheating us.

                    Hey friend, they take about 3 months to deliver your product. i ordered on January and i face the same problem. i hope they view our concern and reply as soon as possible also deliver our items on time. It been 32 days since i ordered but no response from them, no mail, no confirmation.

                    Online payment.
                    Very poor customer service sss . i bet if you have the same customer service you should close your store and leave anytime soon because there will be 0% profit and no CUSTOMER RETENTION.

                      It's been more than a month and I didn't receive any response regarding my product. I had to wear shoes to a wedding but the product seems no where around. Called customer service but it's horrible, no response to mails. Horrible service and it's so pathetic that I'm never ordering from sss Again. Wish i could Sue you guys forever.

                      trust me surely they will deliver your package :)

                      i ordered from them a month ago and i got a mail & message today that package will be delivered from DELHIVERY (their mode of courier.)

                      i also raised a complaint last week in worry, if my package is delivered by today i will mark my complaint as resolved and sure will notify you.

                      my friends have ordered from them and it reached them in 42 days . They are from the northern part of India so they take more time to manufacture and send items/goods to the southern part of India. And they themselves manufacture so they need time, i'm sure you'll receive your goods soon in a week or two . Goodluck!

                        I have placed 2 orders on 28th-January-2019 and paid it online (Debit card) of amount 2098 ₹ from which 1 order is considered as Duplicate. And as per SSS policies the duplicate orders amount is not taken. So the issue is the "The amount of the duplicate order is taken and order is not been placed"

                        I have emailed the issue several times and no reply is being received.

                        So, its a humble request to place an order or refund the money

                          The order was placed and all the proceedings were done but this app iss still saying that there is no placement done and the money from the account was cut. If there is u say fraud in online payment y don't u just keep COD...this was so not professional...and the problem was told to be solved in 24 hrs and was said that call a day after as that time it was night ...but from the morning no body is picking up the phone.. amount is huge..if still u don't take any action...the further proceedings frm our side would not be good

                              I have paid for my order and i still didnt receive my order even after 1 month. I tried calling customer care number and they are not responding. i tried raising a query but they are not even bothered. i am writing emails everyday but no response. i am wasting my time everyday doing this. They are not responding to my query, customer care number, email anything and tracking is showing that my order is not registered when it is already paid. I had ordered 3 for 999 and paid 1050 through cc Avenue. I dont know what to do now. Please help. They are cheaters, traitors. Its a fake site. Please dont trust this website.

                                  I shivani pandey ordered 3 pairs of shoe on 19th dec 2018 in which 1 pair doest not fit so i requested for exchange.
                                  My shoe request for exchange order id #2628483 was pickedup on 13/01/2019 is been 1 month now, and have not received my exchanged order. Inspite of complainting on your site and asking for reply this is what i have observed
                                  1. Your service is very poor long delivery days and no acknowledgement from your side.
                                  2. The shoe quality is not up to the mark.
                                  Its the worst online shopping site i have come acrossed.
                                  3. Your customer care number is useless, every time i call i get a busy tone.

                                    I, kajal, placed the order on 22nd jan 2018 but it hasn't been delivered yet. I also raised queries 4 times but there was no reply from the website. The contact number given on the official website doesn't work either. No tracking id is provided. The order status too is still showing 'preparation in progress'. I am seriously very disappointed by the service you guys provide and the by the fact that you do not care about your customers' issues. I want a reply asap because this has tested my patience.

                                    I have placed two different orders and the issue is one order is considered as an duplicate order and the cash is been withdrawn as i have paid it through debit card.. Even after sending mails the reply is not been received. And no support is been provided. So how can I get my order back.

                                      I had placed an order for 2 shoes, received wrong size, placed a request for exchange. The wrong order had been picked up the very next day by the delivery guy, but there has been no information regarding the replaced order items being dispatched. I have been calling the customer care since last 5 days but there has been no reply to my calls. It has been a tiresome task and i would like the order to be cancelled and get my money refunded back asap.

                                        This message is with regards to the order mentioned in the subject line. The order is expected to be delivered on 16th feb but i hasn't even dispatched. I have raised queries from your site but you replied that it's in high demand so it's taking time.. After waiting so long still expecting a delay due to demand is difficult. 3 dresses shouldn't take this much time to deliver.

                                        I had ordered 3pair of shoes for 999rs on 14 of february 2019, including gst amount of rs 1049 was been deducted from my account but the order wasn't initiated and The order id through which money has been deducted is now showing as a invalid id
