I have placed an order from sss on november 13, 2018. However till date they have not even dispatched the order. I have tried to call in their given customer care number however it is not valid. I've also been trying to mail them but don't get any satisfactory reply from them. All they said was that the product that i ordered was so much in demand that it was sold out and that they will send it at the earliest. However it been nearly 2 months now and i still have not received the order and they even refuse to refund my money.

I oredered 3 products on the webite on november 5th 2018 and amde a online payment.
It has been 2 months i have not received any information about the product dispatch or delivery date.
I have tried contacting to the customer care numbers provided in the website but it is invalid.
I have tried their priority contact option also various times but all i get is a message saying that the product will be delivered as soon as possible.
Please solve my problem and get the products delivered within january 15th.
I have attached all the conversations i have had with the team & the invoice of my order for reference.

I had ordered 6 items on 2.12.2018 and paid online. According to the site policy, they should have been delivered by 3 to 21 days. But it has been more than month now. They split my order into 3 separate orders. And only 1 part of my order has been delivered, 4 tops, with some items that are not of the appropriate size i had asked for. A hoodie i ordered, part 2 of split order, has been stuck in transit with no updates in its current location since the 31st of december. Part 3 of the split order, and another item was supposedly dispatched today but i'm yet to receive any update on it. I ordered well in advance, but still haven't gotten my things. This infuriating and annoying. Also they haven't answered any of my queries the past few days on the site. This is ridiculous. If you can't deliver on time please don't boast about your orders etc. Please don't run an online store either. I need my orders by 8.01.19 urgently. Please get them delivered. Or refund my money.

Two months ago till now and payment make by net banking to the street style store
No response no reply on mail also they have given face tracking nmb on site of delhivery courior.
On calling them they denied of such parcel dispatch ever.
How come these type of fraud company going in hauz khas of delhi.
I have been old customer since yet and getting such no response make me weird.
Plz do smthing i want a proper solution or plz refund me back my 1153/- amount to my bank.

I ordered these bow rose gold flats from STREET STYLE STORE the quality of which was below low grade and was not the same as shown on the site.
When I tried exchanging it, the only option for exhange was in size wise and not for another product.
When I still did opt for an exchange the reason I mentioned was "not the same as shown " whereas on the pickup receipt the return reason was stated as " size issues" which is absolutely not true.
I highly demand an exhange for another product from the site and also there is no way to contact them.The number provided on the site is non contactable .
I hope this complaint will be looked upon as early as possible and tried to be resolved .

I have applied a sss product for exchange of size, and when it came i got the sms from sss stating i have to pay 200 rupees.
There is no charge for exchange, so 200 rupees for what?
Even i posted a complaint but i got no response.
Till now i haven't received my order. My patience is over now since it has been since a month. Do something fast or i will do some legal proceedings.

I ordered hoodies from street style store on 7.12.18 i.e about a month back and the payment was done online. It was supposed to be delivered in 21 days but has not been delivered till now. Customer care number isn't working and the mails just say that the product will take some time to be dispatched and there is no refund policy so I'm supposed to be patient.I 'll take strict action if my money isn't returned at the earliest.

My order # 2523947 which was placed on 11th november 2018 was expected to get delivered on 10th december 2018, still its being almost 2 month i didn't received my order. Everytime when i raised the query i get same answer that it will delivered shortly. I am seriously fed up of your service so now i just wana cancelled my order and want my money back. I have being waiting since very long now my patience level is no more so please i want my money back as soon as possible or else i would go to consumer forum.

I have done online payment for order number 2513603 of rs 1204 on 13th november, 2018. And it's not dispatched until today (4th january 2019).
I have tried to contact you on the website and your reply is exactly the same all the time and does not give any information about my order.
It's really funny how you keep replying but did not dispatch the order for which the payment was done but you did deliver products on cash on delivery. It's smart of taking advantage of your customers trust.
Anyways i'm done waiting for the products and not interested in them or your website.
So refund my money.

I order 3 dresses out of which one is very nice with a perfect fit and design is also the same, other two are just opposite. The design and the quality of the fabric is very bad and as they don't allow to initiate return on there site so i tried contacting there customer care, i failed. Please help me in returning these products. I know they don't offer refund in bank accounts so i'm ok with the sss coupon so that i can use it in my next order which of course i will order if i get satisfactory result with this order.

My tracking showed that the order has been return to origin rto. The problem was the phone number which i gave at the time of order was wrong by mistake and that's why i didn't get any call for the delivery. Now my order has been returned to the origin and i already paid for that. I raised queries so many times but no one is responding and the phone number which they provided is also not responding. It's been now 2 months i have been waiting for the orders. I had ordered two hoodies. The order is 2528238.

I have already raised a complaint and did not get the product yet there was no proper response from the team regarding the product delivery it's been more than a month from my order date can i cancel my order and get the cash back if the product is not delievered. There is no proper way to contact and check status of delivery produce aren't shipped even after complaining

I already placed a complaint and still the product has not been delivered. It has been more than 45 days since the order was placed. It was even a prepaid order. It was a pair of boots. The occasion for which i ordered it is kong gone. I never imagined sss was such a non-trustworthy website. I wouldn't have cared to this, extent if the order was not prepaid but i paid! Where is all my money???!! I paid 1000 rupees! It's a big deal! I want my money refunded if the product can't be delivered as soon as possible or i have to approach the consumer court for strict actions!

And also very surprising to me ..the return policy and refund policy is not available ..

I placed an order for 3 tops - (Order#: 2582478).
The color shown in the picture is grey and i ordered the top because of its colour. When i received the product, the quality is so cheap, it looks like you have just worn a satin dupatta and the color of the top you delivered that you gave is so different form the picture. It like white which has become old or spoil in mud. Please take it back and give me money.

On 12th dec 2018, i placed an order of shoes. I'm very frustrated as i have done the online payment and they are not delivering the product. I wasted my money. How they people serve there customer? Really strange... I will not recommend anyone for buying with this company. Very cheap company.

I ordered for 3 slippers and the size was big so returned them. I haven't got the product yet product has been split for shipment and only one item seems to be shipped however i did not receive that also other 2 item status is not there. Sent out lot of mails no respond pls provide a proper update and status of the items

I will not refer your site to anyone, if i would have known that you would be taking sooo much time i would have ordered from some other site, or would have taken from somewhere else...
