I had ordered 6 items on 2.12.2018 and paid online. According to the site policy, they should have been delivered by 3 to 21 days. But it has been more than month now. They split my order into 3 separate orders. And only 1 part of my order has been delivered, 4 tops, with some items that are not of the appropriate size i had asked for. A hoodie i ordered, part 2 of split order, has been stuck in transit with no updates in its current location since the 31st of december. Part 3 of the split order, and another item was supposedly dispatched today but i'm yet to receive any update on it. I ordered well in advance, but still haven't gotten my things. This infuriating and annoying. Also they haven't answered any of my queries the past few days on the site. This is ridiculous. If you can't deliver on time please don't boast about your orders etc. Please don't run an online store either. I need my orders by 8.01.19 urgently. Please get them delivered. Or refund my money.
