I ordered a pair of boots order no #2439356 in sep 2018, after hanging to my hopes to get the delivery for 3 months they told me i can't coz the pair is not in the stock anymore, and got a refund coupon not my actual money, i ordered again #2573316 on dec 2018 now it's february 1st 2019 and m getting the same excuse again n again, will i ever get it

This is regarding order no 2602334. We have placed this order like a month ago and havent received the product yet. Also i have already made payment of 1100 rupees by card while placing the order. Now i get a message saying that i have not completed the procedure of placing the order. That is so insane and ridiculous, if i were not able to place an order why was the money deducted and why did i get the message that i will receive the item???

Either please return the money back to the account immediately or send the item right away
I would never ever shop from this site again and also ask people not to do that if this kind of mistake or fraud keeps happening

My order number 2488734. It has been 3 months i didn't received my order, it is not fair thing to take someone's money in very wrong way. I have complained many times no response from your customer service and status remained priority dispatch. I request sss send my product immediately or chance to claim.
Its been more than a 3 months but i haven't received my order. Its in the priority dispatch but i don't think you people understand the meaning of priority. I have logged so many tickets, before providing the solution my tickets has been closed.
I have already payed for the order and will you ever dispatch it and deliver the order?? Please deliver the order as soon as you can and have a sense of responsibility when you take someone's money. You respond properly nor your number ever works, every time i have a problem i have to post a complain here.
Do improve your services otherwise do not claim to support your consumers.

I placed an order of a 2 for 999 shoe. I had to opt for online order via CC Avenue because I was not getting the COD option. Money has been deducted from my bank account abd I have even got a confirmation email stating that my order has been placed and my money has been accepted. But when I open my SSS account "My orders" is still showing "no orders". I even tried tracking my order using the no. In the email but it's not showing anything. I even e-mailed on the Email ID provided on the email but didn't get a reply. My order no. Is 8063702. Kindly resolve my problem ASAP.

I also raised a complaint against my order #2594916. The exchange request was generated on 9th jan but no one came to pickup the order.
This seems you do not have enough manpower and you just making the fool of customers.
Because of you i am really depressed because i spent 1100 rs on you and 1100 means a lot for me.
I am waiting till tomorrow otherwise legal action will be taken by day after tomorrow.

Hi, i ordered for 3 pairs of shoes and paid online 1992 rs, the order was supposed to get delivered within 21days but today 22nd day and it has not been delivered yet.
They are not reachable i have raised tickets, tried to call them back but nothing. No tracking id has been provided nothing has been provided for the ease o[censored]ser.
I can not track the package, i can not call them please reply asap with a solution

I have made a replacement order for my perfect match flats - shoe size : 35 because the item was faulty and returned the product while pickup.
While returning i have given 2 pairs of flats stated below
1. My perfect match flats and
2. Runaway girl flats
I received runaway girl flats today but i have not relieved the 2nd pair ". My perfect match flats". Since this one was faulty i also requested to provide different pair because the exchange option was not available for this product. Please send request to choose another pair of same range and send the order.

One month back i was ordered clothes western tops in the website street style store. It takes nearly one month to deliverd i received bad quality products they are not good enough so i returned i already paid for it the company has not been refunded, i submitted them so many times about this but they are not respond for my quireys the contact number also not working for this website so will you please help me the money which i paid for products u should get refunded to me

Order has been placed for replacement of size. It is taking too long for the delivery. And i am not able to track my order as well. It's a humble request to deliver it by 30th jan, 2019. I'm also worried that i already paid and there's no proper person to contact regarding the delivery status.

The order number is 2629186. It has been a very disappointing experience with sss. They did not deliver the same product for over 2 months and i even tried calling them multiple times, but no response at all. They don’t even revert to the queries raised on portal. I request you to please have this order expedited and have it delivered before 31st jan’18.

I raised the return request on 9th Jan 2019, and than received the mail like the order will be pickup within 5-6 working days. but its really sad to inform that till now no one from your side came to pickup the order. If you guys are not capable to provide the good services than why you are promoting yourself too much.
your's contact no is not working and raised the request on your website but till now there is no response from your side.
Please tell how the hell customer can contact you?
and how many more days you will take to pickup the order and refund my money?

Thank you for responding to my previous complaint but i'd like to know the estimated date of delivery. The status still didn't change from "payment accepted" in my account level. This month end i'm planning a trip to north india. Can i receive my order by then? I ordered these winter wear to wear them when i #need them. Please let me know. I really need them asap.

I applied for an exchange of my order no 2546748 and pick up has been done 13 days before i. E 8th jan, 2019.
4 days back i got an email saying that they will arrange a pick up for my order.
So, can you let me know till when my order will be arriving because i have already mailed sss several times and this shows your irresponsible and highly non cooperative behaviour.
