I ordered a pair of boots order no #2439356 in sep 2018, after hanging to my hopes to get the delivery for 3 months they told me i can't coz the pair is not in the stock anymore, and got a refund coupon not my actual money, i ordered again #2573316 on dec 2018 now it's february 1st 2019 and m getting the same excuse again n again, will i ever get it

    Hello,
    This is regarding order no 2602334. We have placed this order like a month ago and havent received the product yet. Also i have already made payment of 1100 rupees by card while placing the order. Now i get a message saying that i have not completed the procedure of placing the order. That is so insane and ridiculous, if i were not able to place an order why was the money deducted and why did i get the message that i will receive the item???

    Either please return the money back to the account immediately or send the item right away
    I would never ever shop from this site again and also ask people not to do that if this kind of mistake or fraud keeps happening

      My order number 2488734. It has been 3 months i didn't received my order, it is not fair thing to take someone's money in very wrong way. I have complained many times no response from your customer service and status remained priority dispatch. I request sss send my product immediately or chance to claim.
      Its been more than a 3 months but i haven't received my order. Its in the priority dispatch but i don't think you people understand the meaning of priority. I have logged so many tickets, before providing the solution my tickets has been closed.
      I have already payed for the order and will you ever dispatch it and deliver the order?? Please deliver the order as soon as you can and have a sense of responsibility when you take someone's money. You respond properly nor your number ever works, every time i have a problem i have to post a complain here.
      Do improve your services otherwise do not claim to support your consumers.
      I want my order ti be delivered as soon...

        I have ordered my product on 6 jan 2019 and it been 25 days and product have not delivered to me so plzzzzzzzzzzzz reply me and find my product where it is
        they have already taken money for the product and not yet delivered.

        i have ordered my product and not yet delivered i got a message on 4 feb 2019 that i will receive my product in next 24 hr and its been 24hr how much time u will take guys this is too much i will never buy a product again from this site delivery my product in next 24hr till tomorrow i should receive the product .

          This is my second experience with this online shopping portal and again I received poor quality product. This is really not done. Please find the attached images i want to return the products. I'm not satisfied with the products looks different from what shown in the images in your website. Totally poor quality of product i have received. please take them as soon as possible.

            I placed an order of a 2 for 999 shoe. I had to opt for online order via CC Avenue because I was not getting the COD option. Money has been deducted from my bank account abd I have even got a confirmation email stating that my order has been placed and my money has been accepted. But when I open my SSS account "My orders" is still showing "no orders". I even tried tracking my order using the no. In the email but it's not showing anything. I even e-mailed on the Email ID provided on the email but didn't get a reply. My order no. Is 8063702. Kindly resolve my problem ASAP.

              Hi,
              I also raised a complaint against my order #2594916. The exchange request was generated on 9th jan but no one came to pickup the order.
              This seems you do not have enough manpower and you just making the fool of customers.
              Because of you i am really depressed because i spent 1100 rs on you and 1100 means a lot for me.
              I am waiting till tomorrow otherwise legal action will be taken by day after tomorrow.

                  I have made a replacement order for my perfect match flats - shoe size : 35 because the item was faulty and returned the product while pickup.
                  While returning i have given 2 pairs of flats stated below
                  1. My perfect match flats and
                  2. Runaway girl flats
                  I received runaway girl flats today but i have not relieved the 2nd pair ". My perfect match flats". Since this one was faulty i also requested to provide different pair because the exchange option was not available for this product. Please send request to choose another pair of same range and send the order.

                                      I applied for an exchange of my order no 2546748 and pick up has been done 13 days before i. E 8th jan, 2019.
                                      4 days back i got an email saying that they will arrange a pick up for my order.
                                      So, can you let me know till when my order will be arriving because i have already mailed sss several times and this shows your irresponsible and highly non cooperative behaviour.

                                        I ordered a rust red leggings from your website on 6th january 2019 but it turned out to be a relly very cheap and horrible product. Here is the order number please have a look #2603367. Also, your customer care number isn't working. What should a dissatisfied customer do now? Is this the way to deal with your customers??? I need immediate help with a proper solution or else i will have to file a complaint against your site in the all india customer care helpline.

                                        We would like to inform you that as per our telephonic conversation, we arrange the pickup of the product the pick-up will take "2-3" working days once the pick up is done and we receive the products in our warehouse, we will issue you the credit voucher.
