This is my second experience with this online shopping portal and again I received poor quality product. This is really not done. Please find the attached images i want to return the products. I'm not satisfied with the products looks different from what shown in the images in your website. Totally poor quality of product i have received. please take them as soon as possible.

    Order no. 8063702
    I placed an order of a 2 for 999 shoe. I had to opt for online order via CC Avenue because I was not getting the COD option. Money has been deducted from my bank account abd I have even got a confirmation email stating that my order has been placed and my money has been accepted. But when I open my SSS account "My orders" is still showing "no orders". I even tried tracking my order using the no. In the email but it's not showing anything. I even e-mailed on the Email ID provided on the email but didn't get a reply. My order no. Is 8063702. Kindly resolve my problem ASAP.

      Hi,
      I also raised a complaint against my order #2594916. The exchange request was generated on 9th jan but no one came to pickup the order.
      This seems you do not have enough manpower and you just making the fool of customers.
      Because of you i am really depressed because i spent 1100 rs on you and 1100 means a lot for me.
      I am waiting till tomorrow otherwise legal action will be taken by day after tomorrow.

        Hi, i ordered for 3 pairs of shoes and paid online 1992 rs, the order was supposed to get delivered within 21days but today 22nd day and it has not been delivered yet.
        They are not reachable i have raised tickets, tried to call them back but nothing. No tracking id has been provided nothing has been provided for the ease o[censored]ser.
        I can not track the package, i can not call them please reply asap with a solution

          I have made a replacement order for my perfect match flats - shoe size : 35 because the item was faulty and returned the product while pickup.
          While returning i have given 2 pairs of flats stated below
          1. My perfect match flats and
          2. Runaway girl flats
          I received runaway girl flats today but i have not relieved the 2nd pair ". My perfect match flats". Since this one was faulty i also requested to provide different pair because the exchange option was not available for this product. Please send request to choose another pair of same range and send the order.

                I placed an order on 1st january 2019 it was supposed to be deliver to me on 22nd jan. But till now i haven't received any update. I placed one more order on same day it is delivered to me but there is no update regarding this order.                           I raised the return request on 9th Jan 2019, and than received the mail like the order will be pickup within 5-6 working days. but its really sad to inform that till now no one from your side came to pickup the order. If you guys are not capable to provide the good services than why you are promoting yourself too much.

                              I applied for an exchange of my order no 2546748 and pick up has been done 13 days before i. E 8th jan, 2019.
                              4 days back i got an email saying that they will arrange a pick up for my order.
                              So, can you let me know till when my order will be arriving because i have already mailed sss several times and this shows your irresponsible and highly non cooperative behaviour.

                                  I got a text message saying my order is undelivered because the person was not available at the delivery address. This is completely incorrect because i was available at all points of time. The customer care contact number is of no use as it says the number you’re trying to reach is busy. I tried contacting the delivery website however no response from their side too. (Onlinexpress.com). Please resolve as soon as possible.

                                    I had placed an order for black boots and the amount got deducted from my account but the order was not placed. I did not get any confirmation for my order and the boots still shows in the cart. I did not get the refund also.
                                    There are no customer care number and no authentic email where anyone could contact these guys.

                                      I had raised an order for 2 pair of shoes on 12th december my order number is 2558782. Firstly my order was split after more than a month #2558782 and #2614459. Order 261449 randomly i got a confirmation mail at 2:30 am that my order was delivered. But no one has received any parcel at the mentioned address.! I did not get any confirmation call before handing over my order to anyone, secondly i have raised more than 10 tickets/complaints at their site and have got an automated reply every time. My order is pre paid and has been delivered to god knows who.! Forget about the second order 2558782.

                                        For past three months this company has been fooling me with the “priority dispatch” of my order that i had exchanged for the wrong size they delivered to me. They charge 150 bucks as their delivery charges plus the actual amount of the product. Now after three months of non stop questioning i have received an email telling me that my order has been cancelled. Not a single time have they mentioned about the money refund. I am hereby attaching the screenshot!

                                        2. SINCE TILL NOW NO VOUCHER IS REFLECTED IN MY SSS ACCOUNT, I WILL NOT MARK THIS CASE AS RESOLVED!
