It has been almost 2 months since the order is placed. Atleast refund the amount if you are not able to deliver the product. Did not expect this kind of behaviour from the site. Very disappointing. I have been complaining regarding the same since a month and still no measure is taken! Very poor response.

My worst experience of online shopping has been with this stupid website. I placed an order of 3 flats for ₹999 on 01/22/2019 (order no: #2626399) and till date the order has not been shipped and no tracking information has also been given to me. The order status just shows payment accepted. These frauds won't get away with it. Now if my complaint is not resolved by this means i have to forcefully go to Consumer Court to initiate the proceedings and teach a lesson to such companies who blocks the money of consumers. This site should definitely be pulled down.

I got my 3 for 999 shoes last month and my friend got this month, mine is terrible quality written stalk (I can't even wear it) i didn't know i thought this company sucks, then my friends came and it's written sss, and good one, i ordered from same place. What is worng with this delivery. I will complain more to this company sending me worng stuff and wasting my money. I could have returned but i went home. I didn't even wear them, it is terrible quality. I will recommend everyone not to buy from there if they can't manage delivery.

This is the worst site I have ever come across. It's a fraudulent company who takes the payment in advance but never bothers to deliver the product. Moreover, the customer service is pathetic where these ### don't even bother to entertain YOUR COMPLAINt. Now all my money has been wasted. Don't ever purchase from this stupid website.

I had ordered few items from the site and paid for the same. It has been over one month and items have not been delivered nor any updates have been given. The site has not provided proper contact details. No email address provided. The phone number provided is unreachable. I had to wait over 21 days to file a query at their site for updates. They do not seem to be providing refunds. The customer service is horrible. I filed a query at their site, and received a reply via email one week later that it is being looked into. Few minutes after replying to the email, i received another one saying that they have updated their site and all queries will be accepted there, and not in the email. However no changes were observed in the site. Appears to be fraudulent.

I have paced an order of flats under the save497 and the order has been placed and my money have also been detected of 1049/- and then the site has issued that there is no order placed. Please look into this. The phone number in the site is also a fake one. The money is transacted online. The order states that one pair of shoes costing499/- each is given as 3 pairs for 1049/-. The offer lists this

My order 2602402 has not been delivered for the past 29 days despite repeated complaints at your site as well as your contact no. Which is always unavailable. This has reached the height of disregard. Your organization's despicable behavior has forced me to take this matter to consumer court.
I hope you heed this warning as it should be else you leave me no choice.

I have placed order with them 16/10/2018 of amount 1300 . They havent delivered my order, each consumer complaints is replied by robotic response. I have been trying to ask to them to refund my amount in bank if they are unable to deliver my order, they havent responded to that.

we have paid for order already and now my money is stuck with them for more than 3 months. This is not the lone case against this website, please look into the validity of this website and initiate the refunds or the product.

I have had already raised complaint about my order number 2606870 and you guys never called me or tried contacting me it's not shipped yet. Are you try to make fool out of people. I have paid 2000 rs i want my money back or deliver my shoes. Stop making false claims that my order has been shipped i have not got any mail or neither it's showing me on the website. They are not like the ones shown in the pictures it's totally different and even not worth it. I am very angry and unsatisfied with the product. I need something done, right now. Now i am get a message from last one month your order is being preparation but till not prepared. Literly sss is so fraud shopping site, i never suggest my friends. I have made a payment of 1000 and whenever i check they show delivery date of feb 2 but no tracking id or tracking number or any tracking details showing packed, or dispatched, moreover i tried contacting customer care, their number is never reachable, no feedback on my mail, same auto generated information, please help me to get my money back.

I ordered a pair of boots order no #2439356 in sep 2018, after hanging to my hopes to get the delivery for 3 months they told me i can't coz the pair is not in the stock anymore, and got a refund coupon not my actual money, i ordered again #2573316 on dec 2018 now it's february 1st 2019 and m getting the same excuse again n again, will i ever get it

This is regarding order no 2602334. We have placed this order like a month ago and havent received the product yet. Also i have already made payment of 1100 rupees by card while placing the order. Now i get a message saying that i have not completed the procedure of placing the order. That is so insane and ridiculous, if i were not able to place an order why was the money deducted and why did i get the message that i will receive the item???

Either please return the money back to the account immediately or send the item right away
I would never ever shop from this site again and also ask people not to do that if this kind of mistake or fraud keeps happening

My order number 2488734. It has been 3 months i didn't received my order, it is not fair thing to take someone's money in very wrong way. I have complained many times no response from your customer service and status remained priority dispatch. I request sss send my product immediately or chance to claim.
Its been more than a 3 months but i haven't received my order. Its in the priority dispatch but i don't think you people understand the meaning of priority. I have logged so many tickets, before providing the solution my tickets has been closed.
I have already payed for the order and will you ever dispatch it and deliver the order?? Please deliver the order as soon as you can and have a sense of responsibility when you take someone's money. You respond properly nor your number ever works, every time i have a problem i have to post a complain here.
Do improve your services otherwise do not claim to support your consumers.
