Either refund my money immediately or deliver my order...

Kindly check if the shoes are available to ship then why my order is been delayed and not dispatch date.

It has been almost 2 months since the order is placed. Atleast refund the amount if you are not able to deliver the product. Did not expect this kind of behaviour from the site. Very disappointing. My worst experience of online shopping has been with this stupid website. I placed an order of 3 flats for ₹999 on 01/22/2019 (order no: #2626399) and till date the order has not been shipped and no tracking information has also been given to me. The order status just shows payment accepted. These frauds won't get away with it. Now if my complaint is not resolved by this means i have to forcefully go to Consumer Court to initiate the proceedings and teach a lesson to such companies who blocks the money of consumers. This site should definitely be pulled down.

I got my 3 for 999 shoes last month and my friend got this month, mine is terrible quality written stalk (I can't even wear it) i didn't know i thought this company sucks, then my friends came and it's written sss, and good one, i ordered from same place. What is worng with this delivery. I will complain more to this company sending me worng stuff and wasting my money. I could have returned but i went home. I didn't even wear them, it is terrible quality. I will recommend everyone not to buy from there if they can't manage delivery.

I had ordered few items from the site and paid for the same. It has been over one month and items have not been delivered nor any updates have been given. The site has not provided proper contact details. No email address provided. The phone number provided is unreachable. I had to wait over 21 days to file a query at their site for updates. They do not seem to be providing refunds. The customer service is horrible. I filed a query at their site, and received a reply via email one week later that it is being looked into. Few minutes after replying to the email, i received another one saying that they have updated their site and all queries will be accepted there, and not in the email. However no changes were observed in the site. Appears to be fraudulent.

My order 2602402 has not been delivered for the past 29 days despite repeated complaints at your site as well as your contact no. Which is always unavailable. This has reached the height of disregard. Your organization's despicable behavior has forced me to take this matter to consumer court.
I hope you heed this warning as it should be else you leave me no choice.

I have placed order with them 16/10/2018 of amount 1300 . They havent delivered my order, each consumer complaints is replied by robotic response. I have been trying to ask to them to refund my amount in bank if they are unable to deliver my order, they havent responded to that.
