I had placed two order-2516659 & 2515223, 2 months before, and got a call that these products are not available, and you guys cancel my order. And till now i haven't received my money refund. Its all most 2 months i have my wedding this 15th jan, kindly give my money, else i had to raise complaint to consumer court.

I want to return the brown heel sandles as the heel is too high and i'm unable to wear it. I can purchase some other product instead of this heel.

I've tried to raise two complaints with no response from the sss team. Also there are no contact phone numbers on the site.

So here goes to nothing again. I placed an order on 26th november, it has been more than a month (Estimated delivery) but my order had "not even been shipped" yet. I have made several complaints by mailng the store but all i received was automated reply that my problem would soon be looked into. I ordered 4 things 2 t-shirt and 2 pair of heels as a gift for my sister. They sent me a mail stating they had split my order for "speedy delivery" i received the t - shirts within the 10-12 days. I thought something was off so i made a complaint at consumer complaint that's when they finally responded. I received a call almost immediately and the man on the phone assured me that and since it is was not 21 days since the order had been placed i was asked to mark the problem as resolved. But it is now more 35 days and i still haven't received my package. If priority dispatch takes more than the stated time then you can imagine how long the standard delivery would take. I have seen a lot of "scam videos" based in this store so i did not pay by card. My problem here is the fact that they do so much publicity which attracts a bunch of customers who spend so much money just to get disappointed. I have shopped from many sites both international and the ones based in india this was by far the worst shopping experience. I am very disappointed in your site and customer service. 12/10 would not recommend it to anyone if i don't receive my package soon enough. You have a great collection of clothes but if you keep treating your customers like this soon there will be none. Please look into this matter fix this as soon as possible.

I placed an order on[protected] for 2 sweatshirts worth rs 999 and have already paid the amount online which was rs 1049 including the gst and whatever tax.
And today's date is 31/12/18 which means more than a month has passed and my product is not even dispached. No tracking no. Or id is available. They don't even provide a correct no of customer care contact no the website.

I request you to resolve this problem of mine as soon as possible. I have started to think that they might be cheeting on me.

I have ordered a pair of boots in october and now its januaury, its been more than 4 months and i didnt get my order yet. I have made complaint 6-7 times before also through mails and messages but no proper response was taken. I tried customer care calling number twice or thrice but again no response. Is this type of service you are providing to your customer. Such a bad experience, this was not expected. Want my money refund anyhow or else i am going to take some action regarding this. Resolve this as soon as poosible.

I had placed an order of 2 pair of sheos on 23.11.2018. Its been more than a month, the status of order still shows "payment accepted". But the product has not been shipped.

I have posted many queries on site regarding order status, but noboday responds. I am calling on the customer care number given on site on weekdays between 10am to 6pm, but it simply rings once and then cuts.

This is unsatisfactory customer service. I am afraid this is a fraud case.

If my product is not delivered or refunded the money back, i 'll have to take strict action against your company.

I ordered my shoes 11/11/2018 and today is 28/12/18 I mean who takes it’s been almost 2 months
And that’s not it they even not answering my calls nor they replying my messages emails when I email them to cancel it and return money as they are delaying so much they send a typed message like will mark urgent, damn I need it I’ll be out of town than ? Whom will you deliver ??

#2508798 is my order id as my order has been cancelled by company it self without letting me know about it so my question is when will my money be refunded please let me know as soon as possible and even this company did not notified me about my cancellation of order i had payed online and i waited for 1 month 17 days and at last it is cancelled even your customer service are not good and the number which you all have provided dose not work and even i had complained about mu product several times please resolve my problem as soon as possible now i cant wait for it

My order id is 2582294. I ordered 2 shoes of rs.1049 on 24th dec.2018 and paid the full amount.
I did not receive any message regarding the delivery of my order. It is already 4th day. When i re-visit the site, i found customer care no. Not working. And then searched in google and found this is the problem of all the buyers.
If they can't handle the on-line order then why doing this?
I ordered on 24th dec.2018 and not able to complaint on their website as they showing delivery date 14th jan.2019. What the hell is this? Are they making the shoe as per my special requirement or my order is coming from usa that's why they are taking so much of time.
At least at the time of placing the order, they should give the delivery time schedule.

I will not refer your site to anyone, if i would have known that you would be taking sooo much time i would have ordered from some other site, or would have taken from somewhere else.

I ordered three shoess for rs 1149 cod
I got the order a month later and paid 1149 for 3 shoes in which one shoe size was perfect and other two sizes were small
I replaced the both the products the next day and yesterday the delivery boy comes with the order and asking for money.
Like what the hell? I have already paid the for the order and replaced it 2 months back and now you’re delivering the order and saying the order is not paid? Am i a fool to order from your site?
Please get into this problem and find the solution

Really bad!!!

Shoe which i received is exactly opposite as shown in picture. Shoe sole is in orange color and shoe in pink color. Shoe quality is too bad. No one can will to wear such shoe. I don't need such bad and poor quality product. How can you people send a product which is seemed to be a dirty one. I will in consumer court if you don't return my money for sending such bad product.

Big disappointment. I want to initiate second exchange and they've said to select replacement option but there's no replacement option. Official email i'd doesn't take any queries. Can't contact customer care executive. Big disappointment!!

I had placed an order on 25/11/18 and paid for it online.. They had given a deadline of 21 days but now it has been over a month and all i got was delay and as there is no working contact number, they take the customers for granted.. I have had enough patience with them but now I want to cancel the order and get a refund ASAP!!! They are a hoax site. Have made the biggest mistake shopping with them!

I haven't received my product it has been 1 month i also paid money for the product through online itself let me confirm whether i will get product or not. and what the hell shopping it is? even i am not able to find customer contact number or tracking id also.

Sss did not reply, either way, they are so pathetic that i am constantly raising the issue of my late delivery since i am travelling out of the town and there will be no one to receive my parcel. Its been 27 days and still my order is not here. They are not answering any calls mails or queries they just ignore the issue of there customers. They are just saying thank you for the paitience but why would i cooperate with them its been 27 days and still no update they are giving how many days it will take to deliver the product or anything like this there is no scope of tracking the product which is sick as a consumer i'm feeling cheated they have worst customer support. And i want my product to get delivered in 1-2 days at any cost. I am losing my paitience now they are betraying there customers.
