Hello. I had ordered 3flats at 999 on 6th of december.. The delivery date of which was mentioned by 26th december. I have not received any order yet. I am continuously trying to get in touch through your website which is not working at all. The given phone number is also not valid. I had already paid for my order. Sending you a screenshot. When i am tracking my order it says already delivered on 1st of august which is not possible. Please let me know how do i get to know about my order.

I have waited for your deliver of 2 months which the order was placed on 14th of november 2018.. And was pre-paid. Since then nobody care whether the product is in process or not. I tried to be really patient enough and waiting for your delivery but of no use!

Since you are not ready to dispatch or deliver my product order please refund my money amount of rs. 1258/- as soon as possible.

And please do not repeat this kind of false order and fraud online business. If you need money earn. Not by cheating.

My order no 2544510 which i have ordered on 30th november still not delivered to me its been 26 days. And there policy is deliveribg product in 3-21 days. They are not replying to queries nt even picking up phones no emails regarding updation of order nothing. I live in delhi and there store is in delhi only so why you guys taking almost a month to deliver it in same location. I want my order asap i cant wait more or give me compensation for waiting that long

Updated by [email protected] My query is not resolved yet, I got a fraud call from SSS from this no [protected] and they were asking me my card details including CVV and everything, which should never be asked. I want to report this number, Kindly take strict action against these kind of calls.
This is ridiculous, SSS is fooling Customers openly.
I didn't get any genuine update for my order. Just give me the exact Date for the delivery of my order.

I've been waiting for almost 24 days for my products to be delivered.After the expected delivery date I was asked to complete my order once again and wait for more 20 days. I've cancelled the previous orders and ordered new products. This time I want my products to be delivered within a week as Iam leaving for dubai.

even though i m not getting my all money back my order amount is total rs.1204 and i m getting only rs.1099 in my account so please credit all my money in my account because i m not receiving any order so why you deduct delivery charge and GST charge????
please credit rs.105 to my account which you are deducted in the form of delivery charge and GST charge as soon as possible otherwise i again complain...

I have paid the amount through paytm using my debit card but the delivery boy is telling like it is cash on delivery, there is no contact number also to contact these cheaters no proper response from them it's not a small money though to leave it or pay twice no email i'd also no response through queries also dnt know what kind of company is being run bloody money eaters

I have already raise a complaint here after which received a call (Misscall) and mail which was from navdeep and after my revert he never come back to me.
The problem is we as a consumer can only either call or sent an email but the website owner is sitting tension free and people who are working under him are not even bother to reply on mail.
Order status is same not delivered.
No one from sss have any concerns about end user as i suggested earlier also think about shutting your website as you don’t care about your customer any more
Extremely dissatisfied services will share all such things on insta facebook everywhere
And also will make sure that most of my family members and friends will not even view your website.

Want to share some recent experience
I received a call from some call centre saying we are calling from consumercomplaint and we would like to return your amount in bank.
After saying this he asked me to provide debit card details, I said I have made the payment from net banking so why should I provide you debit card details he said we want to cross check are you the authorised person or not ?
Then my question for him was if I never save my debit card details on consumercomplaints or sss then from where he will check. He was quite and forcing me to provide the details .
Later I deny him completely.
He asked if I use google pay or paytm.
I said yes he said to share the number.once I did he asked me the password .Again this was surprising for me as I know to transfer any amount in paytm will not required password of receiver.
I asked in very polite way from where he is calling he confirmed from consumercomplaints.com . I said be on line and I will share password with you.
I put him on hold and dialed police helpline number and he disconnect the call.
I tried calling him again but he keeps on disconnecting my call
My question for consumercomplaints.com is if it is you than you should feel shame on yourself and stop sucking people and if it’s not you then suggesting you to take an action on people who are taking advantage on your name.
Helping you by providing the number which I received .

I had ordered 2 Hoodies and made a payment of 1049/- on 3rd December, 2018. I don't know where my order is since then. They don't have a legit phone number, they don't have a tracking ID and now I'm clueless as to how to retrieve the product or the money.

This is regarding my subject lined order.
I am unable to track my order, no progress status i can find in my sss account.
I just can find that the expected delivery date is 28/12/2018. But that's not enough to understand the progress of my order and if it is running on schedule as per the expected delivery date.
Even i tried calling but i am not even getting the appropriate number to reach the customer care. The number provided in the sss website does not seem to be valid or working.

Please do help me regarding the same and also provide the number to reach out to customer care as in case of any future requirement i can reach immediately.
