There are three orders I have placed ordered on 26 November. The total amount is Rs. 3, 247. Rs1, 049 is made from card. The order delivery date was 17 December. The order is not being delivered till now. And their email support says the same automated response everytime. They have all rigged contact numbers. The worst situation for a customer is not to even know where the order is. It either shows “priority dispatch” or “preparation process” and “payment accepted” since the date of delivering. Please help.

I paid for the order. Sum of rs. 1049 was deducted from my account but the order was not placed. I have even mailed them but they havent replied and no proper contact details are given on the site. Very dissapointing on the part of the owners. I ordered a pair of hoodies which are still showing in my cart but the money has been deducted. Please resolve the issue

I had ordered boots on 17th nov 2018 and paid rs524 for it. I was suppose to receive the order by 8th december but i haven't received it yet. They don't have any contact number and even after raising several complaints i am getting an automated mail. Either deliver my product this week or refund my money. Extremely pathetic service, would never recommend this site to anyone.

My order was supposed to be delivered on 14th december but today is 18th and the website says that the order hasn't been dispatched yet. I have got no confirmation regarding my order.
I have already paid a good amount of money for it. If they can't get me the products delivered, they must refund my money at once.
The website has failed to respond to my requests. I have repeatedly emailed them regarding my order but my problem hasn't been relieved yet.

I don't understand what these guys think of themselves.. I have been waiting for the order since nov7... Only part of order is delivered... I wanted it atelast for the occasion on december 25 it seems like they will never deliver... Last week someone called me and asked to wait for 1 week 1 week also passed.. I'm really getting pissed off with these guys.. They don't even have direct line to contact to talk on phone... I want someone to get back to me i'm mediately. I want my order.. Though it is out on priority dispatch it seems like they don't care this order.. I want order in this week or i want refund...

I purchased a product from street style store.. After 1 month i recieved then i got very bad wuality products... Seems like its cost only 50 rs. Why u r doingthis to fool your customers... I want refund in any case... This is the second time i am fed with with your site.. Really worst experience ever.. I want refund... Please do it in priority.

My order # 2523947 i placed order on 11 november it's being a month i still didn't received my order yet. It's was expected to get delivered before 10 december still no update regarding it and last week the customer cared called and assured to get delivered within week still it's more than week still no deliverey found. Please help me with it and deliver my order as soon as possible.

I had ordered a pair of boots and two hoodies on 17th of november 2018 an. D it has been one month since the order was placed but the products have not been delivered yet, i paid almost about rs. 2000, so i'm at a heavy loss. I hope the products are delivered soon or atleast the money is refunded, or else strict actions have to be taken.

Its been more than 21 days since i had ordered this boots. I m leaving for rajasthan on dec 24th, and have ordered shoes for same purpose well before time. Trusting u people. But u have been totally unreliable. I have already paid for the order and i have no idea where it is. U dont understand meaning of priority dispatch. Please deliver it before 24th already!

I just ordered a product on saturday from sss and made the transaction through paytm and the money is deducted from the paytm account but sss is showing no confirmation and that product is still in the cart and my order history is showing no transaction.

I placed an order on 25 november 2018. And i have no update about my order. Is this a joke going on. This is an extremely pathetic service. I want my products asap. I would have ordered it from somewhere else if this was the case. I have emailed you guys twice nd there was no response. Is this actually a real company? No numbers are reachable. I ordered it for some occasions and paid everything online. And now i have no update. I want my packages by tomorrow or i am going to a consumer court or posting this on social media where i have a huge number of followers.

So here goes to nothing again. I placed an order on 26th november, it has been more than 21 days (Estimated delivery) but my order had not even been shipped yet. I have made several complaints by mailng the store but all i received was automated reply that my problem would soon be looked into. I ordered 4 things 2 t-shirt and 2 pair of heels as a gift for my sister. They sent me a mail stating they had split my order for "speedy delivery" i received the t - shirts within the 10-12 days. I thought something was off so i made a complaint at consumer complaint that's when they finally responded. I received a call almost immediately and the man on the phone assured me that my package was put on "priority dispatch" and since it is was not 21 days since the order had been placed i was asked to mark the problem as resolved. But it is now more than 21days and i still haven't received my package. If priority dispatch takes more than the stated time then you can imagine how long the standard delivery would take. I have seen a lot of "scam videos" based in this store so i did not pay by card. My problem here is the fact that they do so much publicity which attracts a bunch of customers who spend so much money just to get disappointed. I have shopped from many sites both international and the ones based in india this was by far the worst shopping experience. I am very disappointed in your site and customer service. 12/10 would not recommend it to anyone if i don't receive my package soon enough. You have a great collection of clothes but if you keep treating your customers like this soon there will be none. Please look into this matter fix this as soon as possible. I have also emailed their customer care. And tried calling several times but dint get any response. If the product is not shipped within a week ill walk up to the consumer court and lodge a complaint.

Also please ship the product as soon as possible

I prepaid for an order (Order reference xuaalafrn), (Order id 2481891) on oct 22nd. Today is 15th dec. I didn't receive my order nor did i receive any refund. On 4th dec i received an email that said that my order is cancelled and click on the link to claim refund. I clicked on the link it is redirecting me to the default homepage of the website but the option to claim refund is not there. I paid using paytm through cc avenue payment method. I raised multiple tickets, to which i received automated replies. There is no way to contact them. They are cheating a lot of customers this way. Please take suitable action against them. Attaching here with is my invoice, their automated replies and screenshot of the page that i am being redirected to upon clicking the refund link.

I have order on 25th of november and the delivery period has been expired and still i haven't received any information regarding even dispatch of my order.
I have even written mail to the customer support but got no response and they have no contact number, the number mentioned on the website doesn't even exist.
I am so frustrated and just want my order to be delivered soon otherwise the consequences will not be good.
Never had such a bad experience in online shopping, and will never gonna recommend this store this to anyone.

I returned an order with no.2539982 on[protected] and i was told the telephonic conversation that my money with be given back to me in 2 to 3 days in the form of a credit slip voucher, but neither the money is returned the nor its showing i have returned the item. I am highly dissatisfied after writing queries on your sight so many times, there was no action been taken

I don't know how to start.. I'm really getting so pissed off with the delivery of my order... Only part of order is delivered... There is no direct number to contact them... Someone contacted me on monday and asked to wait making it prority dispatch still no items... It's been more than 40 days.. I'm so pissed off and don't know how will i take an action on you.. Just deliver the items soon or else you will have to face consequences...

I placed the order on 13th nov and today it's 14th dec which means a month went by and till now i haven't received my order yet... I have already paid a hefty amount of 1050 rs. I am sorry to say but you guys are a real cheat... I never thought of street style being so disappointing... I would never ever again order from this website but this time i just either want my order to be delivered asap or get back my money anyhow or else i would be left out with no option but going to the police for help...
