It's been more than a month since i've placed my order on streetstylestore. I've already written 3 emails and there have been no reverts. I have already made the payment while placing the order with the trust and faith that i'll not be cheated or let down, which i pretty much have been. The site claims to be customer oriented and this is the state. The order status shows priority dispatch but i doubt you guys know what thay means. This is so so disappointing. I've always suggested all my friends to browse through this site as it has a good collection but now i'm gonna have to go back to them and warn them against this site. I don't even know if i'll ever receive my order, i guess you guys have just thugged me? So disappointing. My order no. Is 251234 i'm still hoping my problem to get redressed.

Firstly, i can't find the resolve button.
Secondly, there is no update yet.

Only cold called and stating resolved won't help unless there is processing in dispatched.

I would like to request please follow up and check again what the status is. Since i need it urgent.
As you said i am expecting to received my order in one week or at least dispatched mail.

They don't even have contact number to contact... I paid online and now i'm hoping they are just fraud... Never ever will rely this site and place an order.. If some one doesn't respond to me i'mmediately i'll tell strict action.. Deliver the product immediately right now it shiws priority dispatch.. I[censored] want to make money like this we will surely take a strict action against u.. Making fool to your customer is not a good thing to run your business..

My order no is 2518935 ordered on 11 Nov 2018, order status is still payment accepted and there is no response from customer care after so many raised tickets. Also there the customer care number displayed on the site is wrong. It has been one month.

It is very frustrating when your order takes so long to get delivered. They have mentioned that it takes 3-21 days to dispatch, but its been one month already. Submitted tickets so many times but got no replies. The contact number available on the site is useless. I feel so helpless now. Either deliver my order right away or return me back my money.

I placed an order on 18 november 2018 and that was done via online payment and its been 1 month but till now i have not received any information regarding my order not even tracking details.

Tried to contact your support team, raised queries too nobody responded.

If you don't have products in stock then reply back your customers rather than making them wait for couple of months.

If someone order pair of winter shoes then do you guys will deliver them in summers???

Does it really make sense?

I am literally fed up with your poor service, would request you cancel my order and generate refund for the same. I have paid 1099 for this useless order. Please generate refund asap

On 15th of november 2018, i had placed order for rs 2937, in total for 2 orders, from the website street style store in hauz khas in new delhi, as sited in the website. I was promised delivery within 21 days but as of 12th december, i did not receive any delivery. To note that i had made the payment online. Also, i did not receive any tracking number.

This concern was repeatedly raised from my end but each complaint went unheard. I do get automated emails but that doesn't help.
I request an immediate attention to my issue.

Updated by Krupashah1501 My order # 2523947 which was placed on 11th November 2018 was expected to get delivered on 10th December 2018, still its being almost 2 month I didn't received my order . everytime when I raised the query I get same answer that it will delivered shortly . I am seriously fed up of your service so now I just wana cancelled my order and want my money back . I have being waiting since very long now my patience level is no more so please I want my money back as soon as possible or else I would go to consumer forum .

I had ordered these boots shoes and hoodies s three months ago and since then the status of the product has been "preparation in progress".
My question is that when is this status going to change???
No emails or text of any late delivery has been received. I have been sending repeated email, but it did not help.
This kind of poor service was never expected of sss
I am utterly disappointed with this kind of service.
Am i supposed to wear those boots hoodies and shoes in summer???
Kindly resolve the matter as soon as possible.
From next time i will neither order from sss nor reccomend it to anyone

I placed an order 25th december but received only one part of the order since they split the order. My order has not even been dispatched yet it has been exactly 16 days since i placed it i have made several complaints before but i haven't received any response and the customer care number does not receive the call at all. It was supposed to l be a birthday gift but now its already 5 days later. I am very disappointed in your site and customer service. This was by far the worst shopping experience. 12/10 won't recommend it to anyone if i don't receive my package soon enough. You have a great collection of clothes but if you keep treating your customers like this soon there will be none. Please look into this matter fix this as soon as possible.

I received a call from the store and a man informed me that my products will be our on priority dispatch or something . I am hoping I receive my products soon . My order was placed on 11/26/2018. It's been 16 days which is a lot if you ask me since it is based in India itself. Most international brands "shein" "romwe" have started delivering the products within a week.

I have been waiting for 22 days for my product. I had ordered on nov 13 th 2018. My money has been deducted from my account. There’s no email confirmation about shipping the product. Customer care number on website is unavailable. Customer care email also didn’t reply to my query email.
