Dear sir i am very disappointed with sss delhi their servicesis very bed, few days ago i pay them in advance and already 1 month completed of my order still i don't get my order so kindly give my money back or give my order there is no facility to cancel my order and get refund. neither a any contact number. there is not single contact number to talk.

I have received a pair of flats which doesn't fits me and when i tried to place exchange for it i was unable to do so. Please either exchange it or return it as it is of my no use. It's totally a waste for me. Please initiate the return asap as it's already been more than a month. I have raised a ticket on your site as well but no reply as usual. This is not the first time, i have faced this problem many a times and always no resolution from your side. Please improve your support services.

Ordered on 11/11/2018 still not delivered theres no response for the raised queries and no response for the mails sent.. Fake people!! Why are you people like this? You cheat people and get money this is so bad... Either deliver my product or atleast respond to my nails and queries by informing me the date of delivery.. Will it take 1 month for delivery not at all!! So bad!! Worst experience!!

Few days back i received my order with two shoes, out of which one is defective. The holes which are meant for laces in the shoes are torned due to which it is of no use for me. I have raised a ticket on there site but no response from their site as usual. And the next pair of shoes is one size large what it is supposed to be. So, i want to return both and in return want a refund for the same in my bank account. No vouchers as i don't believe in prepaid orders from this site. Please get me back asap.

I’ve placed an order on the 12th of nov ‘18, however there is no tracking info on the same even after trying to view the order status. The payment has already been done and accepted by you'll, however i still haven’t received any type o[censored]pdate besides the order confirmation. Its passed 21 days and the product has not yet been received.

Kindly deliver the product on priority basis or refund my payment.

I have ordered two t-shirt and one dress with order id-2509107 it was supposed to be deliver by 2nd dec and another order of 3 gladiators of order no-2509020 which was also supposed to be deliver by 2nd dec and both the items we placed on 11 nov. Even the tracking status cn't be checked. Why is it so? Please kindly reply me and try to deliver within this week

I have ordered a hoodie and a sweatshirt on 11th november and the expected delivery date was 3rd december... It's almost 21 days since i have ordered bt it hasn't delivered yet!
And why don't you get connected online with the costumers so that we can actually know where our products are!?
Atleast update your working phone number so that we can atleast call you as the order has not yet delivered...

I placed an order for two products on 12th october - order number -2466419. The estimated delivery date as per the websites shown was 2nd of november.
I did not receive the products on the given date and since then the delivery dates have been postponed numerous times.
Then i received a message in the third week of november that my order has been split into two and both the products will be dispatched separately (Order number 2466419 and order number 2531558).
I received one of my products (Order number 2531558) on 26th november. However the size of the product ordered was not matching the regular shoe size (Had ordered 37 number but it was way smaller than my other shoes of the same size) have sent a replacement request for that.
But there is no update on the other product (Order number 2466419). Have submitted so many queries and raised numerous tickets for my order but all in vein. No exact updates available anywhere.
Initially the number mentioned on the internet was working and i could get an estimated delivery date updates on that but now even that number is not working.
Please help me get my products or my money. The total value of both the orders is rs 1573.

It’s been more than 2 months, my cod paid order which is now a replacement order as well has not been delivered yet.
I tried all the ways to contact you guys and i even got the mail from you a week ago that y’ll deliver it in 3-4 working days. Its been a week now and almost more than two months from the day i’ve ordered my product.

I ordered a pair of shoes about 2 months back and haven't received it yet. Nor have i received any information regarding it. This is very inconvenient as i've already paid for the product. If you can't deliver it then i expect a refund. I tried calling your customer care number but it's not valid nor is there any other way to get in touch with you. Please look into the matter or i'll have to take strict action.

2489030 this is my order number and its been 2 months i have ordered.. Payment is done through paytm.. Till now i dint get my order... Fraud company... Don’t try to cheat people... You will be in loss end of the day... If your not able to send product.. Try to refund the amount.. This is not the way to do business.. If your doing something try to do genuinely

I have ordered products since long. I have made the online payment, raised queries. There is not a single response from your side. It's highly frustrating and unacceptable. No acknowledgement of any sort, no info on shipment. Your contacts no. Are incorrect.
The money has been taken, but there has been no message or email regarding the order it's been more than 25 days.

My order no. 2506991 was approved on 9th nov'18. The expected delivery date was 30th nov. The mode of payment was cod. The product hasn't even been dispatched yet, it seems that the order has been ignored by the company. A pair of shoes from the product i have recieved is bad. I am willing to return it, not exchnage. The site isn't getting in touch with me. Why should i keep a damaged product, when i have paid the full amount!! It doesn't even match the picture posted..!! I should have the right to return something if i have paid for it and didn't even like it. I do not want to mess around with the site's policy so i just want to return it.

I have order 3 footwear which was title big from my size so i exchanged that but it's being a month i didn't recieved my exchanged one yet! And day before yesterday i got an email for the order of that only product which i have ordered before but i didn't make that order! And on that it was written cod what about my money which i have already paid for my product which i have yet not recieved? It's being a month and i have paid my order by cod it self last time and they came and take my products for exchanging but where is my thing which i have to recieve and either i got that e-mail what was that i want my products back which i have already ordered and of which i have already paid

I had ordered a pair of boots on 13.10.2018 and got the product delivered within 10 days but the size was smaller from the size i had ordered. I quickly applied for exchange and it has been now more than a month that my product has not been delivered. They have put their customer care number on busy and always mail me asking to wait. Soon this case would complete 2 months. And i don't understand what company takes so long to even manufacture and deliver a product.

I have returned the product for size exchange, the item is picked but they are saying we have placed an order due to technical glitch sorry we don't have any pickup request. They are not refunding the amount also. So worst customer support, never faced this kind of issues with other online website.
Please don't buy any of the products from this site late delivery, they wont respond to customers problem.

I am trying to contact on the given number regarding the return of the items i purchased but no one is receiving. Neither these people are replying on their website support section. I want to know how to return the items but there is no such policy on your website. If my products are not returned and my account is not refunded i'll raise a complaint on high level. How fake is your site.

I made an order on 2nd november 2018, it was supposed to be delivered on 23rd november 2018. First you split order into 2 orders staying that this is for your convenience.in that also one order is showing that order is already delivered on 8th july 2018 and for the other order, it can't find status.
