I have been repeatedly sending them emails calling them trying to send queries on their system but no they want respond and i have already paid so what can i do please help me out sss! Very bad. They do not deliver the product on time. Still waiting for the products, not even deserves 1 star. Such a bad site. The contact numbers provided, no one picks up the call. Nobody replies on the emails. They have made so called forum for customer queries and nobody replies on those as well. Please delivered the order asap.

This is for order no.2440526 which is not delivered yet and i have made the payment already. I mail many times on the official but no action were taken. A few days back i got a call that you'll deliver it the next day but nothing happened and it's almost 3 week passed by after that call but my order is not delivered. I even try to make a back call but no one pick up and even tried the number mentioned on your site but that also doesn't work. This is seriously very disappointing, makes me feel i am robbed by you guys, you have taken my money and not delivered after the exchange process and no response and responsibilities are taken. Really very bad experience of shopping with you guys for the first time it's almost being more than 5 months. Really not trustworthy at all.

# FOOTWEAR PARCEL NOT DELIVERED-

My order #2440526 is not delivered yet it's being more than 5 months i made a order and got the parcel but because of some size issues and made a exchange process on the same day and the parcel was picked on the next day but now it's being more than 5 months it's not delivered and i had made the payment on that day. I mailed 7 time but no response was there and tried to call even but no 1 answer. A few days back i got a call that they 'll deliver it but after that call even 3 week passed by and my order is not delivered and i made a back call but no 1 picked up. Is this how you all serve help and are responsible to your customer without any response and responsibilities. I feel like i am robbed by you guys, really very disappointed with my first experience of shopping with you guys.

I ordered three shoess for rs 1149 cod
I got the order a month later and paid 1149 for 3 shoes in which one shoe size was perfect and other two sizes were small
I replaced the both the products the next day and yesterday the delivery boy comes with the order and asking for money.
Like what the hell? I have already paid the for the order and replaced it 2 months back and now you’re delivering the order and saying the order is not paid? Am i a fool to order from your site?
Please get into this problem and find the solution
Either get my money back or get my order complete without payment cause it’s already paid

Is this your servives at street style store? 2438120 is my order id, i recd my parcel but due to size issues i requested for exchange the same very day and its been more than a month and i have not recd my order and it shows replacement order made!!!

While i was raising a query, new order got made without coupon and a delivery boy came to deliver and asked for 1500 something, when i told him that i have not ordered, he took back the parcel! Now that order id shows delivered

Is this how you fool people?
Extremely dissatisfied

I feel i have wasted and blocked my 1200 inr

My product is not delevered but when im tracking the product through website its shows the product is received by client and i hv not even received any calls nor confirmantion from company and the payment is already done please take action asap or i will be taking it

I ordered 2 pairs of boots and it said theres no cash on delivery option for this order so in paid through debit card to ccavenue and i got message saying the money was deducted. And then i opened my account to view my order and it says payment error. So i dont get the problem? If the payment is unsuccessful and i got a deduction message where did the money go? And u guys are not answering the question i asked u instead giving the same lame dialogue of payment error again n again.

Placed 4 orders on 19/10/18 out of which 1 is delivered rest 3 arent... Their delivery periods js 3-21 days but its almost month and shoes arent delivered yet. Neither are they reverting to queries or replying to instagram direct messeges. They do not even have a contavt number. So basically there is no bas for customers to hhabe a contact wjth the company. I have waiting and relying on the products since really long.

I have received an email confirming about the shipment of order. But when i saw the details of my product, i found my shoe size to be faulty. Without the product being delivered, i requested for exchange thinking that they will be making a proper shoe shize i requested and deliver me. But they have sent delivery people to pick the product from which i havent received yet. I tried calling them for about 30 times but they never took the calls.

It has been more than a month since i placed my order and i still haven't received my order. They haven't even given a tracking number. Only the courier carrier is given to be delhivery. When i contacted the customer care number, the message said that my order has been put on priority list and will arrive by 15 november. I called them today (15th) and now they tell me it'll come by 20th.

The order was supposed to be delieved on 13th nov... They didnt even provide any tracking details.. So i even dont know its status... I even raised query.. But didnt get reply. I have ordered it on 23th oct.
Its taking a long time.. Although its from a nearby city only... I m in bangalore... And the product is meant to be delivered from delhi... Should not take so long time.. And please provide me tracking details.

I'm enraged after reading all the complaints against this company since I'm facing the same issue. I've spent a lot of money while shopping on this website and none of the items are delivered to me, but the terms stated that the items will be delivered within 21 days. They have no customer care available, the phone numbers they provided are all fake. I'm moving forward with a police complaint, hope this gets resolved as soon as possible.
