I order them on 1st october hvnt recieved them yet its been a month nw.
I paid the amount thru netbanking.
You guys take money before in hand and are not bothered to deliver the product?
I am writing a complaint 5th time. No replies for any.
Atleast make a proper gateway for customers to reach you.
I want my order to be delivered asap.

I would like to complain about street style store and i have also recently complaint about them about a replacement order for which i received an email today that it was cancelled due to out of stock of the product and i placed this order on april. The order no is gmosqbxd. They have provided me a voucher of rs 300 in return which is wrong as when i placed the order i availed it under an offer which was buy any 2 products of amount 699 for 999 rs. I have received the first product but for second product they cancelled and refunded it for 300 which is a loss for my side. I would rather return both the product and get my 1000 rs back. I have mailed them but there is no reply. Can you please look into this. I made this complain and received a reply from sss that it will be updated to 524 rs but that was on 25 oct and they said it will be done in 24 hours and still it hasn't been done and its been more than 24 hours. Please help

I ordered on 23 september, it has been more than one month. I havent received the order yet. I have raised the query so many times but they just forward the automated mail. Worst service ever. I though i would receive my order as they mentioned i. E by 14 october. I wont be available in my delivery address from november 5 onwards. And even if they send in november i wont be able to get the product ever. I have wasted my money on them!!! Worst ever. If they send delivery so late then they should have mentioned in the website instead of promising to deliver in 18days. Please i want my delivery in next 5 days or i want my money back.

This is the worst ECom platform ever I had shop and I am not going to recommend it to anyone I had order a bag #2451603 order on 2nd October till now order is not yet shipped. But they promised as shown while placing the order I will get it within 3-21 days now it is more than 21days, if you are not able to proceed the order then refund the money in my bank account. And on top of that no way to contact any customer service team how you guys manage your platform god knows. Whenever ask for a help and auto generated email will always come I want my bag if you can't do that then refund the money in my bank account. Kindly revert me on this

Its been more than 10 days since i said them that i would like them to refund the money in my sss account like an voucher or as an credit slip that i can use later in my future for shopping from sss! But they keep asking me one question only that is about my bank details! I am not intrested to get the money in my bank account! I would like to get the money in my sss account as an voucher/creditslip itself! Please do something for my refund! The total amount is 1888 rs. (1364 from card payment and 524 was my previous voucher balance) so please tell them to pay the total amount of 1888!

This is regarding my order no #2478907. I placed my order on 20th oct 2018, it's a request if my order could be delivered a little sooner than estimated to my respective deliver address. This is because i won't be available after 3rd november 2018 on that particular address.
So i request to please deliver it asap as due to the presence of delivery address as noida, it ll be easy for you also to deliver before time.

I placed an order on 30 sept, 2018. Its not yet delivered. Let me how long will it take or refund my money back. This is very irresponsible. Last delivery date was 21 oct 2018. But its 28 october today. But i have no idea where my order is. I cant even track my order where it is actually or if has dispatched. Please deleiver my order or refund my money asap.

I ordered two diwali combo products worth rs. 899 and rs. 749 on 18/10/2018 and it almost 8 days and i haven't receive any mail or messages from the street style store till now. This is so disturbing that you people didn't provide any of the information regarding tracking process. I have paid my online payment. I purchased 3 outfits from street style store costing rs. 1154/-
I paid using my debit card and the money got debited from my account but the order isn't placed, the products are still showing in my cart. I tried contacting the customer care from the store and all i get is recorded messages. I have not been able to talk to any person in charge. I have recieved an email with an order number on it but it store says it is invalid. Please look in to the matter.

I made a purchased on 29 th sep. I received the item after 15 days. I created the return on the very same day. As i did not like 1 item soo created return.. After that no email no call nothing.. Soo many emails sent try to call customer care but call is not responding,.. I want my money back.. I think i did a blunder to ordering from u guys.. I ordered 3 footwear on 23rd September.
It's 22nd October today. And product has not been delivered.
On their customer care number they said they will delivered on 21st October, then again I called they said 24th October. Now they saying 26th October.

It's been a week since they saying it's dispatched.
How long more ?
Should I cancel the order?

I placed my order on 21 september but i haven't recieved any information regarding my order, after dropping 100 mails they split my order into 2 and said i will recieved it as soon as possible for the frst order #2468168 i can check status but for my second order # 2436269 still the same no update. Can u please check and deliver my product as soon as possible because now i am feeling like i have been loot.

I ordered 3 clothing items from streetstylestore on 18th september, 2018. Its 20 october, 2018 and i have no clue where my products are. I asked them for refund but they have got no concern to resolve their consumer's problems.
I paid 1341 rs. By using my debit card which have gone to waste.
I need refund of my order as soon as possible.

I was ordered 3 dresses and material of all clothes is so poor. I have big quality issue. I'm so disappointed i shopped from many online sites but that's experience is not so bad as i shopped with you and i'm regretting now. I was tried to contact your customer care number but i got no response. Why your service is so worst?

I have made a payment for my order 2424384 on September 9th. I was suppose to receive my order by 5th order. Bt I haven't received my order up till now. When enquired through their support portal they just give a generic automated message. Tried reaching on their support no. Bt no one and and call gets disconnected. Evn tried reaching them via social media accounts bt no response evn their. Plz help me.

I ordered three pairs of flats under the offer buy 3 for 999. The order no. Is #2431771. I wanted to exchange two of them. They didn't turn out to be the way i expected. Look pretty cheap and i have quality issues. The quality is very different from what i expected.
The main issue is that there is an option of changing the size but the not exchange. But as i did not like the pair i bought due to the quality i would really like to exchange it.
I would be glad if you consider and respond to it as soon as possible.
