I ordered a combo of three shoes worth Rs. 999/- on 20-Sep-2018 from http://streetstylestore.com/ paid through my Credit card. No tracking number or any other mail or message was sent to me except this one (see attachment). They didn't even provide me a tracking number and also have not delivered the product yet. Adding to the problems they have not provided any contact number or way except an email address: [protected]@streetstylestore.com

    Have mailed the company and aldo submitted complain in the consumer complaints but no contact was made from the company's side. How am i supposed to exchange the shoes.
    Is th3 company willing to take the responsibility responsibility if the exchange period (15days) gets over?
    The company has all it's customer service people busy. No mail id available that one can mail the issues. I fail to understand how a company has such poor communication with their customers. They are to charge extra, deliver late but not ready to resolve the problems of the customers

      Order no #2414739. I've placed order on : 09/9/2018 and expected delivery date was 30/9/2018 today is 14/10/2018 still i didn't receive the product. Also they didn't send any email or message regarding delay in delivery. Only way to contact them is to dm them on their instagram account. On website it is showing priority dispatch in order status. Still want to know when will my order arrive???

        Disguised in the beautiful looking products, Street Style Store is a terrible portal to place prepaid orders. Once these arrogant business losers receive the amount, they forget that they have a responsibility towards their customers.
        My order ID is #2407963. The order was delivered at the wrong address, my signature forged and presented to me as proof. I tried calling their CUSTOMER CARE number 100s of times but there never seem to be any agent available. Sent several emails only to receive an uninvestigated response saying "From our end the order has been delivered and we don't give a ### about what you're saying as you have already made the payment". Such a pig move. I will make sure I share my experience with everyone accross platforms so that no one faces this kind of trouble. The money I lost is lost. I don't have the time to go and ransack their hauz khaz store to get my money back, but will definitely make sure they will pay for every penny of someone's hard earned money they have pocketed to run their scam.

          Dear sir/ mam
          I have ordered from street style store few days back. I am happy with the products i received. Thank u so much for your affordable and amazing products.
          But, recently about 20 days ago i ordered two shoes which has been split. That's not an issue but i am presently at a different place other than which i have mentioned in the delivery address. I want to change it. Infact i have tried doing it several times under add new address orders section but could not do it. My order i'd is 2439501 and 2469015. Please help me out.

            I have still not received my order. Everytime i raise a query on the website it says it will be delivered within 2-3 days. It's been 45 days and no sight of my shoes.
            Please send me my shoes or return my money. Worst experience ever. Will never order again. Your call centre number is also useless as no representative is ever available.

              I payed rs. 1099 for my order of 3 pairs of footwear, size 38 through my debit card on street style store on 13th october 2018. It showed payment failed.
              I did not get any details on the confirmation of the order too so i made the same order with cash on delivery option in the 2nd attempt.
              But later i recieved the message from the bank saying money got debited for my 1st attempt.

              As I mentioned before, first I tried to make the payment through my debit card which showed it failed, so I made the same order with cash on delivery option the second time, which was completed. This the Order Reference QADMVERBL and this is the order No. #2468142.

              Is it possible to make this Cash on Delivery order into a paid one, as my money already got debited in the first attempt?

                I purchased shoes worth 3000 rs from the streetstylestore website on sept 30th. I have yet to receive my shoes. The tracking system on the website does not give me any information. There is no customer care number to relay my complaint. And i have already paid up the amount.. I also have a holiday planned, but no shoes to travel in.. And no budget to buy more shoes either

                    I have placed a request of an exchanged order for my "good wishes flats brown" for size 38. I have received a parcel from their side of size 38 for "rome walk" on 3rd october '2018. The order delivered is incorrect. I want "good wishes flats brown" of size 38 not "rome walk. I have already raised this query thrice, there was no reply from sss side. Moreover thier customer care no is always busy, needed urgent attention.

                    As per our records you initiated exchange "rome walk" but sent back another product at the time of pickup
                    Your pickup was done and replacement order was generated as per the data we received from you when you initiated pickup

                    So now if you want to exchange another product, we would charge 200 Rs extra as this would count as 2nd exchange

                    You initiated exchange pickup for wrong product
                    Do let us know if you want us to initiate pickup and if you're willing to pay 200 Rs

                      I have placed a replacement order with this site and ita been over a month since i placed this request and i haven't received the product and there is also no way to track my courier. I also have send my query through customer support two times but they don't reply as well.                         I ordered from sss for a pair of black shoes and oxfords (Even though the pair of white shoes i got in the last order was disastrous) i had specifically mentioned the problem with white shoes while ordering and hoped for better products but, wham!

                        I placed the order on 21 sept and received it on 9th oct.
                        Both the shoes were crammed in a single package and hence were distorted.

                        The glue of the black shoes is already coming off so its life would be as good as the white ones i had ordered earlier. The oxfords finishing is pathetic. There are creases and the stitches are visible and the the design is lacy!!

                        I do not want to exchange it for any smaller size. Would have loved the money back but i would have settled for a different product.
                        Hence, i tried calling 5 times (No response). I raised a query with the problem in the "contact us section" and received a standard reply saying your order has been delivered and please contact us if there are any problem :|

                        My order id is id #2436127 and i would really appreciate quick action/response on this.

                        After complaining too many times I still not received my order. The Street style store is fake, not a trust worthy site, and also consumer forum is also not helping.

                        Revert me back when i will get my money back...

                        It has been 7 days that the order was picked up, but I have not received any email or acknowledgement of the same.
                        This is getting worse :(
                        Received a mail today for exchange???
                        I have never initiated exchange and it was confirmed on the phone that the refund will be provided??

                              I have ordered a product long time back and now I got a mail regarding that my order has been shipped I don't want to receive that order as I have cancelled it already your website has some issues your customer care number doesn't work properly is this the way your company works?                                   This is the most pathetic site i have ever seen. They are just looters. And i can't help how they are still able to work on their site. Their customer care numbers are fraud. I haven't received my order which i had placed a month ago. Nd this is the limit. Do not ever trust street style store. This is the most disgusting site ever. And my order was already paid so i see how my money is just gone. My order number was 2425496. I really want a strict action to be taken against them. Useless peoples.

                                    I bought three flats two of them are good but one of them looks so bad and too big. Even it looks different than the image on the site. Material looks different too.
                                    The support dosent reply. They dont reply on instagram even until you ling them several times. I am frustrated now. They dont know how to keep their customers happy. Please refund the money or else please exchange with a different product.

                                      I placed an order for 4 slippers but when i got them they were of a small size so i requesed an exchange of the same order with larger size. I paid when i first got the order but when i requested the exchange my order was picked up and i was informed that i'll be receiving the requested order in the next 3-4 days. It has been 14 days and i haven't received a single message or email like i used to fir the pick up.                                         I tried so many times to call you but your phone always came busy.

                                        I have ordered a few products at your site and asked to deliver them in
                                        Chiplun.

                                        But now I am shifting permanently to Pune before the date of delivery and want to change the delivery address please let me know what should I do..
