Hi i want to replace my shoe, it is a small size shoe and i have ordered 3 shoes of 36 size. I am not satisfied with the service kindly help me with the procedure of exchange. I have been trying to contact you guys from past 3, 4 day. Kindly help!

This is the most pathetic site i have ever seen. They are just looters. And i can't help how they are still able to work on their site. Their customer care numbers are fraud. I haven't received my order which i had placed a month ago. Nd this is the limit. Do not ever trust street style store. This is the most disgusting site ever. And my order was already paid so i see how my money is just gone. My order number was 2425496. I really want a strict action to be taken against them. Useless peoples.

I have purchased on 23 aug but they deliver product on 28 sep but product quality is low Nd cheap they not arrange the pick up for collecting the product it’s totally fraud shopping side order no 2388716

I bought three flats two of them are good but one of them looks so bad and too big. Even it looks different than the image on the site. Material looks different too.
The support dosent reply. They dont reply on instagram even until you ling them several times. I am frustrated now. They dont know how to keep their customers happy. Please refund the money or else please exchange with a different product.

I placed an order for 4 slippers but when i got them they were of a small size so i requesed an exchange of the same order with larger size. I paid when i first got the order but when i requested the exchange my order was picked up and i was informed that i'll be receiving the requested order in the next 3-4 days. It has been 14 days and i haven't received a single message or email like i used to fir the pick up. I kindly request you to refund my order if it's so difficult for you to deliver the correct items or deliver the requested order as soon as possible. Thank you.

I placed an order on 14th september 2018 from street style store. My order id is 2425496. It is already paid order and they are said to be delivering orders up to 21 days maximum but i haven't received my order even after 25 days. I have ordered a t-shirt and a crop top worth rs. 524. Which i had paid online using my card. There is no tracking id given and even the customer care number are not reachable. Which us worsening the situation.

I already complaint twice. No one is solving the issue.

I was not at home and a wrong item was handed to the delivery person. I don't know what kind of logistics partners you guys are using, but he took the package without even checking whether it was the same item, person, transaction, or anything. He left with a different box containing a pair of shoes from myntra, clearly not streetstylestore.

Anyway, now the customer support is unreachable on every single channel. I've generated a ticket, emailed them, tried to call them. I don't think anyone actually works at their customer helpline. It's eternally unavailable.

Please get back to me. This is ridiculous, anxiety inducing and supremely upsetting.

My delivery was expected on 1st October but I still haven't received any email about the order or when will it finally come. I stay in a hostel and will be leaving on 5th October for my hometown. I got the product on[protected] and i requested for the exchange as one of the pair doesn't fit in size and the other product was different (Which i didn't order i. E., delivered a wrong pair). I raised the request on 22nd itself and 25th of september. But still i didn't receive the pickup yet though it was mentioned estimated pickup is 2-4 days. And i neither received the exact response also.

Instead of sling back triple band flats i have received some other product. Which i have attached the picture of it. Kindly take immediate action and send the product as soon as possible, since the delivery of the products is too late.

I attached the pictures which i ordered and i received. Ouf of 3 pairs i have got one pair wrong ad the other size problem.

I have ordered 3 flats with the size 39 after i received the product i realised it's too tight so i placed return request for all the 3 flats but i got option to put request on only one pair of flat even though the option i got for only one to replace i returned all the three flats to the delivery boy because i want to exchange all the three products with the size 40. But u received only one product. I have not received remaining two. I was trying to contact with you people in many different ways. The products was good but contacting process were very bad please return my product or cash as soon as possible.

Your order was approved with that information only.
We are yet to receive the products back in our warehouse as we approve the orders as soon as the pickup is done and do not wait for the products to reach the warehouse.

The solution to this issue is to wait for the products to get back to our warehouse and as soon as we get to know the number of products that are received we'd contact you and do the needful.

The order was dispatched for a wrong address. I tried contacting you multiple times but with no response from you. I would like to receive the order at my correct address and also would like to know why was it sent to the wrong address. I have already paid Rs 1259 to the company. Also, I tried multiple times to get the address corrected, but you guys simply don't respond. If I don't get a response from you guys now, I would be going to the consumer court and sue you guys.

I have order 3 flate in streetstyle store on 24 august 2018 and make payment of 1048 rs and their estimated delivery was between 3-21 days but still today my items are not even dispatch and they keep on changing the estimated delivery date and today i again open my account to check my order status and it is showing order cancelled refund payment done but i have not cancell neither i recieve any amount in my account... Whenever i try to talk to their customer care they never attend my call... This is just a fraud shopping site. People never ever shop in this site... I have already loose my 1048 rs..

I purchased the 2 pair of shoes amounting to ₹999 after all inclusions i paid ₹1249.
The size was big thats why i initiated a exchange for both the pairs.
those exchanged product has not been delivered to me. After raising ticket to such query they are saying they have delivered but i haven't received it.

Its fault on their behalf if they have delivered it someone else.
Please make sure i receive it as early as possible.
