First you split my order after 40-45 days i got 4 dresses and 4 are still pending
How long you want me to wait
Please deliver it as soon as possible
Else i want to cancel the order
Such a pathetic site
Please give the final response will you be able to send my 4 dresses or not.

I ordered a bag on 3rd of august 2018 and paid for the same. The good is neither being dispatched nor any information being provided for the same. This is the worst service ever. I want some fast action regarding this. It has been over a month. When i raised a query at their site they just responded with vague answers. They wrote back as the good is so good it is worth the wait. Do i have to wait for another birth to get my thing??? Orderid-2355189

Since the day i received my order i had placed a return request because 2 pairs among 3 didn't fit me it had straps issue bt they didn't respond to it and always replied with a same generated mesg asking me to place a return request. They were showing only size exchange option i wanted to get it exchanged for another product because even if i got it exchanged for size i would have fit issue that's why i wanted to order another product in place of those two i have been a regular customer and everytime i got a product exchanged in case of any isse bt this tym they denied and introduced a new policy of only size exchange without personal intimation to the customers. I've been mailing then since past 1 month thry haven't placed a pick up amd now they re saying u tym have elapsed. Amd those two pairs are of no use my money got wasted. Please get it exchanged for another two

This is to inform you that i have ordered a month back for a shoe but sss unable to deliver me the order due to the shortage of stock and order is already paid a month back. I asked them to refund the amount yet they are not reverting me on the tickets and not processing the refund as well back to my account.
They were just emailing me but i can chat via ticket system on the website only. Date of order is the 13th of august 2018. An order was supposed to get delivered on the 2nd of september and today is the 10th of september. The excuse which they have given me is that they are settling their warehouse at another location that is why they are unable to deliver the product.
I want my refund of rs. 839 back for the shoe which i have ordered and not delivered due to their inability.

I ordered 2 pair of shoes worth rs.999 but i didnt like the quality of those shoes n one of the pair is also not such as mentioned in description. So i requested for return and my pickup had been done but till now status is not updated n they didn't provided me with credit note so that i can order something else. I had put various queries they are not replying n also not picking up calls. Their customer care no is also fake n they are frauds i request you to solve my issue. I want my money asap plzz help me.

My order was delivered to me but the size did not fit, After placing a return the Items were picked and now it has been 20+ days and I haven't received the replaced Item. I can't talk to the support as they do not have a working number and the number provided on the website always tell services are busy. There is no proper system to even email them regarding a specific issue. I need my order delivered quickly or I need a refund. They do not have an option of refund in the Website. Its been approx 10 days and i haven't received my product yet.. Even haven't received any details about my product.. Very disappointed .. U are just making fool of customer.. I placed my order (Two pairs footwear) on 8th august 2018 and received it on 18th august 2018 but due to size issue i had to return it. On 19th august, you sent someone for pickup. Now it has been more than 15 days and i haven't received anything, no information, no mail nothing. Tried to call you.. But your customer care no. Is of no use. This is really so rude. I even wrote several emails but you always closes the case by saying that "my product is already delivered". #streetstylestore

I had ordered 3pairs of shoes from your site on 13/8/2018 order no.is 2372426...its 3septmber now almost a month it has to be delivered on expected date ..but it wasnt there is way to have its delivery details ...i'll get this order or not or else i am waiting like ab ### for this...if i ordered these same stuf from other shopoing sites i would have got it in a week with minute to minute delivery details..you guys are really very careless regarding your customer service...

I ordered from streetstylestore.com on 9th august, 2018 and even after 26 days haven’t received my deliver and no number is available to contact them No reply to emails, nobody at help desk to assist. My order number is #2365242. I am not sure what they are doing, whether they are just taking money and not delivering the products. I have lodged many tickets but nothing from their side. Please help he out and I have already paid the money 1049 INR, even I have tweeted also, still no reply. Such fraud websites should be issued a warning

I have called to customer care number no customer service member is allotted to speak..this is a fake site...They have mentioned that items not shipped and of CoD can be cancelled but when i try to do that they are not allowing it.

Worst site for online shopping. One of my biggest mistake of life is ordering products from your site. I ordered products from your site in july and my products are not delivered till today. Worst site really... Horrible experience.. I will never never recommend your site... Provide my products as soon as possible otherwise i will go to consumer court and lodge complaint against your site... Deliver my products otherwise refund my 1200... Worst customer care services...

My order number is #2358107. On calling they have a fixed way of delaying the order to next thursdays which never happen. They are just fooling customers. I have lodged innumerable tickets but nothing from their side. Please help me out as i have already paid the money but am unable to track my order. Such fraud websites should be issued a warning

I placed an order on 8th August 2018
Expected delivery date was 29th. Order hasn't been delivered until now. No contact since the day i placed the order.delivery status shows" preparation in progess" as if they've ordered clothes from London. No customer care number and no Replies to Instagram dms. You think customers are fools. I'll take this issue to consumer court and publicize it on social media to a limit beyond Your imaginations.

I ordered few garments from sss on 5th august it's said the order will be delivered by 26th august as it takes maximum of 21days i made online payment the order has not been received yet it 30th aug and sss not answering to my complaint mail with any proper delivery date.. They mentioned sorry for the delay the product shall be delivered on urgent basis.. Worst service ever

I ordered a gift for my friend and i did not know the proper directions to her house. Complete address was provided while ordering and i directed the guy as much as i possibly could. At the end of our conversation when i asked him to look for the address or ask people he got abusive and disrespectful and started yelling. Am i paying for such services?
Can you guys hire someone who atleast knows how to talk. I am a big time online shopper but i haven't gone through this once. The delivery was late too.
I mean why on earth would i ever buy anything from you guys or even recommend anyone else to do so.

My order no. Is #2342644 for the exchange and the original order no. Was #2299626 i received the product and then i had requested to exchange one of the product as the size i received was big for me! The person had come to pick the product after a day itself! Thereafter i have no information about my product! Am tired of calling and mailing the street style store continuously but got no response till date! Am getting fed up of it now and need it to get refunded with an immediate solution to this!

I have order 2 pair of wedges from street style store on 5th Aug 2018 and I have paid through the card. Now its been 27th aug 2018 they did not give me any tracking order number or any information about the package.I have to log hell lot of tickets to get the response and moreover they responded saying we cannot refund you. They are very rude and unprofessional and do not respect anybody's money.Please find the attached screenshot of order confirmation and another screen shot where they have not updated any details from past 20 days.

Please help me with my order to be delivered as soon as possible.

I received a package of shoes on 17th aug and due to wrong size i had requested for an exchange. Pick up came on 21st aug but i have yet not received my new package of right sized shoes. Kindly let me know how i can track my exchange package as i will be leaving shortly for paris on the 29th. I need to see how to track my new shipment of shoes. Please respond urgently.
