I order 3 flate on 24 august 2018 but i am still waiting for my item to get dispatch and whenever i call their helpline they keep saying my items are in priority list but keep on changing the estimated date of delivery now i dont know what to do i have already done the payment of rs.1049..if you can't deliver me my order i want my money back.

I placed this order on 9 Sept and have received a fake product. The customer care is neither picking the call nor responding over email.
I am tired of calling but its effort goes in vain.

I ordered 2 tops on[protected]. My money deducted and i received an order confirmation email. I am checking for my orders but it is showing that you have not placed any order. Their customer care number is also not working and i am not getting any response from sss through the mail also.
I should get my refund or the sss should send me the ordered products.in this way, they can fool peoples money. I heard good reviews about sss so ordered clothes. They gave me disappointment.
I have attached my order details and the response i am getting from sss website.

I ordered a top from sss on 11/3/2021, amount is deducted from my bank account because I paid online, but the order confirmation is not sent either on mail or on the app or sms, refund the money or send confirmation and the product, it's my hard earned money please help

Its been 28 days with no where about of my order delivery, ur customer care sucks no one answers email replys are auto generated. Sucha a harrowing experience ive had, urgently help me in delivering my order by 24 srp 18 as im leaving abroad after that and no one will be available to accept the parcel. If it is not delivered by tomw kindly cancel my order and refund the money.
Or il make sure police visits your office and ur website s shut permanently.!!!

I ordered 3 pairs of footwear at 1098rs and received it aftr 21 days. Now i want to return my order as there is a size issue. I have mailed the customer care thrice but cannot receive a single reply from them. For returning or exchanging now they are showing nothing has been ordered by you. This is the way to provide service to someone? Poor service, poor quality footwear.

This is the worst online shopping site.. I have ever shopped through. They are not staying over their words. A have ordered 3 paira of shoes on 30th aug and till today i havent received my parcel. Moreover they are not providing me any kind of information regarding my order. The delivery has also been passed. And there is no trace of any type of sorry fron their side or any sort of information that why they are unable to deliver the parcel.

Its been almost 15 days i haven't received my product i ordered. I am not even able to reach the representative. The number is either always busy or not reachable. Please let me know when i can get my product delivered. I am from delhi then also its been 15 days though i was informed that i will get the product in 2-21 days. But its been so long while living in the same city delivery is taking such a long time. Its really very disappointing. I have lost my trust from sss.

As per your guidance, I have had courier my product at the address provided by SSS(streetstylestore) but it came back to me. I have been trying to communicate with them from last 2 months but there has been no one to listen to the customers complaint. It is disappointing that their service and communication is really very poor.
Now I want the pickup should be done by SSS site in order to get my product exchange . And I hope there shouldn't be any further delay .

I had placed an order on sss online on 24 august 2018 and their policy is to deliver products within 3-21 days expected date was 14 september 2018 then it got delay by another few days and got another date which was today (17 sept 2018) after contacting customer care got another due date by a machine recorder 22 sept 2018 and none of the executive members response neither via email or over call they just tell to submit complaint and raises a ticket but no solution is provided till date

I have ordered a combo of two shoes worth rs 999 from street style store on[protected] and paid through net banking mode. No any tracking number or any other information sent to me except invoice (See attachment). Initially expected delivery date was 2 sept but do not get the order delivered till now and can't even access the streetstylestore.com as it is showing "site is blocked due to security reasons". I have uyed a pair of heels and got it on[protected], i have claimed it's exchange as the size 38 doesn't fit, after that some delivery boy came to pick it up, now it has been 19 day's and i haven't received my order, contacted the query team which has too many process like enter number, enter details etc. Etc. I want to replace a footwear as the size is not a right fit for me but they have not provided any genuine option under "my orders" where i can get the right size for my shoe. it is just the size matter and i can't find a single contact number on this street style store which is valid or correct. I am not asking for any kind of refund here. It's high time you make your site a little bit more loyal and do justice with your own customer service. the shoes which are shown on the page are totally different from the ones which are getting delivered. Least you could do is confirming the users after they place an order on your site so that they can track their orders on their own.
