Its been almost 15 days i haven't received my product i ordered. I am not even able to reach the representative. The number is either always busy or not reachable. Please let me know when i can get my product delivered. I am from delhi then also its been 15 days though i was informed that i will get the product in 2-21 days. But its been so long while living in the same city delivery is taking such a long time. Its really very disappointing. I have lost my trust from sss.

So please get me the product ASAP else I am going to leave this place soon. And I will not order anything from this site again. Either refund my money or get the product.

After 8 days my order is received but there are size issue so i returned the order (2 pair of footwear) and pick up is also within 2_4 days, but now this time i have no information about my exchange order and no delivery. As per your guidance, I have had courier my product at the address provided by SSS(streetstylestore) but it came back to me. I have been trying to communicate with them from last 2 months but there has been no one to listen to the customers complaint. It is disappointing that their service and communication is really very poor.
Now I want the pickup should be done by SSS site in order to get my product exchange . And I hope there shouldn't be any further delay .

I had placed an order on sss online on 24 august 2018 and their policy is to deliver products within 3-21 days expected date was 14 september 2018 then it got delay by another few days and got another date which was today (17 sept 2018) after contacting customer care got another due date by a machine recorder 22 sept 2018 and none of the executive members response neither via email or over call they just tell to submit complaint and raises a ticket but no solution is provided till date

The first time i did the complaint i got an email that your complaint is confirmed street style store will take action and provide u a refund but nothing happened its been 3 months there is still no refund even the packages are still at my home my 3600 rs. I have ordered a combo of two shoes worth rs 999 from street style store on[protected] and paid through net banking mode. No any tracking number or any other information sent to me except invoice (See attachment). Initially expected delivery date was 2 sept but do not get the order delivered till now and can't even access the streetstylestore.com as it is showing "site is blocked due to security reasons". Even i sent an email to [protected]@streetstylestore.com and got a reply saying they stop taking queries on this site and provided me another link to contact but i was unable to contact. I have uyed a pair of heels and got it on[protected], i have claimed it's exchange as the size 38 doesn't fit, after that some delivery boy came to pick it up, now it has been 19 day's and i haven't received my order, contacted the query team which has too many process like enter number, enter details etc. Etc. I am literally pissed of this stupid site, now it's showing no option, no details are provided, no customer care support and chatting option is there. Feeling so frustrated

I want to replace a footwear as the size is not a right fit for me but they have not provided any genuine option under "my orders" where i can get the right size for my shoe. it is just the size matter and i can't find a single contact number on this street style store which is valid or correct. I am not asking for any kind of refund here. It's high time you make your site a little bit more loyal and do justice with your own customer service. the shoes which are shown on the page are totally different from the ones which are getting delivered. Least you could do is confirming the users after they place an order on your site so that they can track their orders on their own.

I want some fast action regarding this. It has been over a month. When i raised a query at their site they just responded with vague answers. Since the day i received my order i had placed a return request because 2 pairs among 3 didn't fit me it had straps issue bt they didn't respond to it and always replied with a same generated mesg asking me to place a return request. They were showing only size exchange option i wanted to get it exchanged for another product because even if i got it exchanged for size i would have fit issue that's why i wanted to order another product in place of those two i have been a regular customer and everytime i got a product exchanged in case of any isse bt this tym they denied and introduced a new policy of only size exchange without personal intimation to the customers. I've been mailing then since past 1 month thry haven't placed a pick up amd now they re saying u tym have elapsed. Amd those two pairs are of no use my money got wasted. Please get it exchanged for another two

This is to inform you that i have ordered a month back for a shoe but sss unable to deliver me the order due to the shortage of stock and order is already paid a month back. I asked them to refund the amount yet they are not reverting me on the tickets and not processing the refund as well back to my account.
They were just emailing me but i can chat via ticket system on the website only. Date of order is the 13th of august 2018. An order was supposed to get delivered on the 2nd of september and today is the 10th of september. The excuse which they have given me is that they are settling their warehouse at another location that is why they are unable to deliver the product.
I want my refund of rs. 839 back for the shoe which i have ordered and not delivered due to their inability.
